I’m extremely impressed with the service and professionalism with this shop. I have always worked on my own vehicles due to my park of trust and a family full of mechanics myself so I never really needed one. But this time I took the chance of getting my truck repaired by someone else and I am definitely going to be using this shop here forward ! Thank you Steve for getting my work truck up and running !

Well wont lie they may be just bit up there in price......however it was definitely worth every penny. Quality matched what you pay for and even i couldnt fault them in any way. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will gladly refer family and friends to them any day of the week!

As an employee I never thought I would see the day where student technicians (who have previous, outdated experience in the field and going to school for the first half of the day) would be taken advantage of via labor. As my final 6 weeks of school began, Steve Chase hired me in replacement of the previous tech that also came from IntelliTec College. When I needed a hand at a certain point on a job, I would look for him to ask and he would not be in the shop, ANYWHERE. I was only barely paid for the work of multiple vehicles I worked on, one of which was his Cadillac. I received a phone call from family in my home state and informed him of it as soon as I could. He gave me the ok/clearance to go, with the understanding that he would pay me for the work performed and completed via steps and tools instructed to use, and told me to download the VENMO app so he can pay me while I was gone. I was also expecting to meet his accountant he said he hired to organize the payroll. I never got paid and I was Immediately terminated via text message while traveling back and was told to pick up my tools.As person who wants to work and wants to learn as much as possible in the field, I can honestly say that I really wanted to learn as much as possible from such a successful person in the field yet was really let down in the lack of understanding between an employee and their superiors. Im a patient man. I have noticed how strenuous owning a business can be on a person who has a lot goin on in their life. He has a lot on his plate being that he was the only person working as hard as he was for his shop before he hired me. I wanted to help him the best I could and he showed me how much he had going on. But, apparently, it wasnt enough.I really hope he bounces back from whatever it is that stalls him from his business moving forward, but to wait on so many parts and fire an employee because you refused to honor your agreements made with your employees is why I chose to not to speak any words to him any longer.To whomever decides to become employed under him, its your choice and your money, but I would rather my resume be considered by someone who will honestly pay me for my skills, knowledge, and certifications.

The best of the best! I recently took my hybrid car here and couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Steve was professional, honest, and extremely knowledgeable in hybrid repairs. I took my vehicle to several places and was quoted $200 more then what Steve charged me. The parts I received at this shop were made specifically for my car with warranty! Steve’s shop is also one of the cleanest I have ever seen. Looks like I found the best shop in town!! I will be taking my vehicles here for all work needed :)

Would recommend 10/10. Steve and Tony helped me out, both very informative and made me feel very well taken care of. They will inspect your car and give you a detailed & honest explanation of the issues. Very inexpensive. My youngest son Steven Chase is the owner and I had him work on my 1996 Dodge Caravan air conditioner recently since it was not working properly and now it blows out cold air and finally keeps me cool in this hot weather. He and his two mechanics do awesome work and I would recommend anyone to go to his shop for their auto repairs.

Steve and his crew treat the cars they work with the care as if the cars were their own. They are super knowledgeable at diagnosing what was wrong quickly saving me time and money. It’s hard to find good folks like this and I am super happy and will definitely return!!!

Steve is an outstanding mechanic. He has been very professional with the repair of my boat. I had to replace the engine in it and he was very easy to communicate with as far as telling me why the repairs were needed and he sent me pictures to show me everything. I was very happy. I recommend Steve to everyone.

I work in the area and drove by this shop numerous times. I couldn’t help but notice it was always clean. No tools everywhere or oil on the ground. They would even wave as I drove by. I have an old truck that has been to a couple of shops and each one has steered me in the wrong direction as what is wrong with it. I decided to stop by and just ask a couple of questions. After talking to the owner Steve for awhile and taking a tour of the shop I decided to bring him my truck. I dropped it off and felt comfortable leaving it there. Their lot is even patrolled by a 24hour security company. They got the truck going and fixed some other minor things. Each thing they found they called me to ask if I wanted to go ahead and fix it. I got the truck back and couldn’t have been more happy with the service. It runs great. I’ll be bringing all my vehicles and probably my tractor here. They even called to check on the truck later that day. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Route 66 was recommended by an acquaintance, and I couldnt be more satisfied. If youre tired of the dealership game, and want knowledgeable persons working on your machine, this is the place to go. Eric and Steve know their stuff. The price was fair, and my truck runs like it should. Thanks guys.

Steve the owner is a great guy to have fix your car. Hes got plenty of experience and charges a nice rate, like $85 compared to other places that charge you around $100+. His shops clean too which definitely lets you know that he keeps things in order and watches out for your vehicle. Definitely would go here for any automotive needs.
