I really like the owner. His guys did a wonderful job on the car. Also after reading some of the other reviews I have to say these people that said bad things are being very unreasonable. Ive dealt with many auto body shops and I would have to say the price and workmanship is very good. The owner Miguel is even allowing me to pay him back on the part they need to finish my car. How many body shop owners would do that for a customer. Five stars I give this business ten stars. Thanks Miguel!!!! I will be referring you lots of business

New Model Auto Body did an amazing job on my car. I took them a car that literally had to have been in the worse hail storm ever! They gave me a very good price which was thousands of dollars cheaper than the estimate I received from Maaco. They did an awesome job. I honestly thought it was close to impossible but they definitely proved me wrong. It looks absolutely amazing.

I do not recommend this autobody shop if you have a choice. This was the shop associated with the car insurance I had. Lousy customer service. My car was in a hit and run recently and was fixed by the folks here. I have an out of state phone number and half the time my calls were not answered because they thought it was spam, even after they knew it was me calling. I had to have my husband call just so someone could pick up the phone.Also, calls were never returned.They did an alright job, but had to return the car to get the alignment fixed properly, since it was not fixed right the first time. My husband and I even showed up during business hours and Miguel told us to come back the next day.Avoid this shop. There are probably literally a hundred more autobody shops in Albuquerque where you can get optimal service and your time wont be wasted.

Did a wonderful job on my Jeep paint body work and raptor liner thank you wonderful service and was done on time and thank you very much. I recommend this place .

The guys at New Model Auto Body Shop have painted and repaired multiple vehicles of ours for a very reasonable price and the work always comes out great and like new. They also always blend the paint well to match the rest of the vehicle. Highly recommended, will be doing more business with them in the future, thank you.

MIguel and the guys did a wonderful job on my car. Appears like damage never happened, glass is perfect, and they gave a great deal! Also worked quickly over a tough time. Mad respect to them, I highly recommend.

This place was recommended by an insurance company from a person that hit me. 1st off some communication barriers, then they tell you, youre vehicle will be done before every weekend, when it really wont be finished. And after they have your vehicle for a huge amount of time, the work is half ass with new scratches and dents with unfinished work. After multiple visits back they finish my truck, overall the people are not bad and hard workers this place is ok 👌

Tried to sell my a clean title car that turns out was in a major wreck. The guys told me it was like brand new, my mechanic told me he wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole.Do NOT trust this place. They are scammers

Worst place ever! No communication ever, they dont answer their phone. Said my car was going to be ready it wasnt I came by and they said the next day got here to get my car still not ready asked what they fixed on my car I dont know thats all they say I dont know. Well I know this if you want to be very frustrated and wait forever then this is the place for you

Trying to call these people they don’t ANSWER there phones how can you communicate with these people FIX your PHONE what type of business is this with out answer your phones not good for business.
