Excellent service! We recently moved here and started experiencing issues with our Land Rover Discovery. I called, was able to make an immediate appointment, described the issue, and they were able to determine the problem and fix it promptly. Reuben went above and beyond to be helpful throughout including providing timely updates. I’ve had my vehicle serviced at three other Land Rover dealerships and this was by far the best experience. Highly recommend! 5 stars!

Bought a beautiful 2018 Honda Civic. Salesman was nice. Finance team was nice and helpful. However, when I drove the car home I noticed how disgusting the car was. Pictures of children, trash, previous owners registration and hunting licenses in glove compartment Lipstick on leather. Splatter of some substance all over the roof. It wasn’t even vacuumed. After 2 calls and detailed messages no one has tried to remedy the situation. Surely Land Rover of Albuquerque has better standards than this. The lack of attention to detail or care for their customers is why we will never buy from them again.

I highly recommend this Land Rover of Albuquerque! Thanks to their salesperson, Rachel, who did not rush us and listened to our wants and needs, my Discovery Land Rover has been my most favorite vehicle. Thereafter, the service provided is truly the best. Service Advisory, Reuben, has been amazing! He is so polite and professional always taking good care of us. He promptly provides us an update with our vehicles status while it is in the shop. Reuben is trustworthy and this gives me a peace of mind for our familys safety while on the road. 5 STAR!!!!!

Took my Rover for some service. Staff was all great, no complaints there. They were helpful, professional and got me in and out quickly. The part I had fixed, took me about 30 minutes to take out and put back. Unfortunately I had to take it in because I couldnt code the piece. Doing the math on what I paid in labor means I paid right around 580$ an hour...

Hello to you new car buyers out there. I was happily greeted at the front by a young lady who took me to meet a sales specialist. This is my first time being at Range Rover and I must say that the environment is so unique and really welcoming. As for the sales person Larry, I would say otherwise; I walked in to look at a new car and he not only had me waiting and walking around for 30 minutes but wouldnt let me look in the car that I wanted to purchase. He told me that it was for serious car buyers only. Very rude I took my serious car buyer attitude to Mercedes where I was happily help by John Pond.

Purchased a used car. After all paperwork signed, sales rep brings out 1 key FOB. I asked him about the second and he said they did not have one.Ordered a new FOB and took it to local dealership for programming at a cost of $250 for the key and $125 for programming. After several hours, dealer could not get the new key to program. Contacted sales rep at LandrRover to see if he had any ideas or could contact original owner to find the key. He gets back to me a few days later and tells me that when they took this car in, the original rep took the second key home, and would return it following week!! I finally got that original key and it doesnt work. Took it to local dealership and they cannot get it to program! So am essentially stuck with only one functioning key FOB. Sent a couple of messages to Land Rover sales rep AND to Land Rover general manager again asking if they could contact original owner t see if they had similar issue, with no response. Seems like the attitude is that its not their problem any longer. Find it very strange that they let their sales reps take keys home. Buyer beware.

I wanted to go in to purchase a new Velar and they told me that it would be ready for me to take a look at as soon as I get there. I arrived and was told the car has been moved somewhere else and that it will be no longer available to sell until the next day. ummmm talk about unreliable!! Im not just talking about the service and the way they treat you but the cars as well. I luckily have a warranty but seriously youd expect to be treated better when you spend $80,000 on a car.

Recently while traversing AZ we hit a pothole in our Jaguar and blew one tire and shredded the other. Fortunately we were able to get towed to Gallup and get two limp alongs that allowed us to get to Albuquerque where Jon Foss and the service team at Land Rover Albuquerque had reacted quickly and found two replacement tires before facilities closed on Saturday and were standing by when we pulled in. The new tires were installed and Jon went out of his way to recommend a hotel for us to spend the night at. Great service above and beyond on a Saturday afternoon. Thanks Jon!

Wish I could say that I had a good experience. I am an African American man and I had came in to service my 2008 Range Rover which I love so much and had bought brand new only to be waiting for two hours and then they tell me to just come back the next day!! I saw at least three other Caucasian males walk in and out right away. Im not saying they are racist but it definitely felt that way. Very disappointed to have been doing business with this company.

