I bought a car from here and though they where amazing only to find out they are very shady.....The owner sold me a car himself and i even had the person who ref. Me to them and they got his info and put it on my file and said they would send him a 150 dollar check in mail afther the loan cleared..which they even say he was there but we never said anything about there ref. Reward......There fluid changes are also not fresh....DO NOT TRUST.....They are very dishonest people and will take advantage of you for a quick buck..

We were on vacation and had to have radiator, water pump, and thermostat replaced. Also they thought enough to suggest transmission service since the truck overheated. We were camping 40 minutes away. They were great and kept me informed of progress. Used GM parts and did the work in a timely manner. If I lived close by they would be my mechanics. I recommend them highly

I just wanted an inspection but they tried to tell me my headlight had to be replaced. Not that its out or broken, but that it is hazed over and had to be replaced to pass it just by looking at it. Never in my life have I heard of that. I have been there before with no problems with the same vehicle, same headlight. Its inconsiderate and a major inconvenience when Im just trying to renew my car registration. They are looking for a profit. I wont be coming back.

Under new management. Apparently had some issues in the past but they are gone. All new staff. A master technician in the shop goes over every car before it goes on the lot. Warranty offered on every vehicle to ensure your purchase. GM Carmen is extremely nice and efficient. Sales staff are knowledgeable and genuinely want to help you. I have always did service at sunbelt because that is where I got my car and wanted them to have the records for when I wanted to trade my vehicle. I went in for my regular service and this time and got some bad news from wear and tear it was time to trade. I went in for and oil change and came out with a car with no issues and a lower payment. As for my experience with Sunbelt automotive, I bought a 2019 Nissan Sentra. They most definitely made my buying experience a pleasurable 1, they even to a 2005 Ford freestyle with a bad transmission for trade. Id definitely use Sunbelt automotive again.

There was 1 issue, the lady that was at the window to accept my money, which I was paying full price of vehicle for, did not even look me in the eye much less did I get a thank you of any sort from her. She needed my social security #, I asked why as I had already done the paperwork, she harshly said because I need it. When I go in for my service I hope she is having a better day, because that will cause someone to never come back for service or anything just to not be treated rudely too. We all have bad days but the whole world does not need to be treated so rudely especially when you are in the position you are in. Thank you!

Well when we went there they was all nice and polite after the deal was done they didnt pay our trade off until forty days after we traded it in I took my truck be worked on and they fixed the one problem but a bigger and more costly problem came up was told bring it back and we will fix it no charge but after three days I was told that it would cost me a thousand dollars to fix plus my truck was not making any noises when I dropped it off now it sounds like a farm tractor and its just been a problem from the day we took the truck off the lot the bottom line is they do or will not do as they say

Simply put, they are a bunch of crooks. If youre planning on purchasing a vehicle either see Heath at Lums Ford or Craig Hamilton at Ben Mynatt Nissan. But for the love of God, DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM SUNBELT AUTOMOTIVE.

Usually I dont write reviews, but I was so pleased with my experience at the dealership that I felt I had to. Id never purchased a newer car before, although Id seen my parents go through the process many times and it always ended up being an all day venture of haggling and avoiding being taken advantage of by salesmen at big dealerships. I never once got that feeling here. Immediately, Max, my salesman, was completely upfront and relatable, and I never felt like there was any shadiness behind the deal. I told him my price and down payment, and where Id like to have my monthly payments, and he worked to get me exactly what I wanted. Id been looking at cars for a while, and other dealerships in Charlotte and the surrounding area were willing to get me a car, sure, but they also wanted a piece of my soul in return, i.e. outrageous down payments and ridiculously high interest rates. At Sunbelt, I felt good about my decision, I was taken care of by an amazing staff, and my car came with a warranty package that made me feel secure in buying from them. Ive already told all of my family and friends about them, and encouraged them to check out this dealership first should they need a car, so you should too, I dont think youll be disappointed.

The sell is great, but service after the sell, no matter how which warrenty you have they try to weasel their way out of everythinhg. Once you have bought the car everyone up there is just completely rude and short temepered. I cannot ask a question without getting a short and un imformative response.They cannot do much of anything for in any regard, and when the warrenty does cover something they try their best to get out from underneath the warrenty. Im super upset, this is the sixth time Ive ran into problems with these guys. I wish they would just help do their job and not make me jump through loops and spend tons more money. Im on a fixed budget.IF YOU ARE ON A FIXED BUDGET, AND NOT MADE OF MONEY PLEASE STEAR CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. ALL THEY DO IS STUFF THAT WILL COST YOU MORE MONEY!!!!
