Buyer beware...I went in for human hair extensions. The lady was ok not to rude but not nice either. She found some extensions that she thought might work, but I started noticing nothing has price tags, Thought that was weird but still went with it. (side note, I bought Remy 18inch extensions for 50 bucks on amazon and they were amazing.) any way I go to check out and they were 75 dollars MORE than I got on amazon 120.00. Again should have refused and walked out but I thought maybe its virgin hair or something. I get home and take these extensions out...they were horribly put together, there were long black random strings in the PLATINUM colored extensions. I compared the feel of these ones with the Remy ones and noticed they felt a little plasticky to me. So now im getting mad, I did the strand test (burn one of the hairs that shed to see what it does, If its real human hair it will have white smoke and burn to ash, if its synthetic it will have black smoke, shrivel, look like burnt plastic and feel gummy sort of) sure enough SHE CHARGED ME FOR REAL HAIR AND IT WAS SYNTHETIC! This place is horrible, they just charge what they feel like at the moment and you have no way of knowing otherwise because they suspiciously dont have price tags. Go somewhere else unless you feel like being ripped off.

The owner, knows her products. Willing to show her costumers what wigs they should or shouldnt buy according to prices. I take my wife there to get her wigs.

I purchased hair from this “GOT HAIR BEAUTY SUPPY STORE” which was a big mistake. I purchased 100% Human Hair short wig. The package did not have a price on it. The owner went up to her front register to scan it and came back and said it is 85.00 dollars. With tax $91.69. When I got home, I opened the package, and the hair had a lot of Hair Pins in it to hold the foam that seem to be curling the hair. I went right back to the store and showed her the foam and pins. I have never purchased a wig with “Hair Pins” in it to hold a style. She stated the hair is shipped to them that way. Also, I brought to her attention that online at another supply shop the same wig is $53.99 before taxes. I showed it to her on my phone. She stated there is a lot of scammers out there and that probably is not the right price. She was not willing to price match. “All Sales Are Final! No Refunds or Exchanges.” She did give me a free bottle of wig conditioner spray. I left and went home. After I got home, I do not wear wigs straight out the box, so I did lightly rinse the hair after I got home and let it dry. But after it dried the style is no longer there so I would have to style it with a curling iron. Also, I noticed the hair was cut on one side. It was a little shorter. This hair had been cut on one side. The front hairline hair does not fall into place like the picture. The hairline in front is not the same as the picture. The color is slightly two toned which the box says 1B. I did ask for 1B. I went online and I started to read the reviews. Wish I would have read some of them before going there. Because the negative ones are true. The one lady that said she is charging what she wants or changing prices is correct. “I also believe my wig may have been a return at some time or another and there was an attempt to restyle it.” I will never go back to her store. I am out of $91.69. Also, I notice on my receipt a Cashier, “JOHN SEWARD” name is on the receipt and not Hers. She rang up the purchase. Everything there seem to be a cover up. EVERYONE SAVE YOURSELVES FROM STRESS. DO NOT SHOP THERE! SHAME ON THE OWNER!!!!!!!!! I believe her name is MIRIAM just got it off one of the reviews. I would have given 0 stars but it would not let me post!!!!!!!

The staff was friendly and very helpful from helping me find the perfect hair for my braids to recommending how many packs I would need ! I got 9 bundles of braiding hair for $20 which is a deal ! I definitely will be back

Very unprofessional they change prices for items that are already tagged. Im a retail cashier and I know whats up. The old lady tried to tell me it was the right price. While she scan a completely different barcode. And she went to the other register and scanned the item I was buying and it came up as the price it was.tagged for and tried to tell me its not the right price. Never coming back here again. My mother is a regular customer and she went to buy a wig. And they treated her very mean and she has been going to this store for 5 years. They wouldnt take her money cause had a little tear on the corner very unprofessional. But I found her a new place to buy her hair that treat people with respect. So good luck to whoever goes here they lost a long time customer also a few more.

Got directed here for a wig. Not only did they have the perfect wig, they had awesome contact lenses for my costume. If youre wanting to make Halloween special, be sure to stop in here. The prices are fair to great. One of Albuquerques best hidden gems.

