Hy-Vee is a great store has everything that you need as well as the liquor store that is next to it great prices and very nice people.

Great place to shop, though like every other groc. store, inventory is sometimes a problem. We still use the drive up / pick up mostly because of compromised immune system. Tip the workers.... they deserve an extra thanks. Been there, done that.

Gas stations are gas stations, lots of traffic, inside and out. Was traveling all day and had to use the bathroom, which was somewhat clean. Store had a good supply of refreshments and was better than average for gas station stops.

Marketplace Chinese, ordered through Door Dash at 7 pm. Food arrived old, dry, wrong size, and not very tasty or satisfying. Tossed in the trash, not even fit for dog food. Not the DD drivers fault!!! I guess good employees are hard to find these days, huh? HyVee Chinese, just gross.

Reasonable prices and good service

Was on the freeway heading west when my wife said fried chicken sounded good. I saw a sign for HyVee and got us a nice 4 pc dinner from the cafeteria. The fresh roll was hot from the oven!

Best place off the interstate for many miles. The restrooms are clean and they have many amenities.

Pretty much a typical HyVee store. But was nice and stocked and clean.

Rice in orange chicken was a bit undercooked but overall for gas station food was pretty good.

Has always been a great experience here, even though I had to wait for my custom food order because I came after a rush. They went out of their way to get me exactly what I wanted. Plus the selection is great.

Love Hy-Vee! More often than not you will find exactly what youre looking for, always what you need, and even some things you didnt know you needed! The staff, customer service, and whole experience of being a consumer/customer is beyond superb! I cant recommend this place enough, and to me, this store is infinitely better than any shopping experience at competitor stores like Walmart.

The car wash is very thorough. Very nice. Just make sure you arent in a hurry.

We have new Hyvee stores in our area but visited this one on a road trip. Just okay. Enjoyed the breakfast and had a Caribou. Staff at the food counter were not very friendly and lacked enthusiasm. Like the Hyvee experience but this is definitely an older store that lacks some of the new store features. I did notice they have a dietician on site which I think is interesting.

Well marked gluten free areas. Wish the fridge sections were labeled.

I stopped in on an evening during an ice storm. There were a total of about 3-4 customers in there at the same time. The store is clean and the gentleman at the register was very friendly and attentive. Overall, a good experience and I found everything I was looking for.

They didnt have water out on the floor so I asked an associate to see if they had some in the back and they did however they did not want to bring it out they did not want to unload the pallet which I think is bad service! If you have a product in the store room you should put it out on the floor for customers to buy it!

25 percent of my order was wrong. But I guess thats what you get when you dont shop yourself.

Never have their sale stuff in stock and who rearranges a store during a worldwide pandemic when people just want to get in and out as fast as they can?! Its much less frustrating to go 20 more miles to Austins Hy-Vee who are always well stocked and not changing things around.

I am from out of town. Stopped to get pumpkins for family we were visiting. They had a huge selection. Perfect!

The store is clean. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Its one of, if not the only place to have a decent selection of foods for any dietary restrictions in the area. The store is easy to navigate and find what you are looking for.

Tried to use Chamber Bucks to buy a gift card... was told you can only use cash or a debit card, so no gift card. The Chamber Bucks are already paid for isnt that the same as cash, but the other stuff I bought Chamber Bucks were fine?

Placed an Aisle online order during the pandemic. Received a call informing me they were backed up and my order would be ready in the next hour block than originally requested. When I arrived 11/13 the line was super long, but moved at a good pace. It was great to see management helping with the pick up line. I reviewed my receipt at home and noticed I was charged the higher price for items they substituted. I contacted Hy-Vee the following day. They apologized and are mailing me a gift card. I understand things can go wrong especially with this crazy pandemic, but Hy-Vee deserves 5 stars for their resilience.

Just wondering who came up with their planogram?! If there are multiple items in another aisle, would it be possible to have a card stating such and which aisle?

Nice enough place and people. Our hometown has nearly the latest amd greatest store in the chain. Opened in 2015 and we love it! Its the Six Flags of grocery store.

Great place to go get food, Love the kindness that the people have for you when you visit their store. Feels like a friendly place to be. The only reason I give it a 4 is because the building needs to be updated.

I have a low opinion of HyVee. They USED to be the most reasonable grocery store in town. USED TO BE!Now, since all we have is HyVee and Walmart, they have let things go. We are forced to used them. PRICES, on most items they are anywhere from 75cents to 1.00 higher on items then Walmart. QUALITY, very poor, the produce might look good, but has no shelf life. STOCKING, well its better then Walmart. But things that Asiles on Line says is in, wont be. SERVICE, Here they do shine. Most all workers will bend over backwards to help.Ill stick with Aldis, even driving there.

Never have sale items in stock and understandably cant get rainchecks due to covid-19. Staff is rude, rather than helpful smiles and who changes aisles around during a pandemic?! People want to get in and get out and not have to look around. Meanwhile, the Hy-Vee 20 minutes (Austin)away polar opposite and items are consistently in stock. Well worth the drive. Hard to support local if it leads to illness or aggravation.

Ive not run across this chain before but for the little bit I was in it I thought it was very clean and had a very good selection of items available for any one traveling.

Biggest reason Country Bobs seasoning. Root beer. Great meat market selections with decent prices. Not as busy as Wal-Mart.

My son took me here when I visited him. The fami,y raved about it. They were right food was fresh, well prepared. Our waitress was not only efficient, but funny. She seemed to enjoy her job.