I was lied to by the service department technician. He said I crossthreaded the Oxygen sensor and an exhaust bolt. I asked to see it for myself. The service manager agreed no crossthread I showed him a pic of the Oxygen sensor that had not been touched prior to their service tech working on the vehicle. The service manager again agreed. 2 days later the service writer called and asked for money to release the vehicle. I tried several times to contact the general manager, and he will not call me back. This dealership has demonstrated they are very willing to lie to get money from you. Check around, you can get service work done for much less from several other shops around town. 1-6-21 I still have not heard from Richard Businger -- I guess that is a lie also -- I have tried repeatedly to contact Richard. He will not come to the phone, or call me. Update 10-15-21 --- Still no word from them. I guess when your crooked, you hide!!!

Range Rover has by far been one of the most unreliable cars I have ever owned in my career. I came in this past week to see a new range rover and they told me that they would help put me in a new vehicle right away. I got the hint that the dealer Gram was very racist because he would consistently look at the cars that I wanted to buy and tell me that either it was already sold or that it wasnt available then after 10 minutes of vaguely answering my questions he went inside and said just come in if you want to buy something. He made no effort to help me or to sell me a car. I had an epiphany at that moment and realized that getting a vehicle with this much unreliability and this treatment is unacceptable and I went to another dealership.

With everything being taken away from our 2020 seniors, my sister tried to purchase my nephew a vehicle to celebrate my nephews accomplishments. She was treated TERRIBLE, in fact I witnessed the dealership being very rude, this includes the finance manager and the manager Danny. They agreed upon a price, She was qualified for the Vehicle, asked them to put the paperwork, they tried to increase the price because she was approved from a credit union, she stated she qualified for the price they agreed upon, she continually tried to contact them to see if the paperwork was ready. Then danny called her being extremely rude and said they “sold the car”. This dealership ruined a gift for a kid that deserves so much...I will never purchase a vehicle from them and I recommend others to purchase elsewhere as well!!!

My wife and I have recently purchased 2 Discovery Sport HSE models in the last several months. We originally had come in to have our 2016 Discovery serviced. The service department was very friendly and professional but while there we started browsing through the inventory and Rachel came out to see if we needed any assistance. There was absolutely no pressure and she allowed us to check and then test drive the vehicles that caught our attention. Before long, with the help of the new car manager, Danny, we were driving an additional Discovery Sport home. The transaction was straightforward and again no pressure. We were very happy with the transaction and love the vehicle.Fast forward 2 months and we took our new vehicle in for service (again very good service), and while checking in with Rachel my wife spotted a new Discovery Sport that caught her eye. Long story short, we went over the details again with Rachel and she asked Danny to help explain a few details and we were driving another new vehicle home!! We will be looking forward to doing business with them again! Thank you Rachel and Danny!

My purchasing experience for a 2017 F Type R was very easy. Larry was very helpful and friendly and made the process a breeze. John the manager was helpful in obtaining the financing and helped arrange delivery of our vehicle as well. It was one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. We were purchasing a vehicle and got qualified through our own lender, we were told by the finance guy that if we go with our own lender the price will be a list price. Basically from my understanding from the finance guy they ( the dealership) get a kickback if we use their lender. We told them we agreed upon a price, it shouldnt matter which lender we go with, Please work the paperwork and we will go sign. After several attempts of trying to get ahold of them, hours later we finally hear back from the manager Danny stating they sold the vehicle. This was the WORST experience we have ever had. I recommend that you find a dealership with integrity. By the way im curious are kickbacks legal??

I have been an orthopedic surgeon for the past twenty years and I walked into this dealership to purchase a new car for my daughter Stephanie. Once we arrived we sat down and after 30 minutes of waiting we were finally helped. I want to alert any other buyers to stay away from this dealership. They did not help us and were very rude to us. Not only did they not let my daughter test drive a car but they challenged my credentials asking if I could prove that I was a real doctor. Not happy.

So I am a student and attend Sandia Prep with a friend of mine. We decided to go in and look at some vehicles to see if maybe we can get them in the future. The salesperson helping us was very rude and treated us like kids. I can understand why but young adults should still be treated with respect when coming in because you never know who anyones parents are. My father has owned five range rovers over the past couple years and to be treated this way purely upon your age is very demeaning and discriminatory.

