We took in a 85 dodge w150 they charged us 2500.00 to replace the glass rubber trim and do the bed lining and paint on the truck which we had no problem with the price. After a few weeks checked on the vehicle they had painted it and did not replace the glass or rubber trim so they had to pull the glass out and not paint under the trim they had rough edges on the top of the door frames they kept buffing and never fully fixed they put a door ding in the brand new fender then tried to cover it up and play dumb when asked about it and it took us multiple times going back asking them to correct mistakes in about a months time definitely not pleased terrible service will never take a vehicle there again or refer the business.

Ivy was recommended by our mechanic. We have had two auto body jobs completed by Ivy. Easy to work with, competent, professional and we were very satisfied with both jobs. The work was completed on time and within the estimated costs. Our vehicle was in pristine condition when we picked it up. We highly recommend Ivy Paint and Body.

Great service at a great price. The owner Doug is a very reasonable person who puts customers first. Most local shops quoted me 800-1500 just to strip, prep, and paint a hood and roof. Ivy did it for a fraction of that.Thank you Ivy Paint and Body! 🎨

Do not take your vehicle here. The owner does not know how to run a business. Doesnt pay employees when hes supposed to. Treats employees terribly. To many honorable body shops out there to use this shop.

Lost the face plate to my radio. Said it would take 10 days to paint it. They had it 30 before it was shot. Broke my Ignition switch well they had it. Car once shot came out so bad that after arguing with the owners wife for two days they voided the ticket and told me to take it elsewhere. Owners wife is even told me “ your car looks like shit” she is rude and said all the blisters in my new paint job were due to Cheap paint. (That they use and sell. I didn’t ask for cheap paint) so now my 81 Vette has been moved to another paint shop and I’m losing even more time.

I had 2 spots of rust that I asked to be cut and welded they originally bondoed over even tho I clarified multiple times that I wanted it cut out and welded when I asked the owner why it was not properly repaired he put all blame on his employees but admitted he was not managing his employees he said he would have it redone for free but was extremely rude to be because he thought I should pay extra to have it redone, when it was redone they didnt cut the rust out they just tack welded a pease of strap iron behind it and covered it with Bondo and in the process welded a this 12v subwoofer fire to the body witch could have burned my truck down. I had also requested that all chrome trim be thrown away and the holes the welded in. he upped the price 300$ but proceed to have the holes filled in with Bondo and lied to me multiple times about it. I requested my mirrors bumpers, marker lights, and tail lights be removed for paint witch I paid extra for in my original quote to have done. when I received my truck back there is over spray not only on all of those things but also my frame, tires, wheels, and all my windows witch they didnt even attempt to clean up. I had also asked that all dents be fixed, I showed up the day it was going in to paint and they had only fixed probably 5% of the dents I had to circle every single dent on the truck and wait 2 hours to even talk to the owner he then tryed to tell me it was my problem and Id have to pay an extra 500 to have them taken care of. After paint was completed I went to get my truck and it was very clear the truck was not cleaned before paint and up close it looks horrible there are cracks in the paint and thousands of imporfectons not to mention the dents were still not all fixed and there was even 1 new dent. I was originally quoted 1500$ and in the end I payed 2100$ for a horable 200$ paint job I could have done with spray paint. I was completely robbed at ivys they were extremely rude, unprofessional, and will end up costing me thousands in the futer. They also took 2 monts longer then they told me originally. Ivys is a complete joke of a paint shop and I wouldnt recommend them to an enemy. I would happily take them to court over the horable job they did but I was in the process of moving across the country.
