Their service department is absolutely the worst. Their sales team was fine and helpful, but we have had nothing but problems with the service department. Our experiences with the service department (especially in the last 6-8 months) have been characterized by nothing but delays, incompetence, and staff who just dont seem to care. I dont write many reviews, and usually only post when I have something good to say, but our experience with them has been appalling, and I think its important to share these experiences. Many of the other reviews posted here are for the Sales Department, but arguably the quality of the Service Department is much more important (especially if you have to get warranty work done, etc.) We have bought two vehicles from them, but I would not do it again, and I would definitely not use their service department.

This place is the worst!! Told my insurance company that I physically ripped the bumper off my vehicle after they made repairs that were not to manufacture specifications. I could literally bump my hand on the fender and the adjoining part would come loose/detach from the other. Also, there was an area where someone had caused friction from a push and pull rubbing the topcoat from the base of the main body. Looked like it could be from friction or and adhesive removing the topcoat from the substrate.After taking the vehicle home, there is a large dent on the hatch door of the 4Runner rear that was not there. I have no desire to make false claims, and only wish to receive a quality product for the cost paid.The service person “Deloris” had the audacity to tell my insurance company that I ripped the bumped from the vehicle!!!! First of all, who would do such a thing, or have the strength, and lastly, the error in the repair was so small and an easy fix, why would anyone make such silly allegations.This place is not only the most dishonest business I have felt with in Albuquerque, but I can guarantee they will pay for their false allegations and never have the opportunity to service insurance claims from Travelers again..I do not recommend this company to represent you or your families needs in any means. Be careful, and never trust these folks at their word.Shame on you for the lies and deceit.

An excuse is worse than a lie.Alexander Pope. This dealership and it finance department lacks leadership and empathy for a young family of five living in the heart of the Navajo Nation. Its the oldest profession in the book gambling on Native Americans, stealing our land isnt enough, now its my responsibility to get the vehicle back the dealership due to a few signatures that they failed to get from us. At 22% it will definitely get us upside down and a little towards the principal of the loan. One sales pitch was you could win big at the casino and pay off early. We should have ran yet we needed a newer used vehicle for our family. Shame on you Reliable Chevrolet.

We could not afford to wait. We were relocating across the USA. Truck needed coil packs. So we purchased a new truck. Staff was great. Wow! I am the type of person that when I want something, I know EXACTLY what I want and I dont need any persuasion from another to make a decision. I have owned several sports cars and currently had a Camaro, but, I was in the market for a NEW one. I started to look around on October 26th and found three I was quite interested in. It sat in there service center for 2 weeks and they didnt even know it was there. Once they did, it took another entire week for them to blame it on me and do absolutely nothing to help. My truck was in your shop for 38 days for an issue that GM is well aware of. GM should stage all of the required replacement parts in a location easily available to any dealership that needs it. And it shouldnt take 3 weeks to diagnose an obvious failed lifter. My truck isnt even a year old and has 10k miles, and now I dont trust it because the other lifters may fail. This is ridiculous.

I bought my car from these people. So I Sent my car there for service. It has been there for 2 weeks and still hasnt been looked at. nobody ever calls me back. I called AAA and I had to have it towed to another shop. They knew it was my only vehicle and Im missing work. I dont recommend these people plus they lowered my credit score by 25 points and got me nowhere and never called me to say they couldnt help get me into another car. I took my car to the auto clinic and transmission shop on San Pedro they had it done in one day.

Many of our Friends & Family told us to get rid of that Lemon. Made an appointment to get an oil change and a diagnostic on the vehicle and they said it would be 2 weeks before it was finished. Over two weeks passed and they hadnt even looked at the car. What is even the point of making an appointment if theyre just going to keep it sitting for 2 weeks?? I spoke to the finance manager who said he would get the car expedited and it was finished the next day. When I get the car back THERES TRASH IN IT. Someone had left drinks in the car and during the pandemic, I think thats a health hazard. The radio in the car was also on and I dont use the radio because I listen to music on my phone. So did they even work at all while they had my car or did they just have snacks and listen to music?I also emailed the owner and a few of the directors because they low balled my appraisal and no one ever got back to me. I also messaged their Facebook page and the guy said he would have a sales representative reach out to me but no one ever did. Its a miracle that this place is still in business with how they treat their customers. I got a higher appraisal amount from CarMax!Please reconsider if youre thinking about going to Reliable Chevrolet unless you want unkind service, to be ignored, and trash left in your vehicle. Im truly disgusted by the service I received and Ive never been so disrespected by professionals in my life.

