How hard is it to keep track on your customer records. I bought a battery from this place in May. They offered a 2 year warranty on there battery on purchase. When I went in to inform them that the battery I purchased 5 months ago wont hold a charge they asked me for a warranty card which they never provided. I even tried to show them proof I purchased the battery from them through my bank statements and the refused to honor the warranty. Very poor business model. The guy preys on specific people and manipulates his business in his favor. I had every proof that I purchase the battery from them and because of a warranty card that they never provided me. They refuse to exchange my battery even told me to leave. Be very careful when dealing with these scam artists. Mar-co batteries much better service and there warrantys are on the battery. Better prices too.

Good place to get a refurbished battery with a 2 year warranty. Price has gone up a little bit but all battery prices have in every auto parts store. Quick service.

Tony and his team were phenomenal!! Went down got a good battery then still had the charging system light on so Auto zone said its a good battery just not fully charged. Went back talked to Tony who re assured me but also gave me another battery and tested my charging system properly and gave me great advice and pointed me in the right direction. Glad I found these honest people who genuinely care (Definitely a rare commodity now a days) needless to say we left very pleased with our purchase and will be coming here for ALL our battery needs!!

Place to get cheap batteries fast and easy. Just about any type of large battery you need, they probably have it from smaller special-fit 12v to sealed gel batteries for solar systems. Only downside is the location, be careful leaving the parking lot, no visibility till youre in the street.

It is currently 4:55 and I pulled in to pay for a battery real quick and the man said we are closed for the day when it clearly states 5 o clock. Im more upset he seen brand new twins and an 8 year old in the back and left me and my children in a position to be stuck if I shut off my car. I dont recommend this place to anyone especially in a bad situation they have no care. I had also called ahead so the battery could have been ready but I guess they dont need customers. Very disappointed

I went in to Recon Battery today and I have to say I was impressed with the friendly and swift service I received! I barely got out of my vehicle and an employee took a look to see what I needed, we walked inside he told another guy and installed it while the very friendly girl at the counter took my payment! Received bad battery originally than 2 returns were bad(pretty sure they gave batteries that were return previously had N melted on them but crossed out). For third return told them they better give me a fresh reconditioned battery which they did. N wasnt crossed out. Update 4th battery sucked too, untill I bought a smart battery charger from Amazon that had a repair mode it reconditioned the battery better than this place.

Yesterday was my third time buying a battery from Recon Battery Warehouse. This time I had them install it and they did it at no extra charge. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and efficient. I got a new, slightly blemished (who cares if your battery has a blemish?) battery for $49. A Walmart battery for my truck would have cost $120.

I got my battery from Recon two years ago. Still going strong. The next battery km getting is a 3 year warranty..I just had my battery checked about a Month ago at the Walmart Auto Service Department and the battery is still holding a good charge.

Battery Recon Warehouse is phenomenal. Theres always a fear and a bit of reluctance when purchasing anything refurbished (especially with something as important as your car battery) but please believe me thats not the case here. Batteries that are sold from here are of poor quality. The owner Davids customer service is horrible. Would not hold up his end on warranty. Will not go there again. I would recommend morco battery. Better quality and better service.

I had the battery installed and then a week later my car died. I read the voltage with a voltmeter it was around 8v which a car needs at least 12v. It seems like a great deal for the idea of a recycled car battery. This is my experience as a customer that also cannot return it because they have a NO RETURN policy.