With Dan Brink their financial officer we were approved for financing our car with a great interest rate before we even arrived. My fiancé and I saw a car that we knew we were going to buy at this dealership. We wanted it, so we went ahead and chased after it. The car was in good condition and we were ready to buy it but the way we were treated was terrible! I called my bank up the same day to start the process and there were no issues I got pre approved right away. They did nothing to try to sell us this car. The sales manager belittled us because we were buying a $15k car rather than a $150k car. He didn’t want to release the car even when the bank sent him the paperwork to release it. He said to my fiancé and I quote “The credit unions haven’t been giving us our money so we don’t trust them and will not release the car.” On top of that, the sales manager practically yelled at me on the phone when we were being consistent to figure out what the hold up was after 3 days. My fiancé went to the dealership and observed the way they were treating an older couple that was purchasing a $150k jaguar and how the process was simple for them to get the car the 1st day. I know this because my fiancé barged in their conversation and asked how much the car was and how long it took them to buy it. I was seriously almost to the point of telling them never mind that I didn’t want the car anymore. After the experience we’ve had with this dealership we will never buy from them again although we love the car we bought.

After a not so good experience from my review below, I am returning back for an updated review going from a 1 star to a 5 star. JJ got in contact with us, had our vehicle inspected and worked on until the problem was resolved. He made sure we were very well taken care of and made sure we had an excellent experience with Land Rover. Thank you JJ for going over and beyond and turning our experience around with Land Rover. You have excellent customer services skills and you showed us that customers really do matter.Recently took in my Range Rover because tire light was on. Took it in and mechanic service said it could be multiple possibilities issues (gave me a short list). They asked to make an appointment so they can fully diagnosis to pin point the problem. Took it in the next morning and they called to let us know they pin point it to the problem of the tire sensor monitor and asked if they wanted the problem fixed. Mechanic switched out the tire sensor of what he said was the pin point problem was. Picked up the Range and driving it home I noticed it was pulling to the right. Called them back and explained what was wrong and they asked for us to bring it back the next morning. Took it in and come to find out the diagnostic that suppose pin pointed wasnt the issue and it was something else and want us to pay even more to fix that after the mechanic screwed up on what was wrong with it. Seems to me he needs more education in being a mechanic. This has been the worse service I have ever had with mechanics and to top it off its that actually car dealership mechanic. That doesnt look good on a company for a mechanics to do work and cant fix the problem and every time you take it in he states oh, thats wasnt the problem, it was this. What is he doing every time we take it in? Making sure something else goes wrong so we can keep taking it in so they can make more money. Or for the sales man to call us to trade it in. I feel they do things to the vehicle to make more money or sales. Very poor service. Very disappointed. My advice... Take your vehicle to a mechanic shop rather than the actually dealership!!!

After a terrible experience with the Land Rover service department (during my last oil change they forgot to put the oil cap back on the oil tank), I took my car to Firestone off of Paseo and had a great, speedy service. They take same day appointments and are open on weekends. They looked at my Land Rover 50,0000 mile checklist and took care of everything on the list. They were friendly and knowledgeable and remembered to put the oil cap back on, unlike the so called “certified” mechanics at Land Rover. Also the last time I was at Land Rover I was told I need new front brakes that was going cost me $800, I declined and had them inspected today and they are still in good working order. I saved the best for last, my entire synthetic oil change and inspection cost 1/5 the cost of what Land Rover was charging me. Also, when I wrote up my review the last time I had issues with Land Rover, the GM puts comments on here to email them directly, I did and of course with no surprise I never heard back. I love my Land Rover but I really discourage anyone from doing business with the Albuquerque dealer.

