Had some work trucks done with decals and came out good but and been wanting more trucks done but over a year and a half has passed and over a dozen calls have been made with promises of a call back and nothing. they have my logo digitized so It would be nice to continue to have them do work for me but after this horrible customer service i will never go back or refer them . Beware !!!

Its a terrible business it took them 6 weeks to do my order when they promised only 1 week. And they will not return youre money if you cancel the order.

This was pretty close to the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I went in and just wanted to little car decals and the lady at the front desk took down all my information and sent me on my way. Four days later, still no invoice or word of my order. I called and the lady said she would send me the invoice and call me after she sent it. That never happened. I called the next day, same thing. Except this time she called me the next day and then sent the invoice. Needless to say I took my business somewhere else and they had everything done in under 24 hours all over email. I will not be returning.

I made a design, ordered a small decal to make sure if like how it was printed. Made a comparison and they were not the same. I walked back and showed the girl in front who called some guy, Roger or Robert, came from the cubby behind her. Took a look and I explained that the background was not clear how I wanted and the wording didnt match. His response was they could see and mess with it, but for $4. Well, they promote great pricing, but then use their low prices as a reason to provide somthing that was not ordered or of poor quality. I will never come back here, especially when I print the decals for my commercial fleet.

I get reality signs but they have great selection of pre made signs however custom signs seem to be their specialty. The chick at the front deak is gorgeous but has a serious attitude some days. She is Hispanic. She can be very sweet just careful how you approach her as I think she comes off stern and grouchy because she gets hit on a lot, yes she is very beautiful so guys be gentleman and kind to these woman out there. They shouldnt have to be so defensive at work there are places to win a womans heart over.

This shop is a must stop in my business.. I always need real estate signs .. this is the place to go!

Terrible Customer ServiceI needed a sign in a week so I looked this place up and ordered it. I had a few calls with one of the guys and he said it would be done on Friday in the morning. Well when it hit Friday I drove to Sign Print. When I got their I went up to the front desk and asked for my sign and all of that stuff. But she said we never did order a sign. So she looked all the possible names and still didnt find anything. So we asked her if their was the guy we spoked to and she said no In a very sarcastic answer.The worst thing was they never gave me a call back. I would not suggest any body to use this resource if you need it done in one to two weeks and the communication was terrible on their part.
