Nice comic shop with a good selection of new issues. Theyre knocked down to four stars after thier move. I understand the need to downsize space, but they could do a much better job of utilizing the space. Their trade selection, which used to be spectacular, is now one of the more paltry ones in the city.

This store is SO cool! Lots of great stuff.Hardly any place in town has a good selection (or ANY selection) of Star Trek stuff, BUT this place has a TON of cool Star Trek stuff!!!I was able to get a pretty good haul today with some of the old Playmates-version of the Star Trek toys from when TNG was on the air.Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.Update: Went there again today and I imagine that this will be a weekly stop now. I really LOVE all their Trek stuff. Cant wait to play with these toys when I get home.Also, there was a full staff of people hustling and working hard and the gal at the counter was very friendly as well as one of the long-haired gentlemen who was checking up on me during my shopping.Its clean and open. Lots of room. Usually comic stores feel like someones basement had a yard sale that threw up, BUT not this store. Very well laid out and organized.

Good store to pickup new releases. They usually have plenty of copies to choose from. Would be a five star review but they are out of supplies from time to time.

Employees are always friendly, the place is clean, its easy to get through the aisles. I really like the pricing on things. Usually find something that Im looking for every time I go. Have a good selection of toys and a good selection of comics both back issues and new ones.I love the comic subscription boxes. Never miss an issue of your favorite comics!Overall I think its a good deal for what youre getting then its a nice environment to get it from. I just wish they would carry board games if I had anything to say differently about this that would be it.I feel like family when Im in here. Everyone knows my name, they all seem to genuinely care about my well being, and even being 20 minutes late is call for that little bit of caring worry that I really enjoy feeling from them.Im not just getting comics from this store. I went for the first time today. Was able to find a plethora of my favorite comics. Picked up over 40 comics for $1 each. Cant wait to go back again. Great selection, wonderful staff and super prices! Thanks for the positive experience!!!

Great store for comics, models, and figurines or action figures. I have been very impressed with the people that work there - they are always helpful. Mia, specifically, always goes out of her way to answer questions and when I am interested in a specific type of comic, she takes the time to show me everything that is available related to that comic on the store shelves.

So far one of the best comic book stores in the metro city of Albuquerque.....

Great selection, wide selection of old toys and new toys, as well as comics and graphic novels. Awesome, attentive service, I brought some toys to sell they gave a fair price only they do the store credit or cash thing where the store credit is double the cash not great when youre in a pinch. All around great comic book store!

This place has one of the best (if not, the best) selections of current comics in town. The stacks are deep and well curated for ease of search. The collectibles range a huge spectrum and some are down right awesome. This is my familys go-to for comic-con hook-up, too. So glad to see them getting even bigger space.

First off let me start by saying that this is hands down the best Comic store in town. Great experience, staff was friendly, and a great selection of figures, especially horror. This is going to be my go to Comic store for figures and collectibles from now on. I live across town, and let me tell you that I wont mind driving 20/30 minutes to visit Lobo Comics & Toys. Happy to say that all my horror figure/collector item investments will be done here.

Lobo is a great, fun and honest store for great variety. They also invite comic enthusiastic people to come to the store and share their talents and sell their things.

Nice, knowledgeable staff. I’m on vacation, and I found a few cool random things that will make great gifts for my kids at Christmas time.I’d definitely recommend stopping in here whether you’re a local or a tourist.

I found this shop to be free of ghost & clearly being managed by real, living human beings. I cant even count the number of comic stores that I thought were cool, only to find a group of vampires are running the show behind the curtains the whole time...

My son and I made a special trip to this shop. Excellent selection of manga, graphic novels and comics!I thought the customer service was great. The employee actually RAN when we asked him to open a case. Very friendly and knowledgeable...Music was a lively Japanese pop in the background. Nothing objectionable at all!

This is a great store with massive selections of comics, trades and collectibles, plus the $1 backstock is amazing. The only downside is the staff is not always very friendly, so it can be off putting. But definitely one of the top 3 comic shops in town.

They have the best selection of Star Trek ( & star Wars ) figures/collectables I have seen in a long while. The staff was friendly & knowledgeable and they were happy to show & tell the merchandise. They allow the shopper to make there own decision - no pressure tactics etc.And because a lot of merchandise is buy back/special purchases- there stock is constantly changing.(Often turning up unique or hard ti find items.)

We were visiting from out of town and were looking for some manga. A couple other shops had disappointing selections, but Lobo delivered! Friendly staff, great organization. Well be back once were down here permanently.

Absolutely LOVED scouring through the almost infinite boxes of $1 comics. It was therapeutic for me! Still great staff and selection of new/used graphic novels, figures, and new comics, but hurt my soul when I went in after the move and the $1 section was dwindled down to one little stand...

I have been going here for a couple years and the staff are always awesome! The staff is very helpful and willing to find anything I am looking for even if they have to order it. They have many back issues and I am always amazed at their selection. As a subscriber, they have the latest and hottest books out. Friendly service welcoming everyone into the store with a smile. These guys know their stuff when it comes to manga, figures, toys and comics. Go by and make sure you have a few hours to look through all their toys and comics!

This place gets 5 star reviews for a reason. They have an awesome selection of back issues, new releases, and some great key issues on the wall(I only wish I had $500 to spend on the CGC New Mutants #98 they had), along with some awesome collectibles. Found an issue that I missed out on recently and I hadnt been able to find it the past few days traveling across the country until I got here. Its a must check out if your close and youre into comic books/collectibles.

Cool stuff. Went there with my kids and had a blast. The staff was very helpful with assisting what we were looking for. We will be back.

I have been to all the comic stores in town and this is my favorite. This is a store where they learn your name and your likes and dislikes. They have the best deals in town and amazing dollar bins. This is where I get my comic subscriptions and they always have them ready when I get there. If I have questions, everyone is very nice about it. I wish they had a Westside location, but since there really isnt a dedicated comic store I go all the way across town to come here.

Lobo Comics and Toys carries comics, trades, back issues (usually a dollar), and toys. Its your one stop to get your geek on or if you are a casual fan trying to scratch an itch between Marvel films. If they dont have it, the staff will place a special order for you or let you know where else to go.

I loved the incredible services, atmosphere, and prices!I had only $125 dollars to spend at this store, and I honestly thought that I would only be able to buy one or two items due to my past experiences with comic stores.To my surprise, I was able to get shopping done for my whole family, plus all that I wanted! They had great prices, and a very patient and helpful staff.The store is very organized and neat, with more comic books than I could ever read,and a selection for every type of person, regardless if they are into anime, manga, DC, Marvel, Gaming, or just seen a few movies!The staff member helped me out a lot. Thanks to them, I was able to get suggestions for presents. They also were very friendly and inviting, not even getting grumpy when i stayed in the store for a long while. They even helped me out with totaling what I had gotten.I would definitely come to this store again next time I am in Albuquerque!

Great knowledge about different subjects; Transformers, Power Rangers, Voltron, etc. Decently priced merchandise. This is the best place to find the collectables from your childhood. I definitely will be returning for what else they may have.
