As another customer has explained, STAY AWAY. The guy working there (I believe his name is Giovanni) seems very friendly, however, they will try everything they can to avoid servicing if it breaks down within a couple of months. We bought a good-looking Kenmore refrigerator for almost a thousand dollars, and then the freezer no longer kept temperature cold. We called to see if I can receive any guidance to fix the refrigerator, since Im somewhat of a handyman, but the same guy basically said, you must bring it in with no offer of any help whatsoever. This is a customer service at its lowest.

The fridge I purchased from them did not work. They offered to replace it with another one that I picked, and guess what? This one doesnt work either. They refuse to refund my money and tell me I have to pick another one from their selection. They hardly speak English and treated me like I was an idiot because I couldnt understand their jumbled explanations. The manager pointed out which compartment was a freezer and which was a fridge and tried to tell me the first fridge I bought from them broke because I packed it with too much food (I had thrown out almost all my food which wasnt much to begin with).I paid for it over the phone and they never told me they dont do refunds until I got a receipt with a warranty agreement that the woman SIGNED with my name. They refuse to acknowledge any wrongdoing on their part so I have to contact my bank and dispute the charge just to get anywhere. Do not even come near this place. They are scamming people and they know it.

Short version: Stay away. He wont give you good service.This guy seems nice enough, and some of his merchandise is nice looking. But his warranty is really short, and YOU MUST BRING THE UNIT back to him for repair. For most people, this is a HUGE inconvenience if not impossible. He says he has a truck but its broken. He refused to give us ANY break on this, even though we bent over backwards trying to accommodate him.

Bad business if your not on the work site or atleast have the name of your business showing on the door where your located
