Tried to obtain a Dryvit stucco color brochure, but Victor told me they didnt have any. He had me order samples based on El Rey colors. Phone calls to see if they were ready yielded only excuses about how backed up they were. Five days later, when I again asked for a color brochure, Victor finally gave me one. I gave up on getting my customsamples. They dont seem interested in customer service.

Was told that I would receive a color match for stucco within a week and if the color match could not be completed they would call me. I waited a week then I called to see if the color matched stucco was ready. The person on the phone told me it would be ready the following morning. When I showed up the next morning to pick up the stucco I was told that the color match couldnt be completed. There was no apology made for the lack of communication and I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.

While staff inside the business are very nice and accommodating, the woman that my wife and I had to deal with that greets the customers from the front door was very different. The woman was very rude and unprofessional regarding each experience. I would like to start by stating that my wife and I live in Rio Rancho. After traveling to ABQ on my lunch break to pick up a paint sample to confirm that the paint matched the color of my new home, I called in and requested a couple of one gallon containers, so that I could split up the larger five gallon container in to smaller containers. I was going to use the paint for a couple of different projects around the house, so I asked the woman initially who stated (very rudely) that they only sell five gallon containers. When I called in to confirm that paint matched the color of my home the rep I spoke with on the phone (Bobby) was very nice and accommodating by agreeing over the phone to give us two one gallon containers. Because I had to work, my wife drove to the supply company and due to traffics arrived one minute before the location was scheduled to close. The woman came out and (rudely) stated to my wife, what do you want we’re closed. My wife apologized stating that traffic was bad and she rushed over as quickly as she could from work. The woman then walked inside and came out demanding $85 for the five gallons of paint. My wife then asked for two one gallon containers, and the woman told my wife I told your husband that we do not sell one gallon containers and shoved the five gallon at my wife. A nice man who apparently works with the woman offered my wife a single one gallon container, since he felt bad for my wife after viewing the entire interaction. This woman needs an attitude check and be appreciative that she ever has a job during the COVID-19 pandemic. Not to mention, we are the customers and are helping pay for her compensation. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had in my life!

Dropped off color sample for stucco match. Person at front desk said it would take 2 days for sample to be ready. Called a few days later and it was not ready . Was told 2 more days . Waited 3 days and checked status, person on the phone said it was not ready but it would be in another 3 days and that there was 3 people ahead of me. After 3 days was told there were 7 people ahead of me and that they did not know why someone told me there were 3. A few times I commented that I would go to another company and there was no concern on their part about losing customers. They seem to have no care for non commercial customers and should not being doing business with public if they are going to waste peoples time. No apologies were made and no attempt to satisfy a customer even attempted and it was clear in their responses that they were not worried about losing a sale. I hope future commercial customers take their business elsewhere as it is only a matter of time before this poor business practice bleeds over and they start treating their commercial customers the same way. I wasted 2 weeks just trying to get a stucco color match sample. Stay away from this place.

Unless contractor you do not get good service. waited over 3 weeks to get color match on Dryvit stucco, despite contacting them twice a week. Hopefully Josh will care more than Joseph did in color dept. Do a good job with color when it finally gets done.