I dont shop for wigs very often, but when I do this is where I go. The customer service is okay. Theres a gentleman who works there whos super sweet. My complaint is that you can only try on three wigs. For every wig that you try on after that, its a $5 charge. Which they didnt tell me about until after they charged me. She had mentioned that I tried on three wigs, but never said that I would be charged for trying on another one.

Yes this is a place where they sell wigs extensions you can make your own extensions with real human hair or with synthetic you find everything here but the customer service was really great I enjoyed this lady she treated me with respect and very friendly and that is the reason why you want to come back to a place like this when you need a wig customer service is the best

Prices could be better for the quality but its one of the few stores we have for black hair. I always tell them what I want to spend and they offer me everything BUT. They are nice enough ladies but need to listen to the customer.

It was our first time shopping there. In fact, it was our first time being in Alberqerie to say the least. My wife and I went into the store yesterday because she was looking for a hair peice to wear for the concert. For the most part people were friendly, including the black female with a short afro and wear glasses. She followed us from one end of the store to the other. Me being former law enforcement, I knew that she was calling herself watching us as if we were criminals. As I mentioned, we are from Texas visiting and this was the lowest part of my visit. A word of advice from a law enforcement professional, I would install cameras that way you will not offend anyone and you can still watch for criminals. And also if you are going to follow new customers around the store, dont make it so obvious. Engage in some conversation. That is an old security and customer service tactic, if the person has good intentions, thecstore can make a lot of money and if they dont they will simply leave. Try it sometime it works. In closing, there were a couple of other things that she wanted to buy but I felt offended I told her lets go somewhere else. I am sure this is not the only player in town who will welcome visitors.

HORRIBLE!!!Worst beauty supply shop in Albuquerque actually that Ive ever been to!! As I pulled up to the shop two employees stood outside with the most evil stank faces staring at me as I parked my vehicle. As the friendly person I am I greeted them with a Hello still with the evil stank faces they could hardly get out hi.... I entered the store and one of them came inside not to ask if I needed any help no!! Just stood at the counter watching me as if I was trying to steal something. The only positive thing about this shop was they cleaned it up a bit so its no longer looks like a hoarders house. If your employees cant deal with being nice even faking it then they should not be there, its that simple. If I wasnt getting my hair done right away I would have walked out!! Never experienced this kind of blatantly horrible customer service in my life never again will I step foot in that shop and Im sure the evil stank face employees dont care but that is no way to run a business!!! I would give a negative star if that was an option!!!

After going to two wig shops that did not open on time, you all opened at exactly the time you were supposed to! The lady that manages the store helped me find exactly what I was looking for and was so nice! I ended up spending almost $100! Those other wig shops lost out. Glad I came here. Will be back!

I bought real hair extensions here and they ended up not being all real. When my hair stylist colored them for me she said they werent all real and wouldnt dye right. I couldnt return them since I bought them several months back. I gave 2 stars just because the girl did get the original color matched very well.

Worst experience every. They over price there already priced with tags hair. Very unorganized professional and each of the cash register also price the the hair differently. Your better off ordering on line.

Overpriced but theyve really cleaned things up. They struggle with price consistency so beware. Nothing is marked and hair thats been 6.99 for the entire year Ive been shopping here has recently increased to 9.99 per pack.

Prices are very Reasonable! And you can get much more, than just hair.

When this place first opened i used to go all the time and purchasr my hair and in fact became a regular customer. The last 3 times i have been going in there have been terrible. No customer service what so ever and also very rude people who work there. The owner isnt much appreciative anymore and they also charge way to much for their hair thats being sold. The last time i went in there i was looking to buy high quality hair so i was asking questions and im assuming it bothered the lady worker i was with. So i decided to just leave. I will no longer go to that place EVER! Instead i drove down the road to different hair shop in which i would have gonr a very long time ago! I would not recommend this place as i used to.

About four years ago I can in here and had a rough experience but I’ve gone back several times and the service has gotten beyond amazing the supplies are always well stocked and they always have what I’m looking for. I plan on going here as often as my paycheck allows

The customer service here is horrible. As soon as we pulled up to the store, these two individuals gave us dirty looks (one worked there and idk about the other). Than as we procceed to look for hair, the man that works there kept staring at us with the same stank look. This place has cleaned up though, but they need to work on cleaning up their employees attitudes.
