I didnt intend to purchase a bike at all, but I wanted to see what there was for options. Dan shared a ton of very useful information with me which led me to testing a few bikes, and the next day purchasing one!I always love supporting small town businesses and you should too! I had an excellent first experience at Broadway Bike Co. and bought a new electric assist bike for my wife and it has been a game changer. We love to bike however, we dont have the same abilities and the electric assist bike solved that imbalance. We bike more often and farther now than ever. The folks at Broadway Bike were both knowledgeable, competitive, and most importantly local.

Amazing customer service! We traveled to Albert Lea to camp and on the way my bike was damaged. It was looking like we were going to have to spend the weekend sitting around the camp site, until we gave Broadway a call. Very knowledgeable, can repair or sell you a new bike, nice selection. Even has a variety of ebikes. Nice selection of accessories and I really enjoyed seeing some classics from my past on display. Conveniently located on Broadway downtown. We stopped by on a walk downtown and the owner was able to answer my questions and help show us some of the new ebikes and explain how they differ from others and what types are out there. Very happy for the service and education.

Im a 66 year old man 370lbs and i wanted a bike. Definitely not the easiest customer in the world plus I havent ridden in at least 20 years and I have a number of medical issues. I half expected to be laughed at and quickly dismissed. What happened was Dan made me feel like any normal customer. He did a great job listening to my wants and needs then spent a long time addressing all my special problems and concerns. I left with a great bike that fits me and my budget .I cant say enough good about my experience. I dont care how far away you live broadway bikes and Dan are worth the drive.PS its been 6 months now AND IVE LOST 46LBS.I sure love my bike and broadway bikes
