Love the guys down there. Always helpful. Like their batteries better than any of the auto stores.

And automotive repair shop and purchase lots of batteries from them, get lots of comebacks from there defective centennial batteries, staff won’t even make it good even if they are less then three years old with is stated under there warranty, will never buy from them or recommend them to anybody for purchase.

Ordered an Odyssey agm battery for my truck after Batterys plus refunded my purchase 3 years into the warranty due to not being able to get a comparable replacement for 3 months...Battery Systems called me back promptly to inform me they could get it and if would be a short 3 days as we were talking late on a Friday. When I picked it up they ever. Walked it out to my car...My new go to retailer for anything battery related...very professional and friendly staff and they knew what they were talking about which unfortunately there competition does not in my experience...

Keith and his team are top notch ! I have bought both automotive & RV/Marine batteries from this location and have been very pleased with their sales and service. Two of the times when purchasing batteries I found I was using the wrong battery in my application. Keith and his team took the time to explain why my current batteries were not lasting as long as they should in my RV & Boat. They didnt want to just sell me anything, they wanted me to have the right product. Thats what I call top notch customer service. Thanks Battery Systems !!

Excellent Service. I have bought batteries for my lawn mower, diesel truck, and ATV from them, as well as bulk standard batteries (AA,AAA,C,D) All batteries have been excellent. Their Centienial house batteries work better than all of the OEM batteries that came with my vehicles. The manager Keith is very professional and goes out of his way to make sure you have the right battery for your application. Customer service is huge in my book and they deliver that and then some.

Dont not buy a battery from these people, they sold me a battery for my motorcycle and it didnt even last a year. they said it only had a 6 month warranty which they never stated when I bought it. They checked the battery and did confirm it was defective. They also sold me a battery maintainer with it, for use over the winter and said it will last as long as the original one. I got about 3 months use out of it! They didnt even bother to try to make it right. Manager just sat in his office listening and didnt even bother to come out. Never again and I have posted my experience on every social media platform in this town.
