I was on a long distance trip and my back tire started to shred. I made it to R&S Honda. They sourced the tire I needed. Had it shipped over night and was on the road the next day. Rick the owner has a great team. Kudos to Flint in parts who went above and beyond to get the tire I needed. Also the service department which moved me up in line to get me back on the road. Well done R&S Honda
Great people ! super fast and helpful! Got us going and taught us all needed to know about the new RZR we purchased.
If you are looking good customer service and a fair pricing look somewhere else. Spent over 50K got treated like a third world citizen. Wont come back or buy again.
Seemed to be a fair deal on traded-in bike. It wasnt yet on floor but we were looking for that exact model so they showed and sold it to us. Said theyd checked it over but didnt even bother to tighten chain, it was about 3-4 of play when spec is just over 1; minus star for that. Otherwise easy purchase and would return here.
I inquired online about a part that I needed the parts guy called to let me know the price, and that it needed to be backordered. I called back to see if they had a different part. The parts guy checked and put it aside for me. R&S did have the part and I came in the afternoon to pick it up. I am surprised by how few motorcycles that they have in stock because of supply chain issues. I m very satisfied. Thank You.
Took my motorcycle in here for a regular maintenance they are always so helpful and they do amazing work there come in and check it out, and if you are in the market for a new motorcycle come in and check it out they got some really awesome bikes!!😉👍❤🏍
Friendly and helpful! I like the sales floor and parts department.
Excellent service. Hannah went above and beyond to answer every question. Everyone took their time to make sure all our needs were met! Definitely will be back for more business
Been coming here for about 6 years now and they have never had a part that I needed in stock, usually always have oil though. Staff is really friendly but if you need parts just order them online or give honda powersports abq off of montaño a call
Great Place They Really Care About You And Your Bike. Will Not Go Anywhere else, They are the Best shop in town.
Great customer service... Friendly and knowledgeable... Rick and staff are always the same once you purchase a motorcycle or utv the service doesnt stop there... They always acknowledge you and make sure that whatever you have purchased from them is meeting your needs... This is why I will always bring my business to R&S...
This place is great if you go in person, Ive acquired some parts from here but many have to be ordered in... Meaning ordering online is just the same. Sent an email to ask about a tire replacement quote, took posting here to get a reply. Not trying to be a bother, 2020 is tough, for sure... But I guess it is better to call, not use the service-quote-email thing. Upped the rating for getting back on here though - good places wont ignore you. Thanks, R&S (Galen) I appreciate the reply - got the work done already but Ill give yall a go when I need work again - thank you for your work to reach out.
They like to use credit cards from other people and not check idsy.card was manually entered and they admitted that was not ok and now wont give me my money back
Came here to look at a bike they had online. Manager was rude and a complete jerk. I had cash in hand to buy the bike but didnt want to talk to me cause he was waiting on financing. I have no problem waiting if he was helping someone but no one was talking to me so when I went to speak to some and ask for help I was almost yelled at. Turn and left. Screw this place. Zero people skills. Bike looked like it was in poor condition anyways. I wouldnt trust a place that treated it customers like that. Find any other place in the world.
It was great Rick is very helpful.
It is way to expensive i wold gust go to los lunas motor sports it is a lot cheaper over there its like 300 bucks more for a cluch here then in los lunas
My favorite place. Everyone is super nice and the business is top of the line.
Purchased an oil change kit for my Polaris RZR and some misc. parts. All was in stock at a reasonable price.
Fantastic service, got me in and out with the vehicle I needed. Thanks for the help folks, Im super excited 😊
Id go there again. Staff was nice
Stopped in this store while I was on vacation, asked about good places to go ride my atv. Staff was super helpful and directed me to some of their favorite places. Cant say enough about the customer service here!
Great service the staff is very knowledgeable and really friendly and helpful.
Seem to be nice folks. But I couldnt wait for the 6-8 week back log for my service. Went elsewhere.
There is a lot to consider when buying a new motorcycle besides the sticker price, such as the cost of tires, oil changes and valve adjustments for the service and maintenance intervals. However, by asking questions you may discover that owning a motorcycle may be far superior in efficiency compared to a car and you’ll get amazing gas mileage and a much lower sticker price. R & S Honda must understand, cause the entire team was extremely helpful to answer all these questions. Al Padilla and Charles in the front will help you determine the best bike for your personal needs at a price point that will fit your budget, and Charles introduced me to the service desk, to help determine the overall operational costs…even got a printout detailing the service intervals and costs. R &S Honda has a great team, all of them will make you feel like family. Thanks to the great team.
