Much more oriented toward medical work than food service, and womens products than mens. The staff are nice but not exceptionally helpful or knowledgeable. Not a bad store by any means, but I wish there was an alternative, or this store would expand. In abq, Amazon or other online outlets may be your best bet for high end restaurant gear. I recommend only for females in the medical field, and I dont mean that to be condescending

Was having trouble finding a quantity of high quality aprons on short notice, this place had just what I needed! Friendly service and a very good selection. Ill glad return to House of Uniforms and recommend it to everyone.

I have shopped here for a long time. Its sooo friendly & employees are so helpful. Especially satisfied with the embroidery jobs I have ordered. The owner goes a step beyond to get you just what you want! AND, they have the best music in town!!!

They are always so nice and helpful when I go in. They have a good selection to choose from. I had to special order my size but they came in quick. Very nice local store. I will return!

My coat was embroidered with inappropriate spaces, and when I asked for it to at least fixed with periods, I was essentially told that their way was the only right way to embroider, and that I would have to pay an embroidery fee again in order to have the periods placed (I think I would know the correct way to arrange the letters and spaces, considering this is my profession...). The guy at the shop was somewhat hostile towards me about this, for no reason. I would not use this shop again for any embroidery services.

Its great doing business with local companies that are able to deliver what they promise or better. We just created a new ambassador program and needed Polos and some logo work ASAP. Our shirts were delivered faster than expected which was much appreciated considering we were in a time crunch!

Really horrible experience on embroidery of a white coat. The owner of 30 years is incredibly rude and unprofessional, taking the customer is always wrong attitude. They stitched half of the name underneath the lapel of the jacket so it could not be seen. They also did not put the initials of the degree correctly at the end of the name. Upon complaining, the owner said she had been doing this for 30 years and that is how it is supposed to look!! Believe me, this is *not* how it is supposed to look. I cant imagine a doctor raising the collar of the coat to show the entire name to the patient, nor that we do not know the correct initials for the degree! The owner refused to correct the problem and we had no choice but to take a brand new jacket that was now damaged by a horrible embroidery job. I would not recommend this place to anybody.

House of uniforms is the only place in town that has everything you need for your uniform needs. I love this place!

This place is so unprofessional. They told me it would take ten days for my order to come in and it has taken 2 months. I still havent received my full order. One member of the staff was particularly rude. I will NEVER come back here nor recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the stress and time and go to a different shop.

Lots of uniforms and good prices...they even have sales so even better prizes.

I have called them three times wanting an update on my labcoats I ordered a MONTH ago( they had told me it would take two weeks) and they couldnt even find me on their list ! Even on a computer ! Everytime I call I get some random excuse -the previous girl has left, the new one doesnt know what Im talking about and the owner is NEVER there. Iv left my phone no. A billion times and have never heard back. Iv even emailed the lady but havent heard back. Worst customer service and worst service ever. Do NOT make the mistake of going here.

This place is awful! The lady who was suppose to help me was very rude! She keep snapping at me while I was trying to order scrubs for work. She even slammed her hand down while yelling at me. I told her I could take my money else where!