If youd like a full review then lets proceed:Id first like to say that your sales team is friendly and an enjoyable group of people... at first.The real problem lies in when you move on to purchasing a vehicle. Ive never had a lease pushed so hard on me in the past before. Having shopped at BMW, Audi, Mercedes and Porsche in the past I was both shocked and appalled at getting the hard sale for a lease. Are the commissions that good on leases vs sales? They must be. The terms certainly didnt favor the buyer.Second, trade in. Everyone is well aware theyll probably lose money vs a private sale but it does save time. Im all for shuffling a bit of the work off to the dealership in exchange for whats basically a fee. What I dont appreciate is being flat out lied to. The audacity of your expert inspector was shocking. I was told one year old tires were completely dry rotted and unsafe. Ive seen dry rot on tires more than a few times in my life, usually when purchasing a classic car to restore, so I was understandably concerned that Id been sold old tires by Americas Tire. When I asked to be shown what he was seeing, I was told it couldnt be seen.At this point Im confused as dry rot isnt something that hides. Even the salesman I was working with seemed more than a little taken aback by this statement. When pressed further, he said it was on the inside of the tire and he could just tell. Dry rot is almost always presents on the sidewall unless its an extremely old tire in which case the entire thing is cracked.I was also informed of a major upcoming service that he simply couldnt overlook unless I bought today. The real hard sales tactic huh? You might want to discuss with your team about lying. A 70k service on my vehicle is an oil change, cabin air filter, and inspection. This isnt one of the major service intervals.This has been a very different experience from buying my previous higher end vehicles. Once we got to purchasing this felt far more like buying a Kia than a Land Rover.

The customer service was excellent. However, I bought the extended warranty and was not happy. I paid 5,000 and the warranty is not the same as the original warranty. I was told the warranty is the exact same and it is not. When you pay 5,000 for a warranty it should be the same. They use another company for the warranty and they have the final say as to fix the car or not. In addition, I had to get a software update to my radio and that was $100. I dont feel I should have to pay to get my radio software updated. I was going to have to pay an additional $900 to fix a hose attached to my water pump. The warranty company said it should be done one way and Jaguar said it should be done another way. Fortunately Jaguar stepped up and fixed the hose and it did not cost me the $900. I did have to fight for this and it was a real hassle. My car has right around 50,000 miles and I know something is going to come up soon. I bought the warranty to have peace of mind. I want to drop my car off and get it fixed. I did not have my car for over a week because I was fighting with the warranty company. I had to drive a loaner from Jaguar which I was grateful for. Love Jaguar and the customer service but watch out for the extended warranty.

My wife was in Albuquerque and the car quit recognizing the key. Replaced the battery but still didnt work. Called the service department and they were not helpful. Didnt know what was wrong, and wouldnt get the car in until after she was due to leave Albuquerque. No help at all. Would not recommend Land Rover, and certainly not this service department. Kind of critical to be able to start your car when youre traveling.

Their service dept was less than helpful took our vehicle in for a leak in the fuel system because it didnt pass emissions. We were told that it was taken care of had the vehicle retested still failed $700 later. Called to speak to the service department was told we may have to pay for another diagnostic test. Honestly the least you could do is throw in the diagnostic you were the last to touch our vehicle. All I wanted was to get it fixed to pass emissions I guess thats asking too much!

We bought our Jaguar 2 weeks ago from Albuquerque Jaguar Land Rover. The buying process was easy and the salesman (Scott) was knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle. Im writing this review at this time because we needed to contact used car manager and the service department. I was losing air out of the front tire and eventually found out the rim was cracked. Not a big crack but a crack none the less. I brought this to the attention of the used car manager Peter, he asked me to bring it in so that he could evaluate the problem. When I got to the dealership they had a loaner car out front and ready to go. A car 2 years newer than the one we turned in. They replaced the rim with no charge which would have cost me over $1,000. Ive never had service of this quality in my 64 years. I anticipate a swell relationship in the future.

I had brought my Range Rover in for service in October 2018 and btw had a really bad experience with the them at that time as well... now it’s been 6months and my check engine light comes back on. So I had another shop take a look at it because I didn’t want to take it back to Land Rover of Albuquerque service dept. when I find out that it’s the same thing that was replaced when I was over their. So I decided to call ahead and make an appointment with Range Rover dealer of Albuquerque I specifically asked them for a loaner car and told them that I needed something comparable to what I had due to the fact that I am handicapped and require that I put my electric scooter in the back so I went ahead and made my appointment. The day of my appointment I called to make sure there wasn’t anything I needed to bring with me like insurance card or credit card or something for the rental I spoke to the receptionist and she advised me what I needed to bring five minutes later I get a call from one of the service advisors saying that all he can do for me is get me into a Toyota Prius I explained to him that I needed something bigger that’s why I had called ahead and made my appointment to reserve me one but it just seems to me that they only give Land Rover loaners to those worthy of them. In other word that made me feel like they were discriminating against me because I’m a young Hispanic male that drives a slightly older range rover. As soon as I spoke to the service advisor I got the feeling that he didn’t want to help me like he didn’t even want To come in at all. It brought back really bad feelings from the last time I was there and I just feel like I can’t trust them anymore too bad that there’s only one Land Rover dealership in Albuquerque all I want is the LanRover experience like you get when you’re in another state like Scottsdale Arizona where I’m from. From the moment that you get to land Rover of Albuquerque you feel like your in a world of hate and disrespect like no one cares if you’re there they don’t even greet you leave you waiting in the service drive just a really bad experience all around. Because of this reason this is why I haven’t bought my new Range Rover because I don’t want to have to deal with the service dept like the one in Albuquerque. I will be notifying my friend @krqe news Chanel 13 and hope they could help me look into this dealership further.

