Best place on the mountain to get your car worked on

HHE took a really bad experience from another shop and gave us an amazing experience. Unfortunately we had to pay double for repairs to our vehicle but that wasnt at fault from HHE, what HHE did do was fix our car properly the first time, and there wasnt any run around. They were professional they accepted the car being dropped off on a weekend and they were prompt with making the appropriate repairs with warranty backed parts and labor. We will definitely use HHE in the future for any repairs that may come up.

We were referred to HHE by Mitch Morgan Motors where we finance a vehicle from, we are having issues with our stabilitrak system and we were told to ask for Shane that he could fix it easily. The lady who answered the phone was rude as hell! First she had an attitude problem and didn’t know answers to half the questions we asked then when we politely said “Is Shane there? We were told he knows all about it” her response was “Well I’m the owner so talking to him will do you no good!” I said right but he can answer the questions her response “well I can’t let you be seen til at least Monday” so we hung up! Very rude and unprofessional and we will definitely be taking our business elsewhere!!!

Was lied to. They didnt do the service to the rear end. Took it to another mechanic and was shown evidence of nothing being done. They literally just bandaid repaired it to get the insurance claim. 100% will never go to HHE ever again. Shady business practices. Edit:As you can see they also dont admit any fault and want to keep lying.

Used 3 times so far, requested repairs were done as expected and did not take days and days or two to 3 weeks or longer to get it back. They also communicated with me which was great.Great place so far, will be returning for future auto repairs when needed.

Super fast and so nice

Shane at HHE was super helpful and patient. Ran a diagnostic on my van and explained things to me. Printed up a Repair Estimate with no pushing or pressuring to do the work. Though I know the owners, Stacy & Jessica Dodd, Ive never had to have work done on a vehicle. I feel Shane is just as trustworthy n genuinely willing to help as Stacy would be. Highly recommend this Auto Repair shop.

The folks at HHE are attentive, kind, knowledgeable and good down home Country folks. They have fixed my personal car with speed and at a better than fair price. They fixed my daughters car, so much faster than we anticipated, and because it was a little more than she could afford at the time, worked with her on a payment plan! Who does that? HHE does because they care about their customers like family! They do all of our oil changes for all our personal vehicles because they are the best and Are cheaper than anyone around here. Car wouldnt start didnt know what to do. I called HHE and they were very nice sent a record right then to get my car. They put a starter on it and had me back on the go the very next day!! Thank You so much HHE!! I would highly recommend these people!!

I was recommended to HHE being told they were the best. So I took my car to have it looked at while my husband & I went out of town. When we returned, we were informed that they accidentally SOLD my car and the place that bought it had dropped the transmission. Needless to say, we did get it back in one piece & the owner was very apologetic. However, we wont be going back. Also, they told us our transmission was bad and turns out it was just the alternator. We replaced the alternator & the car has been fine ever since. Im not sure if it was all the new guy that made these mistakes or what but it was the worst experience Ive ever had.

Shane and the folks at HHE automotive went above and beyond to assist me in purchasing a vehicle out of state. I live 9 hours away and they were able to pick up the car I wanted from the dealership and inspect it. They provided me with an unbiased and honest opinion before I made a purchasing decision. This is hands down the greatest place Ive been to for car repairs. These individuals are so kind and easy to talk to. I can walk in here and never worry about them trying to hoodoo me into fixing problems that were never there. The waiting area is very comfortable with plenty of seating and entertainment to make your time there go by much quicker. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this business for all your car repair needs.

Rude, prices were not as advertised.

If you’re new to this area like I am, DO NOT GO TO HHE AUTOMOTIVE. I did, just to get my tires fixed and I have over 1,000$ worth of damage to my car that just so happened at their shop. I asked if they had cameras and I already know criminals won’t film their own acts, they had no view of my car they said. It’s a hokey place and if the owner is very rude. She asked me how she can help, then rants about not helping because no camera proof it didn’t happen there. Next stop Local police then on to the better business bureau. Do not get messed over by these people.

They had my car ready days before I expected it and the price they originally quoted me was what I paid when it was ready! No extra fees and very prompt service I will definitely be using them again!! Thanks guys!!

Ive had to take my car back to them 3 different times with the same problems instead of checking all possible things tgat relate to this problem they come up with one. Thing that might have to do with it and might fix it and when.that didnt work than they would tell me it might be something else when that did that didnt work and so on and so on til they have drained almost 700 out of me and it still mpt fixed right i do not recommend them at all

Yes, Sir! Customer service with a smile, they actually look at you when youre speaking, and they have a desire to solve whatever ails your vehicle! Locally owned and operated and you can tell that they are NOT caught up in the corporate world mentality. They have the fancy electronic computer gizmos that can speak to your electronic vehicle. Not every garage has the means to give a proper diagnosis with todays vehicles but HHE is in the game. The labor charges were around $500 less than I expected on my first time doing business with them so extremely reasonable. The service department from a business that has earned my trust over the years recommended HHE and I am very pleased to be able to add them as a resource.

I took my vehicle to this place to have a oil leak fixed it cost me 549.00 and it is still leaking.but I havent called them back about it it has only been a couple of days since I got it back I only drove it home since the fix so I need to give them a call and see were we go from here I have no more money to invest in this car so I hope it doesnt cost anymore money for the return visit seems like a good place but we will see want we.

They towed my truck in, made the needed fixes quickly and at a reasonable price.
