This is the first time I have been to a Harbor Freight. Someone told me they carry outdoor decorative solar lights. I found what I was looking for. The price was very good. The store service was nice too.

Its ok I love harbor freights but everytime I go into Albemarle there always out of everything I need ! Lol

Pros:The store is well laided out.Cons: female manager isnt friendly. Store has displays that is sold out.Should of taking them down or have a sign that theyre soldout. Coupons rarely ever work or able to applied.

Lots of great tools for the price especially the package deals i.e set of adjustable wrenches, go ahead and get the one with the biggest wrench on there. Youll definitely need it one day.

Theyve got a lot of things to choose from, but I suggest calling ahead to ensure a particular item or a sales item is in stock. You may be in for just a browsing tour instead of purchasing your items. Sales items are sold out on the first day. Do not wait and plan a trip...just go while its still there. When In need, Lowes is right up the road.

I call it mens Walmart they have everything you need far as tools go

This particular store needs to change everything very unfriendly unhelpful probably will not be back at this particular store but most of Harbor Freight stores are good but this store needs to change a lot of things

I asked about a coupon and tried to apply it. The sales associate was beyond rude stating it was not able to be used but very very rude about it. Its hard to know which ones work and what doesnt when they have stopped using paper coupons and some of the coupons didnt have a date. I am not sure I will go back. Products are already cheap quality as we all know but work with us and make it worth our while . Probably just order through Amazon prime for now on vs shopping at this location.

While you get what you pay for, you can occasionally find some gems that will serve you well. The staff is friendly and the store is almost always stocked full.

Shopping for concrete trowels. Kind of hard to find in the store but I found them. They look to be ok. 4 piece set with coupon and free flashlight less than $12.00. I will put them to use on Monday.

If you are looking for cheap tools and supplies this is the place to get it. I dont reccomend it for the professionals though unless they are looking for something that isnt used much or need something in a emergency. What I like to do is try the tool before I go out and buy it in a brand that has a better lifetime replacement guarantee for hand tools. For the power tools with a better warranty if I use them allot. For residential use I find the quality is there. I never had a big problem with the products when I use it for home use.

Always received great service, and they have good took at unbeatable prices. Ive dismantled and reassembled a Jeep YJ with my harbor freight tools. Didnt have any issues. Almost 2 years old and still like new. Dont pay for a name, its just silly.

Great place, cheap tools. If you need a tool youre not going to use very much and dont want to break the bank this is the perfect store. The ladies working when I was there both were both friendly and helpful, when the first one couldnt help me find the item, she went and got the one that had the inventory scanner, turned out to be right where she had taken me, just up on the top shelf and both of us had missed seeing it.

Very outdated store and tools but it gets the job done. Clearance section was kind of a mess and hard to find anything you needed.

Very helpful people work here.
