Builder ordered gutter parts from this business and I needed some parts to finish the job. Called numerous times and no one EVER returned a call. Dont waste your time with them!

We called over three timesJoe was to call us back .... Joe never return call back and it’s been two months .We finally called Metal Depot in Las CrucesWe got a quote the next day, ordered a building and should have it in June.If you’re waiting for a call back from Joe call Las Cruces Metal Depot ....We bought a building in 2007, fencing in 2010In Albuquerque never had trouble always had calls back.

Had a bad experience in Albuquerque. Took hours to load . Was never acknowledged the one person loading was super slow the other loader was supervising his jeep being detailed. Wow was terrible. Darren Owens

Some of the older reviews do not match my experience. If you want the best help amd most knowledgeable for ordering or picking up in stock supplies, ask for Kevin. Metal Mart is friendly but Metal Depots had the biggest supply in stock. Metal Depot had items in stock the other guys had to order in with a 2 week wait. Prices were a little less at Metal Depot as well. Also, if youre doing a repair of some sort, they have closeout items you can ask for.

Stay Away. Bad people. I went in to purchase a large supply of metal. All the employees did was tell me that someone would be rite with me. I waited over 25 minutes until a nice girl came back from lunch break and offered to help although she didnt know much about metal at least she was nice to me. Wow 1 person. However 3 men working in the office stayed talking amongst themselves about everything But metal. All 3 kept passing me by not even making any effert to help. Gosh. Dont these people like money?? I finally got fed up and just told the girl that i would be back. Hell no. I will never go back to that horrible place. I found a much Better place closer be on 6th and menaul called METAL MART. They treated me alot like a customer should be treated. So i decided to spend my $4000 there INSTEAD. I will continue to Buy from METAL MART from now on. Maybe that nice girl that works at Metal D. Should go apply at METAL MART. Im sure she will fit rite in there. STAY AWAY from METAL DEPOT. The male salesman are mean and rude to customers. And i also found that METAL MART prices are way cheaper. Do Not Waste presious Time or Money at METAL Depot. Stay away.
