Good store but not a great shoe selection. The most important item they sell & that everyone should buy is a CAT Tourneqit. They were low on inventory due to a recent sale. Staff were friendly enough. I didnt buy nearly as much as I had planned to because they didnt have it. Cool socks & underwear.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great selection of clothing for all kinds of activities and interests. Bag selection was missing a few of the models they offer online however they will order to the store for you. Given the nature of a lot of the equipment they carry it is wonderful to be able to check things out and compare in person rather than having to look at a spec sheet and make a decision.

Im in love with these womans tactical pants! And a pair of the mens! The Labor Day Sale was nice too! 😁

If you know me you know I love 5.11! I’m super happy they opened a store here! Just want to shout out to them that their company is amazing and though I didn’t buy my shoes in the store I bought them online, they’re the most comfortable pair I own, as well as the pants I have that I wear for work! Thanks 5.11 for being damn right awesome and super friendly!

Great store. Really nice and professional team members. It’s my first time, and I really liked it here. High quality stuff at affordable price. Not cheap but quality comes with a price. I got myself a sling bag.Diana (a sales person) was really helpful. She assisted me and answered to all of my questions in a very friendly and positive manner. I will be back whenever in this area. Already regretting that haven’t bought those boots.

As a chef in Albuquerque it is hard to find chef pants. I turned to scrubs as an alternative but the pocket situation is problematic. 5 stars to clerk of the year for listening and pointing me to some pants that make look forward to going to work!

Its nice to have this store here because afterall they ARE the source. Other stores sell this brand but here you get all the options plus hands on feel (compared to online). The prices are a little steep but for some reason seem more reasonable than they were just a few years ago (maybe its just me and the better economy) 🤔

Yes its pricey I guess, but everything Ive bought there has lasted. I dont mind paying for stuff that works. Im in law enforcement and am tough on stuff. They stock a ton of gear bags from small to huge. On my visits Employees have always been helpful. Ive never seen them not doing something, stocking, cleaning, helping customers...great store, love it, I have yet to have a bad experience there or a bad experience with any purchases. They carry a few benchmades too!

I was excited to hear a 5.11 store opened in Albuquerque and I had to see for myself. The staff members were very friendly. I’m a shopper who needs to hold and evaluate the product by unzipping every zipper, check every pocket, and pull the Velcro before I decide to make purchase. Especially on quality products that can’t be done online. I am satisfied with my purchases and I will be back for sure.

Went to the grand opening today and it was awesome. The whole event was well organized for the amount of people that were there. The staff was also great and were accommodating to the customers. A lot of gear to choose from.

If you’re an average size and build, don’t bother. The manager clearly doesn’t know their market. Are you a 34x32? 34x30? Sucks for you. I went in expecting to be delighted that a 5.11 store came to New Mexico and would have better selection than cabelas/sportsman’s warehouse. Nope. Glad I’m moving to Texas. Good luck if you’re average.

Salesman was very helpful in finding the correct pants & advised us of better washing/drying options.

Great customer service. Purchased an item online, had an issue with it. Submitted a warranty ticket and never heard back. Store manager replaced it no questions asked.

Nice store and good customer service. 3 stars due to the fact that their tactical pants habitually fade quickly, even if you wash them correctly!

Selection is very low compared to online. And BEWARE in returning to the store. Gift cards are valid only to retail locations not online and rarely does the store run sales when online does. Other than that, the store team is very professional and it is a good, small, clean store.

Friendly staff, clean store, cool/tacticool products. We were greeted through the door. Larger selection of the brand products vs. Stores like Kaufmans West but thats to be expected. If you are shopping for tactical or enthusiast apparel or gear this is a good stop.

Everything you could possibly need to be tacticool and boog ready. Staff was awesome and actually extremely knowledgeable about their product. This stuff is QUALITY so dont expect it to be cheap. It is well worth the price tag. They also sell Black Rifle Coffee here, it will change your life.

I love the products. I got a killer bag that was unexpectedly beautiful in quality and visuals. However i got treated as if my intentions were to shop lift. It was pretty uncomfortable as i dont think im that weird or sketchy or deserved that treatment just for the simple fact that I showed interestbin their products. Anyhoo, love love love the bag and shirt

Dont go to this place man.When I walked in they started quistioning why I was in theyre.And what I was looking for.I honestly had never seen the shop.And just wanted to check it out.But after getting quistioned because I dont look like one of theyre buddys.Or someone who should be shopping in theyre store I guess.So I decided screw this place I see the same stuff at better stores at better prices.These guys are on something else.When I left I passed by the guy at the front desk and he didnt say anything till I left and then he said something behind my back as I was walking out.An act of a true hero.Talk when your enemys already out the door.LolIll never be returning to this store hell nah.

Nice stuff but very expensive. There needs to be a sign in the bathroom that says to turn the faucet on gently. I got soaked and it was freezing outside.

Was disappointed to find that I could not purchase a magazine pouch for my Hi Point C-9 every day carry in pink. Everything else was good though.

They didnt have the pants in stock I wanted so they had to order them and it took over two months to get them after several calls to remind them I had ordered the pants.
