I had used them once on sons car, it burned out the stereo unit to be wired directly to the battery with no fuses. Later on same deal occurred with the corvette they wired up. I wont make the mistake of using them again.They arent cheap either, I just find them to be shoddy. Cost me a lot of money. I use Tim at Best Buy exclusively now.

These guys know whats up. I came in with no speakers/sub working and they got it good to go. Afterwards I noticed that my turn signals werent working for some reason, came back and they found the problem right away and fixed it for no extra. Fantastic experience would recommend.

I have come here 2 times. One was for a complete system in my jeep (over $3000). I was not happy with the install or the service. I decided to try them again and had a CB installed. They charged over $200 and I had my own cb. I’ve had to take it back twice and it’s not working . All I get is excuse after excuse. Mike the owner is rude and has zero customer service. His brother is nice and I believe he works at the Jeep dealership also, as I buy a lot of Jeep’s. I had a system I wanted installed but I’m going to just go somewhere else where they appreciate my business.

I went down and checked out their speakers, liked a set and put down a 50 dollars to reserve an installation time about 4 days away... Less than 24 hours later I cancelled, the girlfriend was just not gonna let me put the speaker system I wanted in the car sadly, I went back in and spoke to the same guy behind the counter who refused to give me my money back...Look if I was a no call no show or something I get it but in the current situation I feel cheated... The guy talked me into getting it there on the spot and putting the money down to reserve my installation and now Im getting no install and hes keeping my money anyway.... Anyone looking to get car audio should shop elsewhere.

I honestly love my system from here! It was wired properly, has no sound issues, and is really good quality. I had one system before that wasn’t installed right but I was assured it would be properly installed Mike is really really helpful and a great guy, he will give you proper information and won’t push you to buy certain things. I 100% recommended. Also assured me if there was any problems he would be available to fix them.

This place is great ! I bought my brand new competition system from here all down to the box and the smaller speakers in the car for a very good price, did installation in a timely manner! Installation was great no lose bolts or missing parts. Also even helped me with the annoying ruckus the license plate was making. Would highly recommend!!!!

I walked in just to look, and get an estimate on an installation, next thing you know it; Im driving out with some boom in the truck!! It has been a number of years (20) since I bought car audio but the car I purchased lacked a backup camera and a way to stream from an iphone. These guys were GREAT, they listened to what I wanted and could afford, I did not get pressured to buy more than I needed and they answered my many questions.As for the install, it was also better than I expected, they did a great job of making this a great looking install and also included hiding the wires for my existing dash cam.My experience was these guys were a good place to buy audio and will use them again.

I had the best experience here today. Its a nice, clean shop with a family friendly feel. The staff goes above and beyond, prices are great, and they have a lot of products to choose from. Today I brought my vehicle in just expecting the bare minimum of an alarm system installation and these gentleman managed to repair electrical issues that Ive had since I bought my vehicle 5 months ago. Knowingly was out of stock for my car stereo harness, advised me that they wouldnt accept returns and proceeds to sell me the wrong one. WASTED SO MUCH TIME TRYING TO MAKE IT WORK.Your better off not trusting these people.

Definitely would not recommend this shop too purchase and install equipment. I purchased some door speakers and had them install into my truck and they damaged both door panels because the tweeters punctured through the speaker grills on the doors. These were the speakers they said would fit and would be enough clearance in the back too accommodate the door. Both door panels were damaged in the process along with not properly assembling back the kick panel where they ran the amp wiring kit which i just ended up fixing myself. I spoke with the owner and he asked me too swing back in so they could take a look or try and repair the panel, which I agreed and did so. He said he would order the parts aftermarket and fix but it is now end of July and still no parts or a response to my last email. They refuse too order the proper oem door panels from dealer and has tried too give me a free set of speakers at a value of 110$ to even out the 1000$ a piece door panels from the PETERBILT dealership. I have reached out 4 different times with the same response that he was waiting for his aftermarket vendor to send him the parts. I went out of my way too show him the damaved panels along with pictures immediately after the install and all he is had is excuses on why it happened and that covid has been the reason the aftermarket panels he ordered have not come in. Super unprofessional customer service and all around cheap too try and fix or repair the problem with my truck. I have now had too hire a attorney to try and get them too pay for the damages to my truck. My first experience with a install was good and the reason I returned but this has been nothing but a terrible experience and his cheap offerings too repair the truck too how it was prior too his install. Be aware if something gets damaged, from my experience he lacks customer service and integrity too stand behind his shop for damage they did during the install i payed full price for. His offerings of 110 dollars or a place too paint the grills and repair which is near impossible dont cut the way a business should stand behind damaging a vehicle while they installed a item you payed for and they said would fit. Highly would not recommend this stereo shop..

