Frost is an excellent place to get your sweet tooth fix. Their Gelato is very good. I dont eat dairy, so I get the non-dairy flavors. The banana and raspberry are very good. Friendly staff and a clean shop.

One of my most favorite places to buy gelato and the service I received was despicable. I get that only 2 samples to taste IF I was only in there for samples, but there were 5 of us wanting samples so we could make our purchases and after 7 were told we reached our tasting limit. So because of your snarky entitled employee who obviously cannot count I limited my order to 25.00 which is unfortunate because I had planned in spending so much more. And because of her attitude I won’t be spending any more money at this location and that’s if I even decide to purchase with your company ever again! When a customer is in there spending money they should be allowed to sample more than 2 samples. Which by the way has never ever been a problem in the past. Very unfortunate you hired someone with such an attitude!!**With such an arrogant response from the owner and clearly missing the point of my review I definitely won’t be back. It wasn’t about the samples even though we were still aloud 3 more according to your rules, it was about the customer service. Which is so unfortunate you missed that point! As an owner I would think you would want excellent customer service especially since this was a favorite place of mine and would want your customers to come back and spend money there. I get the Covid restrictions, but that doesn’t excuse the attitude of your staff. I planned on spending so much more money and clearly your customers mean nothing to you except when they give you a 4+ rating. Oh and your gelato is just - gelato. Carry on!!

We have been here twice so far in the past month!! The sorbet is so creamy, rich, and flavorful that I couldnt believe I was eating the sorbet instead of the gelato. My husband has tasted the gelato, and can confirm that it is equally as delicious!The staff is super polite and very helpful - and when I couldnt decide what I wanted the first time, the recommendation was perfect. Ive gotten mango, strawberry, blackberry and raspberry so far and I just keep wanting more... and theyve been great about making sure that the pint or quart weve brought home with us is packed tightly and so full that there isnt room for even a sprinkle to fit! XD which Im very grateful for.The displays are absolutely gorgeous, they look unreal! The decorations only serve to make me want to taste everything, its all just so appealing. This last time we went, there was a lavender gelato that I wanted to taste SO badly as soon as I saw it.Seating indoors is a little limited, but theres great places to sit just outside, which is where you really want to be while enjoying your frozen treat :)Very chill atmosphere inside and out!For Covid, they have several barriers and other measures in place to make sure you can safely get your gelato or sorbet, and there are also the floor stickers if you need help keeping distance while you order. The in and out doors are set up to let you naturally pass through without roadblocks, which seems to work quite well. Very ADA accessible.We will definitely be returning as soon as we finish the limoncello and blackberry combo we brought home. This is our new favorite dessert place, and we will be back as soon and often as we can!

Automatically when we had went in the building it felt very hostile. The worker did not greet us and overall had very bad customer service. As we were on our way out the employee Victoria confronted one of my friends outside and punched her along with spilling ice cream on all of us. She left marks from he nails on my friends had which could only be from nails too long to have in a setting where she would have to serve food with them. The reason she gave us for why she hit my friends was that her manager had seen us taking pictures of her, which we never did. After she had calmed down I walked back into the place to speak to a leader. He was very rude and seemed bothered to talk to me. I told him what his employees did and he claimed he spoke to her about it and she got written up. For many reason this does not seem equal punishment to her actions. Overall it was very concerning to go into somewhere and it be so hostile. It is scary to have a whole group of employees and even a leader amongst them make claims about paying customers to the point where it became physical. Will definitely be pushing further to have consequences to all their actions.

Even throughout the pandemic, their staff remained very friendly and welcoming. Last time that we went it was slower than usual and an employee had brought us all water as well as given my service dog some whip cream. It was a warmer day so we all appreciated the nice cold water. Definitely recommend this place especially on a hot day.

Great gelato! Many flavors to choose from. Everything I sampled before finally deciding what to order was very tasty. Great service, reasonably priced for what you get and the quality. They were closing shortly after we left and Ive never seen any eatery spend so much time cleaning everything so thoroughly

Been here countless times and it is ALWAYS incredible! The best gelato I’ve had outside of Italy and better than the majority of gelato I had IN Italy. Such rich flavors. Wonderful variety. Hands down our favorite dessert in Albuquerque.

