Now with Covid one customer at a time. Wear a mask.I arrived and proceeded to put my bottles near door. The lady waiting before me said to me, “One at a time”I sus to her, “Yes, I know”Then she told me, “ I am next” I told her, “ Yes, I know”. At that moment she insisted I could go before her. I said” no, I will wait my turn. She would not take No for an answer...The owner thought I cut in line because the lady told him I did!After months I returned, I explained what had happened. The owner believes I was in the wrong! I told him what transpired...I told him I would not return because he made me feel bad and needed to apologize... He did not and just said... “ Have a nice day!”Again today, I am putting my bottles near the door, The lady before me tries to help, I asked her not to because I don’t want people touching my bottles,..What part of Covid don’t people understand?I heard her telling the owner (in Spanish) I told her not to touch my bottles...I was having a nice day until I go to this water store... I think he needs to understand English a little better!

We really like the idea of having the Water Card!! Its so awesome to just walk in and know youre covered! So all thats left is leaving a tip which is well deserved because these dudes are super friendly and always assist with taking the water out to your car!!

Ive been getting my water from them since they opened. Great customer service and good location. I usually go in with a truck load of bottles usually 65 gallons. Having a water card isa plus as you always know how many gallons you have left and just enter what you buy and you are on your way.

Been going to them for over 2 years. Always great customer service and super fast. Definitely recommend them. Best tasting water that Ive ever tried. 👌🏼

I cant stand CABQ water. Ive been purchasing water from these folks for many years, 5-10 gallons at a time at ~$2.60 for 5 gallons. I visit them probably weekly. Just bring your own jug, or they will sell you something.

I frequent this spot every 2 weeks for a year or so now.. Theyre always courteous and efficient. The pre-pay water cards they have will save you some coin as well. This is my go-to water spot!

Just tried the water. We been using water from the dispenser outside Walgreens. Wanted to try something new.When I first walked in I was greeted and helped right away. I like that they rinse the bottle I brought in. I didnt have time to really read the info of how the water is filtered. I planned on looking on the website. . Which I couldnt find. However other reviews say that they are more then happy to explain the process. I am drinking the water as I write this. Its good and crisp . No oder and I do enjoy it. Plan on trying again. Next time when I have more time I hope to learn more

Wonderful customer service! My office brings our 3, 5Gallon jugs at least once a week to fill up and the gentleman that opens in the morning is a huge help!

Great service and love that I found Alkaline water. I bought the bottles and will keep going every week to refill them.

Showed up to use automated water machine but it was down kind of bad for business when your only selling point is down.
