I always come to this Sallys over the others. Angel and all the staff are always very helpful. If I ever have questions about hair color, toners, etc. they have the answers! Great customer service!

Managers Jackie and Angel are amazing. They helped me pick out the right mousse and texturizer for my stubborn curls, and gave me advice on the right hair dye to complement my complexion. They are full on beauty consultants. Amazing service and expertise.

5 stars for helpful and friendly staff but 4 star for inventory. Not fully stocked when I visited but I was able to buy what I needed

Came in today. Didnt have a problem finding what I was looking for at first but when I did, staff working at the time (530ish, I didnt get her name) was more than willing to help out

Went last night as the store was closing (which I felt really bad about) but the manager, Wendy, was amazing!!!!!!! She was so helpful and nice, even though I knew we were basically delaying her getting home. She treated my roommate and I wonderfully and made sure we had all the supplies we needed to color my roommates hair. I will definitley be going back to this store.

I was in this place for 10 minutes and the African American woman with braids did not greet me, didnt ask if I had questions. Even when I stood in the same spot for the entire time. A women came in with a return and when she asked if she could exchange a leaky package this woman just sighed and said sure I guess. Seriously? When I picked a package to look at it she rudely asked me if I was going to pay for that. Well I was going to but now Ill take my money elsewhere. My mom and my aunt have been going to sallys for as long as I can remember and now they no longer go because the customer service is so poor. Amazon will be getting my moms, aunts and my business from now on.

Im so disappointed in my experience here. I spent $60 on shears, got home and tried to cut hubbys hair, and the shears wouldnt cut at all. It pulled his hair.So, I went back the next day to return my purchase and they informed me there are no returns on shears or clippers. Buyer beware!

I shopped at this location on 10-6-19, the girls went above and beyond to help me. The product I was looking for was unavailable however she called 2 other stores and found what I needed! Thank you!