Best Honda shop in town. Great customer service
Josh in sales is very friendly, accommodating and very knowledgeable about their products. If youre looking for a new Honda/Polaris/Talon, Josh is your go to guy
Brought my bike to them a few times now, their prices and service are great
Thank you Rick and Charles! You guys always take care of us!! We’ll see you soon! Thanks R&S!Heather & Dale
Bought a Honda shadow aero recently and paid cash, they didn’t even like To see my offer but overall customer service was excellent.
Excellent service department. Excellent motorcycle shop overall. They gave me a superb deal on a new set of tires for my 2006 Triumph sprint St 1050. Better deal than online and from another local shop.I got them installed there as well. The service manager was cheerful and friendly. Theyre bent over backwards for me. Im sure I was a bit of a pain for them, but they never complained or told me so.I left my house keys with my bike keys and they even sent someone to bring me my house keys so I wouldnt be locked out of my house! To top it off, when I was waiting on service, the sales guy let me test ride a sweet new Goldwing. I loved it!I am very impressed with R & S and I will definitely be coming back!
Chip, Al, and every other employee of this business from the owner to the service department are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I continue to return as a customer and bring in new customers to this dealership for exactly that reason.
Dishonest Service Personnel. Wont cover anything on warranty due to shoddy workmanship. Steer clear!
Got me what I needed, good service.
The only reason I gave 1 star was because NO STAR was not an option. We were traveling through the area and needed an emergency front tire replacement. Not one of your stores would help. It was no more than a 45 minute job that we had to travel down to Los Lunas Motorsports for so we could get back on the road. LOS LUNAS MOTORSPORTS had no hesitation at all when we called from the parking lot of R & S and told us to come on down first thing in the morning and they would work us in. (Stay away from R & S if you are looking for any kind of quality customer service)
Great service and salesmen, will go back for next purchase. Salesmen are very helpful and wanting to help get you what you want. Very good selection in stock of both new and used! They also have all the gear and accessories you may need or want!
This is the last straw.A couple of years ago, they bent my rotor when changing my rear tire.Next time, they put an 8 gouge into my nice chrome wheel when changing the same rear tire! Okay, so they have some goons changing tires. Now it is worse. I make an appointment for a safety brake recall service. I get to wait a couple of months. I go in and they lost my appointment! So, I get to wait a couple of more months for a rescheduled appointment. I go in, and they tell me it is canceled!Hey, no big deal. It is just a safety brake recall. Who cares? Not them!On the bright side. It is a complicated procedure and they probably were just going to screw it up anyway!
Friendly sales and service staff.
Always a great place to do business.
Horrible customer service. Rude staff. If your not their to buy a $20k UTV, they don’t care about you. Apparently Not enough commission on a youth dirt bike to be worth their time. Will NEVER return there. This was their second strike, with the same results.
Staff was very professional and helpful. I worked with Charles and he made it very easy to purchase my 2017 Honda Ruckus. He made sure everything was they way I wanted and personally made sure it was serviced before drove it off the lot. I highly recommend going here if your looking for a motorcycle/dirt bike/quad/scooter!!!!
It was an amazing experience the employees were very diligent and very kind, the place is also very clean
Great guys working here glad to offer help and advice.
Just wanted to give a big Thank You to the service guys Nathan & Wes.My friend Rick & I had rode to New Mexico from Arkansas & Texas to do some Adventure Riding with a friend who lives in the area.Unfortunately Rick’s 2018 Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports started losing power.Nathan and Wes got to us quickly and Wes did a diagnostic test on the bike and found no trouble codes and all test were normal. We all agreed that the fuel pump was probably the problem. Then we found out the fuel pumps were on backorder. We decided to rent a truck and head for home.Although because the fuel pump was not available they were not able to repair the bike but they did everything they could to help get us back on the road. Thanks for all your help guys.Jerry
I don’t know about this place, I prefer the one off of lomas.
Great mechanic. He saw safety issuse on my bike notified me of them and told me what I needed to do to fix them. I should say I told them I do my own work. I only need mechanics for jobs I dont have tools for. He did an amazing break flush and changed my tires like a pro
In this day and age when customer service is a rarity it was refreshing to see the crew at R&S still practices it.I had called several shops looking for a specific tire for my bike and they had one in stock and although I wasnt able to get there close to closing time they found the time to mount it for me.Thanks guys 👍👍👍
Robert was great...Ive delt with sf motor sports.. still waiting on the call....its ok gave me time to look...ahhh found what I needed
I get tires here for my bikes and ATV, not bad prices.
