I got my ravelco installed here on two of my trucks. A must security for your vehicle living in abq. I have referred many friends here and they are all happy with it. The product is great quality, the install is quality, the customer service is quality. The owner/installer is Andrew. Don’t waste your money on viper and Best Buy stuff like I did, trust me it will get bypassed.

Andrew is extremely professional on his installs and customer service is excellent, I’ve had mine installed for about 2 years on my 2004 f250, it payed off last night when it was the only thing that prevented my truck from driving out of my driveway on an attempted theft. Andrew is phenomenal! He installed ravelco into my 93 Cadillac Eldorado. Very professional and very thorough work done. Ravelco is the best and affordable anti-theft device I am aware of in the market. Andrew will make sure to take of you. I was in Albuquerque and lost my Ravelco device. He came out and disabled the system and charged me a fair fee. I would highly recommend getting this device and to get it with Andrew if you are near the Albuquerque area. This review is a little late. I had my Ravelco installed back in Dec 2016. I had it installed in a 2002 F250 V10 truck. Andrew was great with his communication and very customer orientated. He was honest with me when he told me they hadnt done a V10 yet but had a vast network of folks the company provides for help. He was still a little new at the business when I first used them. All in all, I was super happy with the quality of work they did and havent had any issues with the system. It sure does give me a piece of mind knowing my truck has this protection. I used to have L_J__k systems on my vehicles, but at the time that I moved to ABQ, that service was not available. I then discovered Ravelco, which is even better, because it prevents theft in the first place. We frequently park our cars in remote areas to go hiking and horseback riding. So this is a tremendous peace of mind.
