The worst service ever. I called to place a to go order. Was put on hold for 15 minutes. All they do when they put you on hold is lay the phone down. I hear them taking orders which is fine, but then I hear them just talking to each other for around 5 minutes before they took another order in person. I eventually hung up. Got tired of waiting.

Absolutely hands down the best cooking in stanley county .....real south home cooking ..do not plan on any activities after a meal other than napping ...stew beef over rice ...will make you have to lie to your momma !!! Highly recommend. One of the last hometown treasures ....

Probably the best gas station food you can get, super friendly and clean.

The service at the restaurant is terrible. If you have alot of time to spare and dont care if you get everything you ordered... then this place is good for you. There was 5 or 6 people running the front line, getting in each others way, gossiping, and then let you wait until they decide to fix your food or you say something. 3 were standing around for about 10 min yaking with each other and not waiting on the customers until something is said. Too bad I cant give negative stars. RATING IS A NEGATIVE 5

This is one of those places that if you dont know its here youll probably drive by it day after day and never know about the good food inside. Built onto the side of a gas station you probably wouldnt think theyd have some of the best food in the area. Long line, no problem, you wont be waiting long to get your food even when theyre packed to the gills.

Great food, but always check your order before you leave. When theyre busy theyre bad about getting it wrong

I’ve never had such bad customer service. I was on hold for almost 15 minutes and when I got there I left the phone on just to show them how long I had been on hold and the only thing they said was “sorry, we’ve been busy.” But everyone was standing around when I walked in. There wasn’t even a line. I walked right in.

I ordered hamburger steak the girl said 12 mins. It took maybe 6.. it was cold and potato wedges looked and tasted like they was soaked in a grease pit. And of course they was cold. Worse food i have ever gotten there.

Average gas station diner, the Oreo pie & strawberry cheesecake was delicious though.

First time here due to so many suggestions. Not a good experience. Food was okay, not the worst. Cashier messed up our order because she was in a rush it was fixed very fast. I had high expectations due to all the reviews and I was disappointed. Wont be back.

If it wasnt for the fact that they had great home cooked meals, I wouldnt waste my time trying to place my order, called yesterday they forgot our two slices of Oreo pies on top of our food was leaking out of the boxes and slung to the top of the boxes, trying to call today to place an order and get the pies we are owed and was on hold for 10 mins realized they forgot I was on hold hung up and have tried to call back 7 times with in 20 mins and the phones still off the hook.

Awful experience. We waited over 30 minutes when told it would be 10. Food was subpar and our chicken was greasy and burnt.

Nasty nasty nasty. Just gross! Wont be back.