My husband I just recently purchased a 2016 Polaris Ranger and had a great experience. John and Mike were 100% honest with us the entire time. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase.
I was already cautious about them because they put my friends tire on his Honda Grom backwards, but I figured Id give it a shot and decide for myself. They were extremely nice and friendly, but that was the only redeeming aspect of the entire visit. All I wanted them to do was check the air filter and tires, and to make sure everything looked good on the bike. All in all, they put the wrong bulbs in my blinkers, and charged me for it, they made a mess of the air filter oil, getting it all over my bike, and icing on the cake, they said they were going to clean out my ignition switch housing, but instead they just sprayed 30 pounds of grease into it causing a short in the wires and making my headlight never turn on. When I asked them to fix it, they said the headlight was already out (No it wasnt) and that warranty prevents them from looking at it, but I could just pay them $180 to get a new one installed. I opened it up myself and just cleaned all the grease off with a paper towel and it worked. They do not know what they are doing, and they will squeeze every penny out of you if you dont know better. Go to Bobby Js, much much much better experience.Edit to reply to owner:About an hour after dropping the bike off, I called them and they said the blinkers were out, and that theyll replace those if I wanted. I dont know why they were looking at them in the first place, that seems like more of a question you can answer than me. I had no problem paying for that, I want to be safe. But they didnt work still, and its because they put bulbs with two pins in my blinkers instead of bulbs with one pin.... As for the ignition switch housing, they said they werent charging me for it, so they just did it anyways. They looked up the mileage on my bike, and it (the website you use on your shop computers) said one of the things to do was lube the ignition switch. Also, who cares what I asked for? Your response sounds like you doubt Im telling the truth about what I asked for, but even if I went in there asking solely to fix the blinkers it doesnt explain why your techs cant put the right bulb in the hole. Techs that know nothing about bikes, and an owner who tries to blame the customer for not asking for the right service. Garbage place.Edit 2:10 months later and still no follow up from owner. Incompetent techs, sabotaging bikes to gouge more money from you, and empty promises from the owner. Youll have the same results and save money if you just blindfold yourself, and throw random tools and bolts at your bike, then dump a bucket of grease on it.
Went in on a Saturday, not too busy! Still looking at bikes to decide what I want and Ethan was an exceptional salesman who wasn’t pushy at all and just wanted to make sure I got the best bike for me. Straight up employees!!!
Horrible, went in to test drive a bike and was told that that if I dont make an offer I wont be allowed to test drive anything else... What are you 6 years old? I left before riding the bike. Ive purchased a used bike from R & S group before and they charge high fees and do little to no service on their used stuff. You get much, much better service from any of the smaller local dealers in town including PJs, Bobbys, even the other Honda motorcycle shop. Stay away from these guys.
They ordered some parts for me for an old atv. They provided the right parts, on time, no hassle. They even held them for me as I was coming from out of town. The showroom is like a candy store. Its hard to walk through without dropping $100K in your head.
Large selection. Be careful they tell you what you want to hear.
While travelling through New Mexico from Canada via motorcycle I had a catastrophic breakdown and required parts including a new piston. I spoke to Jacob at the parts counter and he informed me that Honda has discontinued the standard piston for that year, but he has an aftermarket producer that can provide a standard piston with the same configuration i.e. same compression and diameter. Given that I wanted the parts shipped overnight, I needed to pay $60.00 extra for shipping the Honda parts and an additional $90.00 for the aftermarket piston to ship. As I needed to get back to Canada, I had little choice. When I arrived the next day to pick up the parts, I discovered that the aftermarket piston was of the wrong configuration as it was a 10.5 : 1 compression piston as opposed to 8.3 : 1 which were the production specs I clearly requested. I pointed that out and indicated I did not want to purchase that piston nor should I have to pay the $90.00 to ship it overnight. . Even though the parts book clearly stated that the piston was a 10.5 : 1 compression model, Jacob indicated that as the piston will still fit my model motorcycle they have fulfilled my request and I am to pay the $90.00 rush shipping regardless. He was backed up in his position by Terri, the parts manager. The service manager indicated that the Honda piston for the newer model motorcycle should fit my model and I could order that one. Terri indicated she could order that one, with another $60.00 overnight shipping charge of course. Again I had little choice as I had to get back to my country. After some debate Terri agreed to absorb the extra $60.00 shipping, but maintained that I am to to pay the $90.00 for the incorrect aftermarket piston they provided. As I needed to get back to my country, ASAP I could not walk away and order from another vendor. I ordered that piston and received it the next day. When I asked Terri that day if she was still comfortable with charging me the $90.00 for the piston they ordered in error, she indicated she wasI suggest there are alternate sources for Honda parts that one might investigate before aver dealing with this business.
