The staff was very courteous and helpful the only reason i gave a 4 star is because the prices were the same as the mall

My favorite stores sense i moved too Albuquerque 3 years ago, there 2 sisters and very, nice and respectful and good people.

Always enjoy going in this store!! They have a little bit of everything. 😁 People have always been nice to me and I always know where to buy my Locs when I lose them 😉 Not a big selection of them today but still enjoyed it!

Helpful staff. Unique and wide selection of things. Pretty good prices. They may carry a lot of things I dont care for, but what they did have that I liked, the prices were impressive. The employees in there were more than helpful.

I give no stars to management who refused my service dog! I was demanded to show proof & upon proof was told proof wasnt good enough! Other employees were great but the manager, she needs to go! I filled out a complaint with ADA so shell be happy when slapped with the fine! Stupid cant be fixed so hopefully something is done about her real soon!!!

Wide variety of very nice cheep cloths. Management very helpful. Like the no pets policy. Some ppl have Dog allergies

Got everything I could need at badass prices plus every person behind the counter Ive met is pretty laid-back and friendly. This is my go-to store and I live 30 miles outside ABQ. Everybody asks where I get my clothes and I tell them Gen X. And Im pretty picky about where I shop so 5 stars from me is saying something.

Over the years Gen X has been fading in my opinion they probably will not be open very much longer the staff is fairly rude most of the time not willing to help and now that the crime has gone up in Albuquerque so much they close way-too-early I dont normally find what Im looking for it these locations anymore due to the fact that I used to dress in 90s style clothing their flannel button-up shirts have gone down in quality and up in price not to mention they hardly ever have anything that Im looking for in stock this goes for Dickies solos and interstates and again like I said in other reviews too many clothing shops are catering more to women an less to men

I came all the way from another town 60 miles away to this store on San Pedro, the service there was terrible,I ask for help and the casher got mad and said she couldnt, then she started throwing us dirty looks and starring at us, I came to this store on San Pedro to spend money since the service was so bad I didnt buy anything, my 2 grandaughters were upset they had to put back what they where going to buy,every time I go to Albuquerque I usually take people with me so that they know where this store is,I wont be doing that anymore,this place dont even deserve 1 star!!!!!!
