Sean, Mitchell and Paul were all so wonderful. To begin with, they began working before working hours, as I messaged them early one morning. I was from out of state so could not be there until after closing and they graciously offered to wait over 2 hours for my arrival. Prior to my arrival, they assured me the vehicle I was looking at was in good condition, (which I absolutely agree after driving it). They also worked with me on a GREAT deal with a trade on my current truck so that I did not have to finance anything on the mew vehicle and have a payment. Throughout my test drive and inspection time the staff entertained my family and no one felt uncomfortable or “eager to leave.” This is not the first vehicle I have bought, but it definitely is the most pleasant experience I have had in regards to purchasing a vehicle. Was lied to and ripped off went in today to pick up my license plate seen my trade in for 29999 when told me they were gana sell it on the lot for 24999 took the car I purchased to carmax they offered me 21000 the truck I traded in they were willing to give me 28000 I was lied to from the beginning since I signed a contract could not get out of the rip off of a deal i signed for car max confirmed I am getting a real bad deal car purchased was not fully inspected needed tires windshield oil change and full detail when confronted they said they will fix all of that then I came on here and put a bad review owner called and threatened if I dont take it off they will not fix any of the issues people please take your business down the road to carmax they have a 30 day money back if not happy with your purchase this is the worst auto experience I have ever had dont do business with these thieves I was ripped of for thousands

Very happy with Sean and his customer service!!Update 3 days later. We put our truck on the lift and its leaking oil . Our differentials are very low on oil. Not satisfied what so ever!!!! This place claims they did a compression test. Obviously not Because they would of seen it was leaking oil.Took our truck in today. Mitchell in Service is taking very good care of us. We will be back in a few days for a full service.The worst experience buying a used truck ever!!! Its worse nowthan when we took it for service.