Be warned... 18% interest. I went in to go buy 2 Honda crf250l and with the both of them it was still super high interest. I understand with the lower amount usually means higher rate, but still high.Other then that amazing store and people... Prices are nothing extreme high or low.
Friendly staff and not forcful
I turned into the wrong part of the shopping center so I was going to drive through to parking lot to get go to this store. I was told that I could not go a certain way to get to their parking lot by one of their employees. Due to the rudeness I will never shop at this place. I left and I will not be back. Who wants to shop at a place that is rude.
Service manager is very friendly, theyve accommodated my needs every time, and very knowledgeable
Waited over 30 min in store to be assited when guy finally came out he was very rude I recommended this place to no one had money in hand for a bike but would rather give my money to someone intrested took my money to Bobby js and walked out happy
Need to work on customer services. If you order parts they need to make sure you get everything you need. I like a one stop shop. Not i need to come back over and over our wait for the part i need to be ordered after i already waited. They need to be knowledgeable in the products they sell.
I had an emergency with my Honda EU2200i generator. I was dry camping near by and was without power. They got me in right away, and fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. Employees were super.
Very friendly service and knowledgeable in their equipment. Would highly recommend
Great people! Really enjoy working with Charles!
Great staff and very knowledgeable. Great exspreence working with Charles
Took my RZR there for repair. Primary clutch bolt sheared off. Bad part from Polaris. Polaris would not repair it under warranty. Could have cost alot of money for new crank shaft etc. However Nathan and his guys were able to extract it and save me a at least a $1000. They even brought some of their own personal tools from home to do the job. Thanks Nathan. Highly recommend this business.
Good people..Jay is a smart guy
Walked around and was interested in buying something no one even came up to offer any assistance??? Will go shop somewhere else.
Been a infrequent customer since 1997 when I had to buy partys for my 1972 Honda CB200T.Still helpful & friendly.
I came in to see if I could get a pair of goggles and a vest, but I dont think Ill ever come back. I was not greeted when I was noticed, and I saw three employees who were not doing anything. They looked at me, then went back to their phones or just milling around. It was so unfriendly and cold. It may be further away, but go to the west side store. They actually give a damn. Whats even worse for this location, is that they had the vest I wanted, but I will not be buying it from them due to their employees crappy attitude.
VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF I LOOKED AT THE NEW GOLDWING AUTOMATIC AND LIGHTER BEAUTIFUL MACHINE. .
Staff had excellent customer service, very helpful. Knowledgeable with what we needed.
Hard place to do work will. Promise many things that didnt happen.
Terrible place. Even worse sales people. Service department is garbage. This Galen guy responds to these bad comments but never does anything to satisfy all of the numerous complaints.I learned my lesson and will never go back. I tell anyone and everyone about my terrible experiences there. This place gets negative 5 stars.
I bought a 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 crew from here recently. Before even driving half a mile I noticed a horrible noise coming from the front differential. Sounded like marbles or rocks in a tumbler.Unfortunately this noise starts at 25mph and when I test drove the vehicle in the parking lot we maybe hit 15 mph max. When I took it back they agreed to look at it and determined it had a broken Sprague carrier. They fixed it, but blamed it on me. They said this was caused from ramping the vehicle. They said this fix was a courtesy and normally they wouldnt cover this. After the repair was made I took it for a test drive before bringing it home and it made the EXACT same noise as before. I took the SVC guy for a ride. He did seem concerned with the noise but his GM came out and told me it was normal. He said just drive it, ignore the noise. Thats kind of a hard thing to do when you spend close to 20k on a brand new vehicle that is supposed to have a WARRANTY!! Since then I have got a second and third opinion and they both completely contradict what these guys at R and S Honda are telling me. If I had horse beaten this vehicle I could see it justifiable for them to give me a hard time. But this is how this vehicle was sold to me BRAND NEW!!! Any damage that happened to this machine happened on their lot before I purchased it. Beware when considering a purchase from this dealership.Update 2-8-18 Polaris claims this noise is normal. While it may be normal it is a big time annoyance. Thanks to Blake for showing concern.
