I found some really beautiful yet affordable nose studs here! Im allergic to nickel/stainless steel and found multiple white gold nose rings online at this store. Im not sure how the staff is but the online store does have some really good deals!

I went around town today looking to get my ears pierced and some places were about to charge me over $100. The staff here was so incredible for the price and they made my experience amazing! I didnt catch the employees name but Im really thankful!

Ive bought 3 different pairs of earrings from them and on every pair the screwbacks were stripped. Very low quality jewelry.

Very bad quality products. Lying, unprofessional & deceitful staff including Heather, Ada and Kayla. Bought a pair of earrings here and less than a month later one of the earrings got lost because the locking mechanism on it failed. At the time of purchase Ada had sold us the extended warranty stating that it would cover loss which turned out to be a lie. When trying to get them to make good on their promise to replace it if it ever got lost, and trying to get them to honor their warranty which states that it covers manufacturer defect, they would not. Had to go through their corporate office to get them to replace the lost earring. Furthermore, another pair of earrings that we had purchased along with the original pair are starting to fall apart too. Extremely bad quality products and misleading staff. They will promise everything under the sun just to make a sale. Beware of these liars.

The new employees are horrible. The light colored girl is nice, the African American manager is so rude. Weve bought from here before and have never have been treated like this. Disgraceful.

New employees there are rude! Yelling in front of people, it was very unprofessional. I love this store and always get my jewerly there, but one bad experience definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. At least i wont ever go back to this location.

Got my daughters ears pierced here and the lady was very friendly and helpful since my daughter was only 8 months she started crying and the lady was very calm and comforting
