Got all windows on my car tinted with their ceramic coating, the back window now blends with the glass roof and looks very cool overall. The IR blocking on the ceramic is very impressive, you can feel a very obvious difference when the windows are rolled down. Amazing workmanship, the edges of the coating are perfectly smooth and line up with the windows edges exactly. After a couple bubbles evaporated out within a few weeks, the coating was flawless, cant even tell one is on there. Good price, and they were able to do it in just one day. Will bring more vehicles to them

Good place to get your tint done.

This was my forth personal vehicle Ive brought here as well as made many recommendations to close friends to visit them. Our mini clubman looks great and feels cool now with the 15% ceramic coated tint. These guys are not the quickest to answer their phones or get on their schedules but always make up for it with a clean install and friendly service. Did good work on my 2017 tahoe that was a fish bowl. The staff was knowledgeable and helped pick the right products. I wish i would have gone one set darker on the front but it is my fault.

I knew that window tinting can be time consuming, so I had freed up my day just in case. The tinting was done withing 2.5 hours! It would be best to schedule an appointment, and that is what I had done. Thank you New Mexico Tint!

My friend went this place for tint job and he is so regret now. He showed me his car and it is very clear that they had a very poor job. All the windows have bubbles and finger prints. The tint cuts are terrible. Definitely non-professional job. He paid $335 but he needs to remove the tints now so it is also another cost to him. Dont trust their warranty because they dont refund or fix their poor job. If you dont want to be regret, think twice or search more before you go there.

Its a shame. This place has done work for me in the past but they really dropped the ball this time. Made an appointment at 9am and had my car sitting in the parking lot all day until 4pm when they decided to start. Wasnt enough time to finish so we rescheduled. On our new appointment day they cancelled wanting to do the work another day. Its just like my wasted time was not important for them. Oh well..... on to the next place who would actually like my business.

I just recently had my car windows tinted. A bit pricey but I wanted good quality. I was shown the difference between the window tints and he didnt try to push me to buy the expensive ones. Great customer service.

I took my 2017 Silverado to get the windows tinted. Months after getting it done I absolutely love it. It was worth the price for the quality alone but the workers made the experience a thousand times better. The only advice I have is to go darker with your choice of tint.

Phil and David took great care of my 2015 BMW with a great price and excellent service! I’m in love with the tint I got and I’ve brought family members in for the amazing job they do on tint. On July 21, 2014, I worked with Mark Chavez at this business, bought and paid $1000 to have window tint installed on 5 windows & 2 doors in an upstairs bedroom. Within a couple of months, it started to peel up from the bottom. I contacted Mark and he told me that since so many of them were peeling, it must be defective tint. He said he would order more & contact me. Months later, I contacted him. He said he had the tint, with my name on it, but that someone had died in the company & asked if I could wait a little longer as things were hectic right now. I waited. I contacted him again many months later & he said he didnt know what I was talking about. He asked me to send copies of my receipts & pictures of the tint. I sent them on 4/6/18, 3/20/19 and 5/9/19. I have contacted him 18 times since I started documenting and many more before that. He says he will return the call, but never does. On 7/15/2019. I talked to Phil, who says he is the owner of the company. He apologized & said he would get to the bottom of this & get back to me. He never did. The 5 year warranty has now expired.

All the modifications to my vehicle were done by New Mexico Tint. Dont rush to jump to the conclusions that they only specialize in window tint. They offer a huge variety of services from wrapping your vehicle in any wrap color you could imagine to tuning a vehicle for more horse power to tinting windows. Personally Ive : bought a set of wheels and rims for my car and got them installed, wrapped certain parts of my vehicle in carbon fiber wrap and ofcourse I got my windows tinted, all by the New Mexico Tint team. I was beyond satisfied with every job as well as their prices, which are very reasonable. To be honest I only fully trust them to work on my vehicle, because theyve proved to be trustworthy time and time again. The personnel is very respectful and are very knowledgeable in all aspects of the craft of maintainance and customization of the motor vehicle. Im looking forward to continue to turn my vision for my car into reality with the New Mexico Tint.

