I live overseas and wanted to have a blooming plant delivered to my Mom for her birthday. Called Peoples Flowers and ordered over the phone (wanted to make sure they could deliver to a nursing home). They were perfect!! The plant arrived right on schedule, it was flowering (and still is), and very healthy. My Mom sent me a photo, she loves it and Im so happy I chose Peoples. I know Ill use them from now on whenever I need flowers or plants delivered in Albuquerque.

This was the last stop on our tour of flower shops across several states. This shop has a nice friendly staff that are easy to talk to. They also had the only walk in cooler for customers with a wide variety of flowers and arrangements for sale if you need to buy something quick. There is a wide variety of plants, dish gardens and plush as well. Wed highly recommend this shop.

Some dear friends of mine were very surprised to receive the Food Gift Basket that I had sent to them for their anniversary this weekend. You can never go wrong with peoples flowers here in town. Theyve done it all for me! From just the occasional flower drop of to a huge bouquet for our anniversary. With out peoples flowers help, i would be in the dog house quite often.

Great flowers for great prices! I love going to their fridge and picking out my own arrangements with my kids. Everything is clearly labeled so I can make sure the 3 year year old isnt grabbing the $6 stem rare orchids and sticking with the $1-2 bunches. Greens to make the bouquet more presentable are included and they always do a wonderful job arranging them in flower paper for me. Ive bought their prearranged bouquets as well, everything from little $5 ones to extravagant $100 ones. Ive never had a bad experience with them and its fun to walk around their stores and look at their artificial flowers and home decor as well.

On January 29th, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my husband on Valentines Day. The red and white bouquet in the heart vase is what I ordered; the cheap arrangement in the tiny glass vase is what was delivered. So disappointed. In the end, they gave me a measly 50% discount (but still charged me the full delivery fee), but that didnt make up for this experience. A friend of mine was correct when she said the ones that they sent look like they came from Walmart, and another friend said he had the same experience with Peoples Flowers more than once. I hate that the surprise was ruined, but was too tired to fight for a full refund. :-(

I couldnt be happier. My wife loved the flowers which actually looked as they did in the online pictures. They were delivered within 3 hours of ordering (I believe about just over 2 hours), price was great. I will definitely use you again!

Couldnt have had a better experience with Peoples Flowers. They delivered a beautiful bouquet and snack basket (aka Survival Kit) to my Grandmother in her assisted living community. She was floored by the survival kit and still tells me about it each time I talk with her... And that was nearly two months ago! :-) Besides the quality product and timely delivery, Peoples Flowers was great to provide order processing and delivery updates over email. Will definitely order with them, again.

I decided to give them a second chance and was excited to work with her, however in the second email exchange with Melissa, she very boldly asked me to change my review since I decided to give them another chance. I dont think its fair to ask that when youve only responded one time due to a negative review. While I appreciate them getting back to me, I dont think Ill be moving forward with the proposal. After all the reviews, I decided to check them out for some floral arrangements for a wedding. I set up a meeting with their florist and was extremely excited to work with her because they were very friendly, helpful with planning and very affordable. Once I received the proposal, I went over it with my fiance and we decided on changing a few things. I tried contacting the florist to see if I could do it over the phone because I couldnt take off work to go over there. Scheduling was hard because she was always booked and only has so many times available to meet. She was also either gone for the day or busy so I left a couple of messages and never received a call back. I reached out to the company via email to see if it were possible to try and change a few things on the proposal. They were helpful getting me her email to coordinate. I emailed the florist on her day off, in detail, what I wanted to change and received an email, with some questions, the next day. However it has been a week now, I sent a follow up message on Sunday and have yet to get a reply. Im a little frustrated and I truly hate to complain. I was ready to put down a deposit but I want to know were on the same page before doing so. I know its a busy time of the year with Valentines Day but a simple reply stating so would suffice. I really wanted this to work out but lack of communication is why Im not going through with the proposal.

