I went to get my audio car system and deck installed here and there service was awesome. They gave me a great deal cheapest in town that I found and they did quality work. I would recommend to anyone trying to get installation or any type of audio equipment for their car to come here. Friendly service that gets done in a timely matter. Definitely will go there again.

They where fast and they had good customer service

Don’t come here. They over charge their customers. I paid $45 for a usb cord which was worth $5-$10. Went for a refund. Lady didn’t speak English and never got my refund.

I went to the shop at 1p.m after going two other times and it being closed. I showed up at one to ensure that I could speak to someone, once I showed up the store was locked even though the open sign was on. I called 4 times in the 30 minute span I waited and got no answer. Very unprofessional and will be taking my business elsewhere.

We took our van in to get a new head unit but retaining the built in video system. This was a difficult issue for our type of vehicle. The staff at Star Audio went above and beyond to ensure our system worked despite the difficulties. They even called a few days after the install to ensure it was working and we were happy with our new system. Highly recommended and will definitely do future installations with them.

Very disappointed with the service I received. They say they will warranty the product but when product doesn’t operate they find excuses to not repair the issue. I spent $2000 in this store and and when my amp was not working properly they had me go to one store 2 times to one store and 3 times to the other one. I was suppose to get a a replacement amp and it was install to a different vehicle. After 5 or 6 times taking my truck to both store i finally gave up and just got tired of dealing with it and figured they will not fix the issue. The last time I was there they took my 7500 watt amp a put a 300 watt amp on and they wanted to charge me an extra $600 for other speakers. I purchase my system in this local store to help the local business but ended up getting screwed at the end. The store on bridge and Goff also the one at Lomas and Louisiana made a fool out of me. Both own by family and never either took the responsibility and fix the issue. So disappointed.

I was trying to do an install my self after many attempts of not being able to get it wired it an and Audio express giving me false info on what needed to be done and trying to charge me $300 star Audio got it done for me in less than an hour and for only $95 1/3 of the cost from the other place !

I went at 10:45 am and they didnt show until 11:20 am, they finish at 7 pm, I also ask for viper alarm, thats what they said theyll install and end up with A cheaper alarm, avital for same price $350. I feel scam and I dont recommend this place. I google avital vs viper and of course is a cheaper brand.

I went to get my system put few few months back. Way before they closed door because of Covid. They told me to show up to put system in my truck at 10:45 am. that would be done by 1Pm. Didn’t happen I was there until 5:45pm. I had payed for the system. ( by the way I came home parked my truck went to get Back in my truck next morning try to turn stereo on and nothing wouldn’t turn on would do anything had to take it to a specialist the stereo wire that goes in the fuse box? Well something happened blew out every single fuse in fuse box)and $85 for a part that I needed for the dvd witch they had to order it, they didn’t have in store. They had told me I would be the first one they will call to hook that part up to my truck. Haven’t had a call yet!!!!!

I had just called to get a estimated price for a stereo installation and the lady just hung up on me.!!! So much for Customer Service! She should be fired!

These people over here hooked me up a few times. I used to go to audio Express for whatever I needed but I started coming over here because they work with you on whatever you need, if they dont have it theyll get it the next day or 2, plus they hooked me up with discounts. I highly reccomend to anyone for any audio needs, they got it all.

Great service. Came in for 2 door speakers and they were the best price i found and they took my car back & got started on it right away. Came back couple days later to get subwoofer system hooked up and again they got me in and out within like an hour- hour n a half

Waaayyyy to expensive...I bought my own alarm for my navigator and they still wanted to charge me almost $300.. for just the installation. I had the same alarm installed on my escalade ext for half the price in Dallas, so Ill go back to Dallas and get it done there.

Drove from Santa Fe after experienced Audio Xpress and Super Sounds but never had a good experience... this time decided to try Abq and i had Excellent costumer service,,, profesional and right installation . this place is highly recommended for me and friends .