BEWARE! First I called a week ahead to schedule, andwas given a promotional quote for ceramic tint which they refused to honor when I went in for my rescheduled appt since they confirmed my appt for the wrong time.. When we asked about them honoring the original quote all the older man said was it was a mistake and kept saying and repeating right price, right price and walked away... I should have left but I drove an entire hour.. and not to mention there is trash particles inevery window

Got my cars ceramic tint on all my windshields and clear ceramic on my front windshield to control the heat in my car. From calling for a quote to setting up apt to taking my car in, everything was easy and they were nice and professional. i called other tint places and nm tint had the best price. my tint looks great and i’m so happy with the work. traveled 2 hours just to get my car tinted here and it was worth it!

I wanted to get my windows tinted before summer hit and NM Tint was very helpful in both choosing and getting my tint done the day I came in! - in less than 3 hours I had my windows fully tinted and when I decided my sumatriptans was too long they trimmed it for me the next day.NM tint is my go-to place for tint and I recommend anyone try it out!

My mother-in-law paid a down payment on May 8th for windows to be tinted in home. After weeks of getting a runaround! She was finally told her deposit would be returned. It’s July 28th and still nothing!! Poor customer service! Don’t return calls! Takes your deposit and fails to do any work! She was taken advantage of!! Do not do business with this company. You will get screwed!

Called them up two weeks ago and scheduled to go in on a Saturday. Great price and great job! If I ever need to get another vehicle done it will definitely be with these guys. I highly recommend them. Not once did I feel skeptic about the price or quality of the tint or even the finish result I was expecting.

Choose not to get my vehicle tinted here they told me I couldnt wait for my vehicle. They said because of covid but Ive recently went to 3 automotive shops in the last 2 months were Ive waited hours for my vehicle without a problem on each occasion

I had a very positive experience when choosing this company to tint my auto windows. I was hopeful that the experience would be equally positive for residential window tinting. An estimate was provided, however, when following up to follow through with the job, customer service was nonexistent. The process for following up with a customer is nonexistent. They either need someone more organized or another person to help with details and follow up for residential tinting. It is clear there is no process or system for following up. And the person charged with this does not have the proper customer service skills. I have called, emailed, texted and attempted to follow up over 5 times with no response! I can no longer recommend this company and am now trying to find another provider.

Got our F150 done here this last summer and could not be happier with our experience. Great value, flexible schedule to get us in, and the staff was awesome to work with. The tint has been awesome, zero peeling, bubbles all settled within a day after. Very happy with their work :)

Best tint shop in town

A bit pricey but great quality work. Appointments were confusing as I was told to make an appt to be first and even though I was the first person at the door in the AM my truck was not the first to be worked on that day.

I gave my husband a gift card to New Mexico Tint to get his windows tinted on his new car. It looked so good, looked classier than any other tint job I have seen. He was as impressed with it as I was and bought me a gift certificate for my birthday. I had window tint on my car already but I wanted his tint!!!! So pleased with it and cannot express how great the customer service was. I shopped around a little bit, but I stopped when I spoke with them. The knowledge they had and the time they took to explain it to me was something that no other shop would bother to do. They had my car done within a few hours and thoroughly went over the care instructions and the warranty. I am very pleased with their work and will suggest New Mexico Tint to anyone shopping around.

Came in last week to get a quote on tinting my wifes 2009 Ford Taurus. Very friendly service very knowledgeable. Gave me a great price and did a great job will be back to have my car done in a few weeks highly recommended

New Mexico Tint did a fantastic job on my tint. They offer a good selection. The front desk sales person put on a hell of a pitch. I wish I could have done the ceramic tint, but I dont have the budget for it. All in All this is a great shop to get tint and they back there products up. I will recommend to my friends and I will use this shop in the future.