Service beyond expectations.Bought my Corvette pre-owned at a third party dealership back in December 2019. Since day one I had minor issues with performance but dismissed it since the car was running and no warning lights were present. 2 weeks ago the check engine light finally came on so I couldn’t dismiss it being something minor. Took it to Reliable Chevy where I met John from the service team. Since day one John set the bar high walking me through the entire process of diagnostics, service and repair. His professionalism and reassurance on his certified service team gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was receiving top quality care. Along with John, his service manager Michael made sure to address any additional questions or concerns I had. They both made me feel like a unique and valued customer, like part of the family. I was set up with a nice loaner vehicle until the repairs were completed. John was extremely knowledgeable and even helped me do a few cosmetic upgrades like getting an extra key fob, new wipers and even a sweet Z06 front grille. This type of service I will admit is second to none especially comparing it to any top dealership in the Albuquerque area. Once I got my Corvette back everything was better than ever. The car runs and feels like brand new. Performance and speed felt so amazingly different. Everything since then has been perfect with no complaints. AMENDED on 11/3/21: I previously wrote a good review for their sales department. However, I feel compelled to amend my review, given recent terrible experiences we have had with their service department.We brought our 2021 vehicle in for routine maintenance and a warranty issue a couple of months ago. After a week with no word on the status, we called and were told it was in queue to be looked at, but they had a backlog. We called a week later, it still hadnt even been looked at. Long story short, it took literally A MONTH for our vehicle to be ready--and that is only after complaining to the manager of the new car department, who finally got it resolved for us. The various service managers we talked to were either rude, didnt return our calls, or were just otherwise unhelpful and didnt seem to care.We have also had significant quality issues with our Chevy Colorado, which we bought new. Weve had a steady stream of warranty issues that have had to be fixed ever since we got the truck a couple of years ago. At first, the service department was good. However, that has completely changed over the last 6 months or so, and their Service Department has really become awful to deal with.Anyway, back to the quality issues. Until recently, at least these issues were covered under warranty. However, we are now at 62,000 miles, and within the last 2,000 miles (with most issues out of warranty), we have had nearly $2,000 in repair costs, for issues that shouldnt be happening to a truck with 60K miles. Some of the issues relate to previous warranty repairs that were supposedly fixed by Reliable, but apparently were not. Reliable has refused to stand behind their work, and has basically just shrugged their shoulders and said youre SOL.We are done buying vehicles from Reliable (and probably Chevy in general). While their customer service in the Sales Department is good, in the long run, service and vehicle-quality matters more. Their Service Department has become absolutely the worst, and they refuse to stand behind their vehicles or repairs. If you want quality maintenance and repairs, completed within a reasonable time, this is NOT the place. We have also had WAY more problems with our two Chevy vehicles than we have ever had with the Nissan and Toyota vehicles weve owned in the past.

STOP!! read this before allowing these people to do any maintenance to your vehicle. I brought my truck in for a recall airbag sensor when I came back for my truck I noticed that there were 2 cracks running down my dash board. I called and talked to management guy named Mike who then told me it could have happened because my dash was older. He basically lead my on and said send pictures and Ill have our interior guy get on it asap. You used that on me for the last 3 months finally I just gave up thats what Mike was hoping for. They also never cleared the air bag code so now I have to take the truck back in to another dealership .

I bought a vehicle at their used dealership Isaiah the salesman was very helpful into getting me into a used car, but the another salesman by the name of Jude was very rude as if I took him away from something else that was important I couldn’t help but over hear that he didn’t want to help me no more or answer any of my questions when it came to insurance or any other relatable questions when it came to buying my first vehicle because he wanted to work with someone else who was buying a new truck over a used car, a few weeks later my vehicle was stolen out of my driveway I haven’t even made the first payment so when my vehicle was found and recovered I decided to take the vehicle to reliables Chevy repair shop because I decided is was best because I bought my first vehicle there and dropped off mid July so between the 17th-20th, I was told my vehicle would only take a couple weeks to repair its now September 20th and still no vehicle thanks reliable for not being so “RELIABLE”

Came in for an oil change and them know I needed a taillight fixed. Taillight was not fixed or even looked at, so much for a multi-point inspection! Steering was also scraped/damaged and vent air fresheners were also broken off.
