I just left the Albemarle NC location with two pair of shoes. I checked the website before leaving home and it showed they close at 7 and hours were updated one week ago. We arrived there a few minutes before 6 and when we walked in were greeted. After about 5 minutes a young lady associate came and told us they were closing in a few minutes. I apologized and showed her the website that showed 7 but told her I would hurry. After she walked away the other sales associate that had been standing there told me they were closed. I told her we were aware and I was hurrying but she once again said they were closed. I quickly selected 2 pair of the 4 i was looking for. I got to the register and asked if I could still make a purchase and was told the register was supposed to already be closed but they would let me still make a purchase. We paid and left a few minutes after 6. For people like me who drive 30 minutes in to make a purchase your store hours need to be correct on the website. If I did not really need the shoes for work I would have left empty handed after the second young lady was so rude. I understand they want to get out but it was not our fault the hours posted were incorrect. I love to shop Rack Room but will shop a different location from now on.

I love there selection of shoes. They always get the newest ones in. Plus I love love love the buy one get one half off

Pickings were a bit slim. But, I found what I was looking for.

Walked in and we found just what we were looking for. Especially liked the Bogo. Needed the shoes just as much as the flip flops. Didnt break the bank and had the same experience a day b4 with wife. She was thrilled.

Friendly staff but due to current economic situations shoe stock was slim picking

Great people. Selection of shoes was good. If you have wide feet they have a decent selection but it can be hit or miss especially in the smaller wide sizes 7W, 8W, 9W.

I am not fond of buy one get a percentage off sales. I rarely need 2 pairs of shoes. I would much rather shop at a store with better prices and more straightforward sales pricing.

I love that they have BOGO (half off)!! Nothing wrong with buying two pairs of shoes!!

Terrible customer service. I called ahead and asked if they had a particular shoe and size in stock. I was told yes, drove the 30 minutes to the store, looked and couldn’t find it. I asked the saws associate if she could look as perhaps I was missing it. The computer system said they should have it, but when the associate went to look she said “ can I just order them for you, that’s a lot of shoes to look through” I needed them for my husbands birthday on Thursday and they apparenydont offer express shipping. I ended up ordering them since I was clearly an inconvenience to the staff. I will resort to Amazon for future purchases, where even a robot has more compassion and desire for customer care