I bought a used Honda from R&S the day I got it the engine failed and they replaced the pistons and it worked great however after about 200 miles it started smelling like gas and leaking from the cover on the left side a combination of gas and oil they tightened a bolt and that seemed to fix it but it did not I dropped it off for a day and they called and said they could not find anything wrong and told me all cycles smell like gas I have had 7 cycle (3 from R&S on Juan Tabo) and none smelled like gas, now it leaks a puddle of gas when I shut it off and my clothes smell like gas I am going to have to pay for a repair because R&S will not fix it because they sold it and repaired it and and dont stand behind their work and probably feel they have enough in to this bike and now its my problem. Im riding a fire hazard and thats ok because all cycles smell like gas.
I am from SC and doing my retirement tour on my 2000 Goldwing. I ran into tire trouble and needed a rear tire changed. I spoke with the parts man and he was bend over backwards helping me get the right tire for my bike. Very cool and very good. Once we settled on a tire he escorted me down to service; THAT is where you get this rating. The service guy on the counter understood that I was traveling and said, let me get with the service manager to see if we can get you in, since you are traveling through. As the service manager walked by he said, What year is it? I told him it a 1500 SE. He immediately seemed to cop an attitude and strongly stated to me (a stranded Goldwing rider with only a tire issue), We dont work on ANYTHING, 2000 and older. I said its just a tire swap. He again said, we dont work on ANYTHING 2000 and older. Based on this managers crappy attitude and thus giving the impression that if you want your Goldwing worked on, this HONDA DEALER will leave you stranded!! Honda riders, steer clear of any business dealings to do with this place! Granted, I may not ever pass through Albuquerque on a motorcycle again, but I wanted riders to know what theyre about down in the service department. The only reason you get the single star is because the parts man helped so much with getting a tire that the dealership would not install.
Was encouraged by the guys at the west side location to go look at the RZR’s before I purchased a Can Am from them. Drove across town and spent 15 minutes walking around the units outside and another 10 milling around inside. Was never even acknowledged. I walked to my truck and drove away. I guess I will go to the Polaris Dealer in Los Ranchos to look, missed opportunities on a $27k sale!
Service shop is awful. Told my dad itd be one week for a tuneup and some other minor things. Well, were going on 6 weeks now! Today is 6 weeks!!! I work in a service shop for cars and trucks and the worst thing you could do is lie to a customer. Telling them 1 week when you havent even looked at it and dontd know what parts are needed or if you even have them is a big DONT! Then to make it worst, diagnose the issue(s), tell them another week and still dont get it done. Now its week 6. Parts must be coming from outerspace. Well take it to Santa Fe or Las Cruces before coming back here.
Sudip Patel was the rep that helped me out. He helped as much as he could and made everything as smooth as possible. Great service.
Went in today with 4k to put on a brand-new Honda 450rx sat there on the dirtike for 5 min as a salesman looked directly at me and never asked if I needed help and was completely ignored terrible customer service!!!! Im going to Bobby JS where they respect there customers
Very friendly guys there nice place to visit and get your bike serviced.
Sales people lie right to your face. After catching the salmon in a lie i ask to speak to the manager. Come to find out the salesman is married to the owners daughter. She actually stated lying is all a part of their sales strategyWARNING!!!!! These people are total scammers. The used bikes arent serviced at all before they are sold.Every single person i know thats done business here has regretted it.Been buying bikes both street and dirt for over 30 years and these guys are by far the biggest bunch of scammers and liars Ive come across.
This place is worthless I have called them for a few different things and they just tell me too call someone else every time
Friendly, fast service from the service department.
Service department could use a little work in customer service and the shop is in disarray Everytime we go down there either clean up or hide it better from customers - image is everything - upstairs the showroom is nice but the lack of selection leaves something to be desired
Very nice parts department employees! Extremely courteous.
Went to check out the Polaris RZRs. They have a lot of them. They were busy when I went, still got some good service. Bought a pair of gloves. Good experience.
Staff was reakly great! No prblems!!
Was a quick stop to get some info for our new motorcycle.
