A-Tech is a great company! They were able to revive my 20 year old alarm system by upgrading the alarm panels and main circuit. The estimation and sales process was no pressure and technically spot on. The installation took about half a day and the team showed up when they said they would. Following the installation, Rich Rosley takes the time to instruct the user in all aspects of the operation of the system. His installation crew are the best one could ever hope for. They are professional, efficient and courteous.

Rich showed up on time, recommended some basic upgrades to improve our protection in our new home, and set us up with a monitored system utilizing the baseline system installed by our builder. Rich said the builder-installed system was fundamentally sound; we could benefit from a little better coverage to protect our home. He also made various recommendations that we could perform on our own and very little cost. Their monitoring service is really on it! We had one volumetric sensor that failed while we were out. Rich showed up the next Monday and replaced it at no cost and no questions. They only do what you authorize, do not pressure to up-sell and just give you plenty of options. Well add more added as we go and our budget allows. All around great service at great value.

A-1 company and A-1 service. Rich came out and looked at the system our homes previous owners had and made recommendations for upgrading the system. No need for a completely new system. A couple weeks later the installer came out and hooked everything up. System has been working great with no problems, except for a couple times when we forgot and opened an outside door in the morning before turning off the system.

I love the new cameras that I got from A-Tech!! Especially on a night like Halloween, I can see people walking along the sidewalk, yet all my lights are off. I could certainly see anyone in the backyard or the front patio, and might be able to identify them since the detail is so good!

I give them a 5 star, When we got broken into and needed an alarm system hooked up they were the only alarm company that responded the same day, all others said it would be at least 3 days before they would make it out. They are so nice and respond quickly when the alarm goes off.

My home was burglarized on New Years Eve day. I felt very uncomfortable stay in the house without protection. On New Years Day the owner of A-tech came to my house and installed the alarm. I felt so much better after the alarm was installed.

We just purchased a home. With the home came a security system from A-Tech Security. The previous owner said she had cancelled her service with them over a year ago. We thought it was great that we already had the system installed and just needed to call them to have service started. Unfortunately the following events have changed our mind on using this company. Weve been in the home three weeks when the other night the alarm went off for no reason. We checked all doors and windows and we couldnt figure out why it was alarming.I called the number on the sticker on the keypad and was met with the rudest gentleman Ive encountered in a long time. I explained the situation and I could feel the eye rolls from him coming through the phone. There was no amount of sympathy or care coming from him. No urgency either for what I was going through. Mind you Ive never had an alarm system in my home so all of this was new to me.He looked me up by address and couldnt find it. Meanwhile the alarm is blasting in the background and my dogs are scared and cowering. I pleaded with him to help or give me some advice on what I should do. With a huge sigh from him I got Ill have a technician call you. So I hung up and waited while the alarm blared. I was hoping the police would come and maybe do something.My wife was at work and I called her franticly to see if she could help. She said she would call the alarm company too and I gave her the number on the sticker. She was met on the phone with what she says was a very rude woman who again made it seem like we were ruining their night by calling. She was no help either.Finally a technician called and finally someone with a bit of understanding. I realize they cant come and turn it off as I could be anyone that might have broke into a house but come on its ridiculous when all I get is you need the code from the previous owner. While we were on the phone the alarm stopped. I was informed that even though the alarm isnt monitored it still works. So I asked the technician about getting it turned off. He said he cant because its the previous owners equipment. I bought the house so its mine now especially since its not even being monitored. So he said for $95 he can come out and turn it off. Im advertising your alarm company in my front yard and theres equipment I dont want and they cant even tell me how to disable it without charging me $95.I ended up getting ahold of the previous owner the next day and got the code. I also called ADT and they are coming out FOR FREE to help me. I will end up going with them for my security needs. If you are in a dire situation, you are a customer and are getting burglarized and call and get one of the two rude people we got you might think twice about how responsive theyll be in an emergency. I can see it now, you have a burglary in progress and those two that work there are rolling their eyes and breathing big sighs that they have to help you. I really like to go with local companies to help local businesses but not this time.
