Fantastic people who stand behind their boats. I recently purchased a used boat from them. It had 2 small leaks that they didn’t initially notice. They apologized repeatedly and fixed both issues in very timely fashion. They charged me NOTHING for the repairs. It’s a long trip for me down there, but my next boat will also be bought from them.

The 2nd year I took my boat to Northstar to get winterized and they don’t unhook your battery and live the switch on, had to replace Battery twice now I am done with this place I done recommend them at all!

Toom brand new boat motor there to get warranty work done and the service manager would not even contact mercury about get the parts and labor warrantied so I got stuck with the bill.
