I understand having a brand new vehicle there may be a wait on materials. I was completely left in the dark about my vehicle and approximate finish dates until I started calling daily. When I was calling it was always being worked on but when I randomly started showing up my car was in pieces. When my car was finally all put back together the strut was making a loud clicking noise.. no one knew what it was... when it was further inspected they were about to send my car away with a part that was clearly broken showing me they didnt take the proper time to inspect proper things. I was paying for a rental out of pocket and we reached 2 months without my car. Now when I call they tell me by the end of the day.. for a week straight. Finally got my car back with no clicking noise and was told my car had been detailed. When I get in the first things i notice are greasy hand prints all over the car(inside and out).they had no concern for how dirty it was just tried to tell me how great they did, not acknowledging that they had been rude and unprofessional all except for Daisy whom works the desk. Side note evertime at the end when Id call to see what was up with my car they said were working on it and Id show up minutes later only to find my car in peices and the person working on it had gone to lunch.. when I confronted Wayne on how long my car was taking towards the end he said he cant push the guys to work because the Boss Dave doesnt allow him to or hed push them harder.. so a bunch of passing the buck and terrible service. Terrible experience never will I allow them to waste my time again

Please do not come here this business is very unprofessional I sent photos of my vehicle to them and it took them about 3 business days to respond I even went down there to see if the estimate was ready and the girl who I spoke to was very rude and unprofessional and she had no mask on when I went in and they did not have the estimate ready for me they mentioned to me that the owner was not going to want to work on it due to being an older model vehicle and that he would not want to paint the full vehicle.They later on sent me a text message stating that they are not interested in working on my vehicle and that they are very busy at the time. Don’t come here it was a waist of time.

We had to have some body work done on our car and these folks made the process so easy! They were responsive, delivered our car ahead of schedule, and best of all returned a sparkling new car. Thank you for your professionalism!!

Dave the owner is a FRAUD. He has road rage and causes accidents on purpose. He has hit both me and my ex boyfriend this year. He is not a good trustworthy business!

Excellent work, excellent service. They went over the inspection and pointed out key things we should know. My car looks amazing.

These people we professional from the time I dropped my car off till I picked it up...They took the time to answer any questions I have and explained the process thoroughly. When I went to pick my car up they prepared a folder with everything about what they did to my car and before I had a chance to ask a question about the warranty they took the time to explain the repairs they performed was covered lifetime. I would recommend them to anyone....thanks for making this process as easy as you can and always going out your way to be extra friendly.

As soon as we drove into the parking lot we were greeted. The staff here really took care of us and took away some of the stress that we had because of a car accident.

Just had my Honda CRV repaired and the service was excellent. The staff at Sandia are very friendly and helpful and they did an amazing job. Great place!

Wheres experienced ever owner does not care Had my car replaced front in bumper Had the Alignment done the alignment was way off took it back they said I hit a curb 5 minutes after I left their shop I called them and told them it was off owner does not care your warranty does not mean anything. Do not take your car there. David the owner is the worst person Ive ever met as far as being an owner of a company like this insurance companies need to not send people here.

Was pretty much forced to go here through my insurance company after being rear-ended.They take forever to call you back or give you any information or updates on your car. I wouldn’t say they are rude but they definitely need better customer service.The quote was wayyyy less than what the final cost was, when asked why certain things were added they couldn’t really explain it all I kept hearing was “that’s what it is and it needed to be done” whatever, at least the insurance was the one paying not me. After i received the car I inspected it and noticed some chipped paint close to where the repairs were made, I didn’t want to fight it as they were small.What made me want to write a review was that when they worked on my trunk, they rewired everything incorrectly. The trunk light was staying on and draining my battery, I didn’t realize this until I had to replace my battery twice. Thankfully, the guys at Firestone found out what the issue was and rewired everything back to how it should be.All I’m saying is, if things were done the correct way the first time I wouldn’t have had to waste my resources later on.If you still decide to go here, double check absolutely everything once you get your vehicle back.

Staff was amazing, The owner on the other hand was very disrespectful and when I confronted him on breaking my steering wheel column he got upset and threw me off the property. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Do not get your vehicle towed to this place unless you want more problems added.

If you want a company who does the job right the 1st time, dont go here. I took my vehicle here as recommended by insurance and they didnt fix all the damage until we pushed them to. They tried to give it to me with a damaged strut, missing finishing touches (badging and overspray) and the hood was still misaligned. When we took our issues to the Owner, he said we were just complaining. We gave them multiple chances and much of our time to make things right and to be told we are just complaining is pretty frustrating.

Best service and paint job

Sandia Collision texted me that my car was ready to be picked up. They also phoned my husband with the same message. I returned my rental car and had Hertz drive me to pick up my car. When I arrived, they informed me that my car was not, in fact, done. I was stranded without a vehicle. They did not even offer me a ride. Infuriating.

The worst experience I have ever had the guy did my repair wrong not once but twice took it back to him to have corrective repair and he made it even worse the dealership even admitts that the body shop did innncorret corrective repairs shame on this shop people be ware I will be posting more on this in very great detail iwlii see justice done

Rude workers, there is never no one there.....

Take your car somewhere else to get repaired!!! My car runs worse then it did and all they did was replace the right rear suspension and bleed the brakes. Now my breaks keep sqeeking, car is overheating, my cars unaligned, and the steering is loose. Really unhappy with the service.