I never recieved my title for a bike I have paid off. Its not the shops fault or hondas fault according to them. Was given a useless 1800 number from the shop that went to a spam/scam asking for personal info for a cruise ship. I think Ill take my business elsewhere. Like Yamaha where they wont treat my title like a McDonalds recipe.
Good place to buy your OEM Honda and Polaris parts, supplies, and accessories
Im fairly irritated that they advertised 50% off all tire prices when you pay to have them mount the tire to your wheel. But when you ask about this special, they will tell you that their normal price is already 50% off, which is a lie. When looking for a dualsport tire recently, their quoted 50% price was comparable to what I could find on the internet. Certainly no discount there!I have had doubts about the service department in the past, now, with this recent revelation, I certainly will NOT be bringing ANY business to this store.Out right lying, with false advertising...
Our Polaris was sitting in our shed for 3 years and we decided get it started. We bought a new battery, a new spark plug, we changed the oil and we put new gas in it.On Friday, June 23rd my husband took our 2003 Polaris into the parts center for a carbonator clean . Once my husband drove up to R & S he had to push the four-wheeler off his truck with no help or assistance from any R & S staff. My husband went over everything he had done to the four-wheeler and said he only wanted the carbonator to be cleaned. Jewell from the parts center called us the next day (Saturday) and said there is a Honda throttle on our Polaris and they will need to replace it and he also mentioned we needed a new battery after we told him it was a brand new battery Jewell still insisted we needed a new one. Jewell said everything will cost us $986 to replace. I told Jewell all we wanted was the carbonator to be cleaned and Jewell said they can not touch our Polaris unless we replace the throttle and it was a safety issue and therefor they can not touch it. I told him fine dont touch it and Ill go get it. Jewell then said he completed a diagnosis check and that will cost us $120. I told him he had already touched my ATV but now he cant touch it because I need a Polaris throttle and now he is charging me $120. He said he didnt know the rule until he talked to his technician. I told him thats not my fault and I shouldnt pay for the and I have to pay $120 for nothing when all we asked him was to clean the carbonator. I asked for his supervisor and his supervisor Josh called us back. We explained to Josh the situation and Josh said there is not a rule that they can not touch our ATV and he will make sure the carbonator gets done.On Wednesday, June 28th Jewell called my husband and said the ATV has started and he will call back once it is ready for pick up. We never got a call back. The next day I called Jewell and he said the four-wheeler didnt start and he needs to do another diagnosis test. I told him NO and I told him I will be picking it up that afternoon. As my husband and I drove up to R&S we walked into the parts center and Jewell pulled out the paper of everything they done. He said again they suggested we get a new battery and a new throttle. He gave me a total of $120 but my husband said before we pay let me go out and look at it. My husband walked outside and looked at our ATV and noticed the throttle was tampered with. My husband told Jewell to go outside so he could talk to him about the ATV. My husband showed Jewell the throttle and said he told Jewell not to touch it but he still did. My husband also said All I wanted was for you to clean the carbonator and you kept giving us trouble. Jewell said he well get his supervisor and when we turned around Josh, the supervisor was standing there and said get that four-wheeler out of here and take it somewhere else and he said dont worry about the cost, just get it out of here. They pushed the ATV out of their gate and left. Leaving my husband and I to push it up on our truck by ourselves with not assistance from R&S staff.Ive bought my ATV from here and my husband has a Honda bike that he always took to this place for services. We will no longer taking any of our things here. They are very rude and they tried to rip us off by saying they cant touch our ATV unless we pay to replace the throttle. They were trying to rip us off and who knows how many customers they tells this to and get away with it.
Im traveling through and needed a new front tire for my goldwing. Also installed new pads all around. They fit me in their schedule. I very much appreciate their consideration.A great honda motorcycle dealership.Skipper. Retired USMC
Friendly enough. I prefer the west side guys, but they were out of what I needed. Only complaint is the in house equipment for your guys is out dated by a decade and a half, and painfully slow. I had to pay for service and parts separately, the printer was down, and the frustration for the staff was obvious. Also my info at one store is not shared with the other. The next flat and the boys bike is gonna sit for a bit.
Because there isnt a lot of choices its ok. They didnt have the cruisers I was looking for. They didnt have the resources or inclination to help me find what I was looking for either.
They have always treated me fairly. Their prices are a little high but thats expected from a dealership.
Great help with buying a new helmet and they matched the Amazon online price.
