I first called Mike to plan logistically next steps needed to bring my truck in for body damage repair following my collision with a tree. He was able to guide me effectively with getting my insurance information to him, schedule when to bring in my truck, then do the work. He was clear, accurate and far exceeded my expectations. He delivered earlier than expected and when I got my truck back, my truck was cleaned, INSIDE and out!Way beyond what I had expected.I was pleasantly surprised. During these times when many of us get the run around, Mike and his team are a welcome contrast to that. Most Highly recommended!

Great service! I cannot recommend this place enough. I had to get a rear door replaced after an accident and they were very professional. The work was estimated to take between 5-7 days, they had it done in 4 and my car looks brand new! Not to mention they completely detailed the interior! My car hasnt looked this good since I bought it. If I ever need to take my car back to a shop, Ill definitely return to this one.

What an AMAZING repair shop. Probably the first and only time Ive ever said that, but it is so true! All the work is warrantied, the shop in centrally located in Albuquerque, and the work they do is top notch. I recently got my car back, and not only was it fixed, it was detailed too! Very, very friendly people, you can tell they care a lot about the customer. I had a lot of contact with Rita and Manny in particular; wonderful people! Before and after pics!

I’ve had two vehicles here, both for minor things. Had them install a new rear windshield in my Accord after it was stolen, and more recently they pulled a few small bends out of my rear bumper and frame on my F250. Both times, they’ve been super accommodating, straightforward, honest, and the price has been very reasonable

Just had my first job done by Southwest Collision Craftsmen, and I have to say that it was spectacular. I wanted custom parts put onto my vehicle, and it was super difficult locating a shop that was willing to do so. Not only was this shop able to accommodate my request of adding aftermarket parts, but they did so professionally and kept me updated along the way on the status of the vehicle. Great shop, would highly recommend!

Honest and professional guys, gave a quote pretty quickly

The owner is a con man tried to pass our Jeep off as fixed, took one look at it gave him the keys told him to try again got it back and still screwed up had another shop look at it with I expedited work not done properly plus ripped cv boot this place is a joke i watched owner give estimate to customer for body work it was too high for repairs so owner told him he would like to buy it from him get the picture! I have filed a complaint to my insurance co not to use him in future and continue to warn others oh yea plastic pieces on top of engine when I picked it up stay clear of this wannabe shop.

The passenger door panels of our Honda Accord were badly scratched and dented while it was parked in a hotel parking lot. SW Collision was the company our auto insurance company recommended, and they did an excellent job. After fixing the dents, they matched the paint perfectly. Could not tell that the door had ever been dented! Recommend highly!

I have had two repairs done with SWCC, a BMW M3 and X5. Both jobs were top notch and they were honest and professional from beginning to end. There is a reason they have been in business so long...they are one of the best, that have my business and I highly recommend them.

Ive been to SWCC for a few repairs on different vehicles. A couple were bumper repaints and one, a major repair. Manny and his staff are honest, fair, and are very thorough. They communicate well and I would highly recommend them for any body shop repairs.

I got started with Southwest Collision Craftsmen when the Sandia BMW service manager told me that this is where they send all their work. These people have helped me with BMWs, Mercedes, Nissans, and Fords, every thing I have owned in the last 25 years. Good to know people who are knowledgeable and reliable. This is where I take all my body work regardless of which body shop is on the insurance check. That check can always be reissued.

I have taken my Subaru Impreza WRX STI to Manny four times. He has basically painted the entire car due to wind storm damage. His techs tried their best at installing aftermarket coilovers and did a decent job when one was damaged by a road hazard. I had them custom paint a carbon fiber hood and it came out fantastic. Im getting ready to take it in again because I was rear ended. I expect that I will get the same great customer service and quality of work that I have come to expect from Southwest Collision Craftsmen.

Painted old damaged parts and tried to pass them off as new. Its called insurance fraud !!!