This is what I imagine eating pure cream is like. Not something I’ve ever wanted to do before but perhaps I might now (LOL!) since this was divine! So rich and creamy (but not so sweet that it made you sick) this was just a beautiful blend of tastes. It was delicious and everyone who had some wanted more, myself included!!

If you want to try unique flavors like lavender and chai tea then you should try this place its super good

This has to be the best gelato in Albuquerque. Absolutely delicious, quite a selection to pick from. The sea salt caramel is to die for. They also have some coffees and other things they can make with the gelato. The staff is SO friendly and helpful. It’s a tiny shop and there are a couple tables inside and a little bar to sit at. Absolutely fantastic spot.

First time coming here after everything started opening back up with my wife and daughter. It was a great experience! So glad that they are still going strong after the last year.

Fun little Gelato shop in uptown. Plenty of flavors to choose from and all hand made. Staff is young but very friendly. Cost is slightly high but worth it for the amount and flavor.

Its like ice cream but with less milk. I absolutely adore their honey lavender gelato. Sometimes they dont have it so I have to opt for something else, which im okay with. The last time I was there I got their fig gelato...🥰 it was amazing. Ive never had a bad experience here, employees are acceptional.

If I could give Frost zero stars I would. Gelato was freezer burnt and gave me a severe bout of food poisoning. Please save yourself a trip to the urgent care from the lack of food handling knowledge from ownership. Youve been warned

My family loves this gelato place. They have a large selection, beautifully displayed, with flower designs made from food or candy. And, more importantly it has delicious gelato. You cant go wrong if you go there. You wont be disappointed.

The line was out the door but they really move it along quickly, and the gelato is amazing! If your looking for something different i highly recommend this place

Ah-maze-ing! Tasted multiple flavors and each was delicious, which made it very difficult to decide. Finally decided on the honey lavender and I was instantly transported to heaven. The texture was perfectly creamy. Its a bit on the expensive side, but well worth the splurge.

The gelato was fine. It was absolutely fine.The customer service was not-so-hot. Understandably this was staffed by young adults and some of them were not so patient with the young children we had along with us.However, the children were not unruly and were not disruptive. However, I believe the associate helping us was very annoyed that we did not know how to order for things (as it was our first time). She was very curt and not as friendly.Id like to give the benefit of the doubt, because people have bad days. However, some courtesy and patience would be preferable.Considering this is a higher-end store there should be a higher-end respect and attitude. I cannot fully recommend. I didnt ruin my day, but I can also say it will be very unlikely we will return.UPDATE: I am revising my review slightly and raising the Star Level because the proprietor responded directly to my comments above. This shows care and a genuine appreciation of a Customers thoughts. Thank you to whomever responded. I would like to give your place another chance.

I wont say its better or worse than ice cream, just different. Its worth a try if you havent already. Used to work here about 3 years ago. Went in and nothing has changed (in a good way). Everyone is friendly and patient while you make the difficult decision between umpteen different delicious flavors. Also I know the owners well and they are good people and worth supporting. Check it out if you havent.

Loved the gelato here especially the lemon sorbet and sea salt caramel really amazing place always good quality have gone to them multiple times throughout my years living here in New Mexico.

Every Nov 21st for the past 4 yrs our family(12-16 of us) gather to celebrate and honor my dad on his birthday. He LOVED ice cream, and would have loved FROST! The staff there is so friendly and very accommodating as we all tend to take over the place for the evening, but they never complain and were always greeted with a smile and great service! Thank you Frost, your gelato and your staff always make this day full of family memories for us💗

Im from Minnesota, the home of Dairy Queen. I like a Blizzard once in a while. But were there a Frost location near me, Id always choose Frosts gelato over any other ice cream...even Chocolate Shoppe, and thats saying something! Rich, creative flavors served up by nice people with superb efficiency, it just cant be beat! I commend their dark chocolate and gianduia (hazelnut chocolate: think Nutella, but Im pretty sure they actually puree Ferrero Rocher candies into it) flavors to my follow chocolate lovers.

The Gelato is awesome! But every time we go the customer service has been frustrating. The employees arent friendly and they kind of treat u like they cant wait for u to leave.
