Only had washer for 6 months its broken. Water pump $75 was broken. Tech put it back together it started smoking. He put oil then checked it said now transmission $200 more. My daughter is on oxygen had to air out our apartment, water all over the floor. Washer to break down this soon this is not right.

I own a 4-plex so Ive bought several items from them. Recently bought a front loader cloths washer for $400. Its an incredible machine probably would have cost a least twice that new. Staff is not knowledgeable at all but I took down all the model numbers and did my own internet research and it worked out well.

We dropped off a dryer with the problem of it not starting, they were able to give us an estimate and have it repaired the following day. The repair price was extremely reasonable, with a fast turn around. If we need an appliance repaired again in the future definitely will return to Family Appliances.

Wonderful service!! I Highly recommend this appliance store! Paid 330.00 for our washer and dryer set and works excellent! We are happy with our set and best thing of ALL.... They deliver and pick-up your old set. It took us some patience as we wanted a set ASAP. We hate laundrymats. Give this place a try! SAS Appliance is on Louisiana and they werent open for 2 days. Glad we are entering the New Year with a good washer and dryer set. Also found out that we have a 90 day warranty. Repairs included.. Even if we had to pay for repairs in the future i wouldnt mind. Great place, really!! And down to earth people! Thats always a plus!

Pathetic service. Called me back three days after they were called. Made an appointment for the next day, and never showed up. I called them to ask why and they were extremely rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Family Appliances was highly recommended by a neighbor, I couldnt get a hold of anyone. They were highly recommended by a neighbor and several folks on Nextdoor. However, when I called during business hours the phone just rings and when you try to leave a message their voicemail box is full. Their website is largely not working with no way to contact them by email or text. The links on their Craigslist postings point to the wrong website and domain name. I tried reaching them through Craigslist and no response as well.

I just bought a Kenmore washer from this store and was very impressed with the kind of service and the creditability and worthiness they place behind their product. I would recommend this store to anyone on a fix budget to shop at the establishment.