I was delighted with the service I received on my visit to your new Jaguar dealership and with the fact that some excellent staff from Melloy Jaguar were included in the move when you assumed the dealership. Im disappointed, though, that the huge silver Jaguar statue that marked the Melloy facility did not also make the move. That statute is more visible than any other sign could be and speaks volumes about the uniqueness and mystique of Jaguar.

Me and my family was the best experience buying our new car, from the moment negotiation start to the moment we got the keys. Our salesman Danny, was always So professional, respectful, above and beyond expectations . Very familiar dealership starting from the Danny ( salesman), omg ! to the super nice Assistant in the front desk, to the financial personnel, everybody was knowledgeable and with the good intentions to get us a new family car. Terrible service!!!! I will never ever purchase a Range Rover ever again; the customer service is terrible you would think you would get better service from purchasing a $140,000 car but you dont I purchased a Lincoln navigator 2 years ago and it was about $80,000 but I got way better service them from even giving me a free champagne bottle and unlimited carwashes from them. the Range Rover we got had terrible stains on the carpet that they tried to remove which they couldnt. they said they were going to replace it under warranty it has been roughly 2 months and I have not received new from them.

Hope I can say the same about Chad and Danny but I trusted them to give me a good deal on a used car and I feel like an idiot for falling for their bad ways. So Wells Fargo aprove me with 11% interest and they say if I bought the car with extended warranty about 4K gap ins 4K and some other stupid carpet and leather warranty 1k. They would give me 3%. On the deal so I was like great. Come to find out I did not had to buy any of that( called the finance company) and when something breaks on my car of curse is not covered. So now I upside down and with hail damage on the car and they want to give me 7k dollars for it. 5 actually bit to be nice 7 lol. When I paid 30k. Watch out for this guys. Read all the lines. Also tried to buy other cars but never had them either sold or im Santa Fe guess still think bob turners is the best. Even tho I don’t buy fords.

Sales: horrible follow-up. Ive bought 2 vehicles here over the years and the only reason I come back is the absence of another Land Rover dealership in Abq.Service department: they do good work and deliver on time as promised. My service advisor David is fantastic: professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant; he goes out of his way to keep me abreast of progress on any work being done, and to minimize any inconvenience that having the car in the shop may cause me.My few encounters with the service dept. mgr, John, however, almost drove me to trade in my Range Rover for a vehicle I could take to be serviced elsewhere: John is unhelpful and downright rude. Its a Land Rover dealership, folks - you are not doing me a favor by performing warranty work on an almost-six-figure car you sold me a year ago. Please hire a department manager whose personality is not one better suited for, say, running a scrap yard.

I would have gotten better work done at jiffy lube or wal mart. Tech had no clue how to work on a jaguar s type r. Wasted a ton of money. Stay away. Grind an independent mechanic.

It was terrible, never ever shopping from there ever again, you’d expect them to treat you well whenever you’re purchasing a vehicle that cost $130,000 you’d expect them to treat you better. I purchased a Lincoln Navigator in 2015 that cost $80,000 and they gave me perfect coustomer assitance they even have me a free champagne bottle. Land Rover of Albuquerque are terrible people under staffed and they sold me a new Range Rover that has satines that you cannot removed. And lied about how much they were going to give me for my navigator and I didn’t check whenever I signed that they were only giving me $40,000 when they had said they were going to give me $54,203 they are lying people never ever will I purchase a Land Rover.