As we walked in we were welcomed and with no hesitation we were given the best customer service. We inquired about installation for items we already had and as knowledgeable as the associate was he gave us a direct and honest pricing. We felt comfortable and not as if we were being sold for things we did not need. I will definitely be back here for an upgrade on my sterio system in the future. I recommend others to come here as u will not leave with anything less that what u expected.

Ive been coming here for years and recommended people here. Best price in town hands down. Theyll take care of you and wont give you stuff you dont need like Audio express with their bait and switch. If something is broke, theyll fix it the simplest way first. After having been to other places, I wouldnt go anywhere else. 99% of the time, work is within hours or same day.

Excellent service! I had these guys install a new system in my car previously, and it was great! Sound was awesome! A month or so ago I started to notice some audio issues, and came back to have them check it out. Turns out my factory amplifier was causing the issue. They were able to rewire my system to bypass it. I also had a Memphis sub installed to round out my system. Never sounded better!

This by far has been the best audio retail shop I have ever been to, I was in for a sub system on my 15 Chrysler 200s, got set up for a really awesome deal that beat audio Express, best buy, and king kong customs!!!! Came back the next day for more items since they gave me a great experience during my time with them, bought a capacitor and led kit for my car and they jumped right on it!!!! I highly recommend anyone considering this shop for all the audio needs!!!! Thank you everyone at electric Avenue!!!

I have been there twice, once to purchase an alarm for my Jeep and once to have a stereo installed. Both times they were professional and even though I did not buy the stereo from them, they ensured that it was installed correctly. In the case of the alarm, they installed the exact alarm that I was going to buy from another shop in town. They were able to add power locks to my Jeep, while keeping the ability to manually lock and unlock the doors and installing a quick release that allows me to take the doors off. The other shop told me it would be impossible to keep the manual lock/unlock and were going to charge me $250 more for the exact same product. I feel that they are the best place in town and Im sure Im going to be back when I upgrade my speakers.

Amp & subwoofer installation: pricing quote was spot on; quote on length of time for install was reasonably close.M. J. was very knowledgeable, but not willing to make something up when I asked about pricing on an obscure product.James did a great job on install, made sure everything was exactly the way we wanted.At the end, M. J. went through everything with us again, made sure we understood all charges.Will return for dash cams in the new year.

The sales Representative said that the part I need was a tr7 so I paid for it. And by the way it was $20.00 more than what he quoted me on the phone, but I paid it away, my fault. So went to install the part and followed the directions as it said and it did not work. Called the product tech support and was told that I was sold the wrong item I needed a TR1. The receipt said no refunds. After such a bad experience I drove across town to Drivers Den and purchased the correct item and it worked as should.

We bought 2 systems from this business. After a reinstall into a 2nd vehicle, the sound was horrible. They let the car drive off without the bass even plugged in. When I took it back nothing but excuses. Ive been dealing with pro car audio for years, so I was naturally displeased. And Im not new to this game at all. I wouldnt recommend this retailer at all. They are nice initially, but nice doesnt sound good, good sound does.Ill he returning to my old car audio peeps from now on. I rather pay a few bucks more for quality than what I received at Electric Avenue

Terrible service. Way over priced. If you want people speaking another language rudely in front of you go here. If your normal and better educated I suggest going somewhere else. I got my car back with a dead battery after the car was there for two days to do a simple install. I had to go to Best Buy and have them fix all their mistakes.Do your homework and go ANYWERE else. This place doesnt warranty their work at all.