Update 7/22/16Phil, the owner, reached out to me personally after reading the experience I posted below.He addressed my concerns, reimbursed me for the items I had to pay out of pocket, and was friendly and humble. He has since rectified the business issues (voicemail full, credit cards not working.)He even offered me a discount on a future tint for my troubles.I am upping my review from 2 stars to 5 due this this. Phil cares about the customer, and did what it took to make it right.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------My experience was 30% good and 70% bad.Brought in my vehicle in and it took awhile for them to get to it and me.Positive:-Windows they tinted were done nicely-the tint turned out well.Negative:-Takes a very long time to have someone acknowledge you are there.-They do NOT pick up the phone and their voicemail is full.-They do not open on time, at least when I was there.-They did not have the vehicle ready when promised-multiple times.-They lost window fasteners and used generic replacements that did not match. I had to buy my own to replace.-I paid for a sunroof tint, but they could not figure out how to make it work. New Mexico Tint did not offer a refund on that portion even though I paid for it.-Their credit card processing was down for days (might still be). They insisted on cash.Overall, there are many window tint shops out there. I went there because they had done well on a previous vehicle. This time, it was the complete opposite. I would not go there again and would caution folks to do their homework.

The ceramic tint on our truck is AMAZING! I was on a budget this holiday season and they worked out a great deal for a great price. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly (HUGE PLUS), especially for someone like me who knows absolutely nothing about tinting. I would definitely recommend to others!

These guys do amazing work. I called, got a quote and set up an appointment in the same phone call. When I showed up for my appointment, they were very nice, and helped me with choosing the right tint for my car. They also held true to their price quote and had very fast service. I wouldnt hesitate to use them again for my vehicles and will definitely be recommending them to all my family and friends.

Just picked up my Tacoma from NM Tint and all I have to say is WOW. These guys are on point...truly easy to deal with, extremely knowledgeable of their product and very friendly. The tint appears to be top quality, no bubbling or any defects that I can see. Solar Gard definitely feels like a quality film, clarity and heat disapation feel phenomenal. Ask for Mark or Phillip...very accommodating and great pricing. Will be coming back to these guys for any future needs.

I brought my new Toyota Sienna in December to have all the windows tinted. Due to a technical glitch, they couldnt finish all the windows. I was pretty annoyed, as it took much longer than expected, and they couldnt complete the job. The owner was extremely apologetic and bent over backwards to make it right. My wife brought the Sienna back the following week to finishing the job, and she said that the folks there were extremely courteous and still profusely apologizing... Its clear that my experience was not normal.The tinting on our Sienna is perfect, looks great, and has a lifetime warranty.Both good companies and great companies do great work. However, everybody make mistakes from time to time. What separates great companies from the good ones is what happens when things go wrong. New Mexico Tint owned up to their mistake, didnt make excuses, and tried everything to make it right. Knowing that they stand behind their work, even when things go wrong, is a company Ill trust to go the right thing.They made the best of a bad situation and have gained my trust.

Philip was able to get me scheduled in the same day I called. This is my fourth vehicle I have taken here and it’s because of their great quality work with zero issues.

I was always nervous about getting after-market tint on my cars. Ive seen so many bad tint jobs! A buddy of mine recommended New Mexico Tint (he tinted his brand new car there and it looked amazing). These guys are efficient and meticulous. They even brought me back in the shop to show me some defects in the windows before they started so I wouldnt think it was from the tint. They use good quality film with a lifetime guarantee but still have great prices. My brother sent me here after his great experience. I highly recommend New Mexico Tint.

Got a quote for 4 side windows for my Silverado truck, back window was already tinted. The guy told me total would be 96.00, Ferrari tint gave me similar quote, a few dollars more that day. I went back about a week later and the same guy raised the price to 150.00! The guy denied the quote of course, I left, took my truck to Ferrari tint who honored their quote and did an awesome job!

New Mexico tint did an awesome job on my Wifes 2014 Ford Escape! It turned out looking great and cured perfect! They also got us in quickly and with a great price for the quality of film being used!! I liked them so much I brought in my 2013 Mustang also and all went smooth!

This place is very reasonable and does great work. Had my windows tinted a few years back and it has lasted with no problems at all. Bought the lifetime warranty and recently called because tint on my back window got damaged due to my own fault and they told me they would replace tint on all 5 windows.