I ordered almost $100 arrangement to be delivered to my dear friend. The woman who took my order reassured me that the flowers would arrive today, after hours of not getting the confirmation email that they had been delivered, I called. The girl who answered the phone said they were out for delivery. By 6pm when I still didnt get a confirmation, I tried to call Peoples, now they are closed and she doesnt have her gift???😡This is a really special occasion and they were going to be a suprise. I had to call my friend and ask her if she got them which was so awkward. Peoples never even called to set up the delivery with her?? They did however take money but not deliver the flowers??? Something that was supposed to be wonderful is now just stressful!!UPDATE:ALTHOUGH THIS WAS STRESSFUL PEOPLES MADE IT RIGHT. THEY SENT NOT ONE BUT TWO ARRANGEMENTS AND CHOCOLATES TO MY DEAR FRIEND AND THEY CREDITED ME BACK FOR THE DELIVERY FEE. Customer service at People’s Glowers is stellar! I ordered a Valentines bouquet (busiest time of the year I know) it was delivered, but the flowers were not fresh. I contacted them (via e-mail over the weekend) and received a very prompt reply and a note stating they would replace the flowers. A new arrangement was delivered Monday and is simply gorgeous!! I highly recommend People’s. They stand behind their product and are customer service oriented!

We live in Southwestern Canada and wanted to extend a special Christmas wish to family in Albuquerque, NM. We are retired, on a fixed income - so had to look at price. We chose a small Christmas bouquet and gave the date to deliver. It was everything and more than ever expected. It arrived as ordered - and much bigger and more beautiful than even the picture I had picked from. The family sent a picture of the arrangement. They were surprised and thrilled - it has made a special Christmas for both of us. I will use Peoples Flowers every opportunity I can. I would give more than five stars if I could.

I ordered some flowers from here for mothers day and they were gorgeous! I enjoy that not all the flowers in the vase had bloomed yet so the bouquet lasts longer! The only thing is the ones I ordered and the ones that were recieved werent entirely the same. They were in a different vase and slightly different flowers and colors.

Peoples flowers said they couldnt deliver flowers without a phone number because of the Pandemic. I was trying to go above and beyond to keep these flowers a surprise and this shop simply wouldnt help me. Sonrisa Blooms LLC was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC AND AMAZING. She was so accommodating in how to deliver, she asked about the person I was sending flowers to so she could design specifically for my friend. She delivered the SAME DAY even after a unexpected snow storm. The flowers were GORGEOUS and she even sent a picture of them to me before she delivered them. I wish I lived by Sonrisa Blooms LLC!So Im really glad Peoples Flowers didnt want to help me.

My floral delivery was out of state. The florist that Peoples chose did a fantastic job. The person I sent them to commented about how talented the florist was and how beautiful the arrangement was. She sent me a picture. It was beautiful. The delivery was on time, and that was important because it was for a special occasion.

I opted to choose the florists choice option, so the florist could choose the freshest flowers in an arrangement they liked. It was a BEAUTIFUL arrangement! I think Im going to choose that option regularly! Peoples never disappoints, & I really appreciated their contactless delivery to keep my friend safe!

I originally gave Peoples flowers a 5 star review but after my last experience I was left extremely disappointed. I ordered flowers for my aunt to be received on Friday, turns out they never were delivered. I called late Friday night very upset since I had told my aunt to wait at home until they were delivered, I got a call Saturday morning from one of their employees saying that they left 2 door tags, which I later confirmed with my Aunt that they never did. I asked the employee why the driver didnt call either me or my aunt when they were at her house, the employee had no explanation and just said well the driver normally does but in this case I dont know what happened. After confirming the address a couple of times I was left with no answers as to why the flowers were never delivered. I was later told that they would deliver them again but it was a busy day so they couldnt guarantee a time. The whole experience was disappointing and I most likely wont be doing business with them again.
