I’m from out of town and needed an indoor spot to light up without the wind bothering me. I decided to visit here based off reviews. They have a nice walk-in humidor with a decent selection. I’d like to see more name brands but I found what I wanted.Helpful staff and friendly. The smoke room is comfortable and the nice leather chairs aren’t deeply indebted from butts. The most important thing to me that nobody every share is the venting system by his place has a large unit in the ceiling above. Now I’m the only one in the room but no lingering smoke. Worth the visit.

In town on business, enjoyed an extended visit here and very enjoyable smoke. Owner was friendly, engaging and attentive to three guys he may never see again! We got to tell a few war stories, learn a bit about the cigar business and the challenges of keep prices fair vs the government taxes and fees. Overall a great visit, a great smoke and very nice, clean place!

Would have given no stars if available. They were giving my husband 10% off for vet/disabled vet/military but are no longer doing so. Said we have to be in uniform. Vets don’t wear uniforms and should be given the same respect and discount they give to military in uniforms. They lost a customer and I hope many more!

Great local cigar shop and a very knowledgeable staff

Great humidor with a countless selection of quality smokes! Really nice, quiet lounge. Enjoyed my time there. If you cant find your cigar, just ask the guy up front and hell point you in the direction of a great stick - thats what I did and now Im hooked on the My Father line. Ill be back!

They have a really nice selection of cigars. The price range is a little high but its to be expected. They have a nice cigar smoking section. The only downside is the guy at the register follows you around like youre going to steal something and its kind of annoying.

Decent selection in a nice walk-in humidor and fair prices. In normal times, there is an average sized Lounge that is nice with big screen TVs and comfortable chairs. Good ownership that keeps patrons updated with regular email newsletters.

Nice place. Has a large well stocked humidor and very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pricing is the same as the internet but better cared for stock.

I am visiting. The people there are very friendly and made me feel like one of the group. Good selection and very comfortable lounge with TV screens. Most lounges are cold. This one is warm. Great vibe. I highly recommend it.

Probably the nicest cigar shop in Albuquerque. Staff and customers inside are stuck up and not terribly welcoming. Didnt say hello to me when I walked in, and didnt offer assistance when selecting cigars. Will probably go back just as a matter of convenience, as it is close to my house.Update - downgraded to 1-star because everything in Albuquerque deserves 1 star or less, and now that I finally moved back to FL, I will never be back! Good luck!

Selection is fairly miserable. No new/interesting/limited cigars or boutique offerings. It is basically all the same boring brands youll find at Total Wine but more expensive. Also dont bother if you want pipe tobacco, they just have a few pouches of junk. Save yourself some time and go to Montes or Stagg for cigars/tobacco.

I made my first trip here today after learning about this cigar shop a couple of days ago. I usually purchase my cigars at Montes or at Lil Island. A friend of mine told me this was a great shop with great pricing. It is really close to my work so was excited to find a new shop. The shop itself is extremely nice, the humidor was stocked and the lounge area was really cool (even though we didnt stay to smoke in the lounge) The one issue I have was the customer service, it was as if the gentlemen working the counter didnt want us there. I dont know who everyone else got there service from but the gentlemen today was beyond unwelcoming. I dont think I will be visiting this shop again seeing as I can get good service and pricing at two other locations.

It’s a good store but don’t go into here as a newbie to cigars. They aren’t the most friendly towards newcomers

Great local shop. In the area visiting from Austin TX and looking for a place to have a cigar after work. Unfortunately they close at 6p, like many of the shops here In Albuquerque. That said, very friendly staff. Nice comfortable seating area to enjoy a cigar. The humidor is well stocked with everything I expected to find, except LFD. Good prices too. Hope to come back.

Been here a year ago to meet with some old friends from Europe, had to sit there and chIr was kinda turned aside (which is disrespectful for meeting old friends from Europe) grabbed one of the chairs and turned towards to face the friend and owner approached and was mean when he said I cant move any chair so I turned the chair to the position it was (thats another reason why didnt buy any cigar) waited till they got their cigars done and we walked out.

By far the best in town. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I’ve never been disappointed with what I purchase.

Unlike those other places that claim they are a tobacco shop and only sell cigarettes...Havanas carries very rare and hard to find items like actual pipe tobacco.

This Cigar shop is quite possibly the best in the city. The selection is huge and well balanced. The lounge is great to smoke and catch a game. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Such a great place. Havana House is how a cigar shop should be. Open, inviting, friendly, great customer service, a clean shop with clean air. I was in town for just 36hrs but made two trips here. I was fortunate enough to have two hours to kill here. I was warmly welcomed and introduced to the regulars. I wasnt shunned or ignored like I was trying to infiltrate a secret society. After years of visiting all types of cigar shop, I cant overemphasize how important cleanliness is. If your shop is a haze of smoke clouds and has dirty, full ashtrays everywhere, thats not OK. And thats not the way HH is!It also helps that just a couple doors down is a Starbucks. You can grab coffee and a snack and settle in for a nice smoke at HH. Couldnt be better.I cant recommend Havana House enough. It is just a superb shop. Great, friendly, knowledgeable staff, great selection, very fair prices.

Big and comfortable lounge with plenty of seating for smoking your favorite stogie. The humidor is always stocked with top name brand cigars such as Padron, Monte Cristo, Ashton,and Rocky Patel to name a few. If pipe tobacco is your pleasure, then they have it covered.
