Just so you know they are closed from 12 to 1 daily for lunch. And you have to call ahead to order what you need. I was not aware of either one of those things so I sat in my truck and no one answered the phone so an hour just to find out they don’t have what I need. And somehow THEY were rude to ME about it. As if I’m an inconvenience to them. You’d think that the line of people waiting outside and growing by the minute during lunch would tell them that maybe they should split lunch times so they can be open and not make everyone wait a whole hour. It seems there’s plenty of people working there

I have been doing business NM AF for many years. The owner and staff always go out of their way to help you. Very knowledgeable and the best prices in town. Yes, you wait, due to staffing shortage, two or three employees can only do so much at one time. Worth the wait!!

If I could give this place zero stars I would, even with the entire state opening back up this place wont. If you want to sit outside in the heat while your calls go unanswered NM Airfilters is the place to be.

I called them in the morning, when I got there they had my filter pads for my Mastercool cut to fit. The man behind the counter was extremely helpful, and threw in some conditioning tabs for free. I am very pleased with them, service was top notch and the price was better than the big box stores, not to mention the satisfaction of supporting a local business.

Solid place, better pare cheaper inline rescaler then online (16.99) +12x24x40 in pad for $120... Nice

Please dont go here! Very rude, no customer service, they do not pay their employees. They charge different prices for everyone. No bueno.