Better deals and better install people than Audio Express. As a customer of both stores Electric Ave has won my business and loyalty. The guys are super nice, helpful, non-pushy salesmen - Audio Express, all paid on comission, so not the case. I was shopping Subwoofers, Audio Express didnt really have anything besides a hidaway kicker for under $500. Electric Ave had 3 different Memphis set-ups, in 300 amp, 400amp, and 500amp options starting at $189.00 installed. The instal at Electric Ave took longer than orginally quoted but only because they had to find a short in the shoty wiring that had been installed by the Audio Epress guys last time - a short that had burned up my previous system. Quality work takes time, Im okay with that! I will come back to Electric Ave for all of my future aftermarket car electronics.

I bought a $400.00 car alarm here, it was installed and works. The sensitivity wasn’t set correctly and I asked to bring my car back to get it adjusted. They kept blowing me off and finally told me that I would need to set an appointment to get it done, it’s something that only takes 5 minutes to do but to keep the warranty I want them to adjust it for me. These guys will be nice and helpful until they get your money. I will never spend a dime here again. This place is why small business fails, not taking care of your customers. Spend your money at Best Buy where at please they have a corporate office you can deal with. Avoid this place if you can. Just look at the response from the owner, excuses.

Without a doubt the best place to go for your car audio and electronic needs. I got a after market stereo from my friend I wanted to install myself but turns out the owner before me cut out the vehicle wire harness for the radio so I had no clue what to do and didnt wanna try my luck guessing which wires were what -- not fun. Called around a couple of places to see how much theyd charge just for an installation ., OUTRAGEOUS prices. Looked up this place, gave em a call their price was more than Half of the cost of the other places I called, I showed up, got me taken care of in about 30 mins. Staff and workers are very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Definitely recommend!

Bought gear from El Ave first time several years ago - very happy with the deck and speakers they put in my wifes Sorento (strange factory amp made it hard, but they made it work at a fair price).Several months ago, my second purchase (different vehicle). Rockford amp and 4 Rockford speakers. For the money I spent, very happy with the sound. Very clean, can hear things in my CDs Id never heard before - plenty of power.Started hearing a vibration in the rear speaker, kept putting it off...finally took the car in, told em I felt the speaker was blown. His guys pull the door panels and pour some bass to the rear speakers. Then they start laughing!Okay, cheap doors on my car were the source of the vibration - had to laugh with em. They adjusted the amp a little and reduced, maybe eliminated the vibration, put the panels back on and, no charge! Laughs and smiles from the techs, ho hassles - good place to do business with.And as others state in their reviews, yes - their prices are good to excellent, I like their products and service - Ill be back.Mike Smith - Albuquerque

Very reasonable price compared to the other competitors I been to. There service was beyond great and there installation was clean. And they took the extra time to showme how to use everything.

They have everything you need for car audio in case you cant wait for shipping online or cant find it at best buy. Everything is overpriced considerably high here. I did experience a lot of misinformation from the staff so they could get the sale. I installed stereos in my younger days professionally and competed in audio tournaments . I just had the courtesy not to correct the staff. If you dont know anything about audio this might not be the place to go. I know having a small business is tough, I use to own a few but honesty and great service gives you more costumers and an edge over the franchises. I see no pros of going here instead of lets say a best buy.

I bought a one 12 subwoofer KFC . That was over 3 years ago. The keenwood woofer i got only lasted for 6months the owner replaced it for free. The second woofer went out again same type of woofer it only lasted 8months. They said that they couldnt swap out the bad woofer in give me a new one. They wanted me to spend money to get a different brand they did not help me out at all. I have bought from a nother store two12 keenwoods i have had them for almost 2years in they work alot better than Electric Avenue products, Electronic Avenue dose not know what there saleing to there costumers. They rip me off.

Took my truck to upgrade my factory deck. when they got done it sounded bad, worse than the factory deck. Messed with the eq for about a week could not get to sound better so I took it back and they got sounding a lot better but still not worth the time and money. The door speaker went out about a month ago loose connections smh. I dont recommend this place the tech was cool but the install was subpar and the manager was tring to convince me the problem was my speakers not install .
