At first, i was taken aback by the actual size of the store. From the outside, it looks small and crowded. However, after going in, I was shocked at how spacious it was! As far as customer service, it was shotty at the beginning. After 5 attempts to have a single question answered, I was ready to walk out the door.. then the other guy (who had been putting boxed merchandise back where it belonged due to a small flood) came to our rescue and not only answered the original question, but went over and beyond for us. We purchased 4 glass pieces and a Zippo, and the total was $43!!! Thats a phenomenal price! Absolutely recommend this place.

Man this place is nice. Guys here is always looking to help and they always see to be open when others arent. Kind of a small area inside but they still have a nice selection.

Great little smoke shop! Easy to get in and out of in one of the few places in town that carries my Good Times Cigars! 👍 They have a very friendly staff & a great owner. They also have a lot of glass and other smoking accessories for all you youngns & older flower children folks, who partake in such dons 😉 I highly recommend denovo smoke!

Dont shop here unless ur getting smokeing in a box or silacone they dont take care of there glass makes aure u analyze it before u leave there will be a crack on there gladd expecalilly the auartz nails are not quartzs theg crack like glass i bought two and both cracked vroken with just a couple of hours and i know not to warm it up directly and how to care for quartz nails so cheap and very careless and there always way to stoned in there i know its a smoke shop and what not but id like some help that can understand u and with this place it might be cheap but u get what u pay for cheap

I go there every once in while there way over priced and I didn’t care but I buy double Apple Shisha from cam home I wanted to smoke at night when I open the box it’s fake it doesn’t smell nothing like double apple nor tested like it when I smoked it all I smoke is double Apple it messed up my hookah it’s got a weird taste
