I found this place on Facebook and decided to give them a try. It was wonderful to have personal service from someone who obviously knew what she was doing. I was able to find a comfortable pair of shoes at a reasonable price.

Its a great place to buy parts for a mountain bike only one downside is that you have to wait for the phone line not to be busy

Needed a pair of good shoes to trail walk in, Im a stage 4 cancer patient and the surgeries and chemo treatments have left me weak. Especially in the legs due to neuropathy so I need to walk. I told the young lady what was going on and what I needed and she brought me two different shoes to try on. The first were good but the second pair were amazing, I walked the entire greenway in Matthews and my feet still felt good. I have never heard of this brand of shoe before Hoka but I will buy them again and I will get them from Vac n Dash a super friendly locally owned business. Thank you so much for listening and then providing me exactly what I needed! I will be back!

Spent way too much time deciding to go here and get some running shoes. I just did my first run in the shoes I bought yesterday and I cant believe how wonderful they were and how much different I felt after my run than I normally do! They did a great job. I was in and out of the store pretty fast and very pleased! I recommend giving them a visit. Ill definitely be back.

I love this place. Our son was going to Tarheel Challenge, and we were told to go here for his uniforms. The staff was very helpful, and we got everything he needed. They made it all so easy. Just an awesome place.

One of the best businesses in Stanly County! Always friendly and helpful. I enjoy participating in the events that they have. It is interesting that this store sales vacuums along with running, biking, disc golf, etc. equipment. Where else can you find a store like that?

I just had exceptional service at Vac and Dash! Amy helped me find a shoe that feels even better than the one Ive been using for the past 2 years. As we get older, our shoe needs change and she was very knowledgeable about what was happening when i run and what product would best suite my needs. I can recommend Vac and Dash to anyone.... At Vac n Dash not only do they repair Vacs (a much needed service) but they also have a nice neat assortment of exercise goodies. And you can also drop off your UPS packages. The people working there have always gone out of their way to be cordial, friendly and helpful. Once I was carrying this big box and one of the employees came to meet me at the door to take it from me. That day I also did not have the needed return slip, but they held on to it for me until I could get one. Vac n Dash are the prime example of Customer service that goes above and beyond basic customer service. Kudos to them.

I used to run in the past until I developed Mortons Neuroma, a very painful foot problem. And every time that I run, it reminds me that I still have it. I decided to try trail shoes to use at Morrow Mountain. A big part of me thought that I would be throwing money away because the foot pain would still linger. Peter, the owner of Vas & Dash, took the time to properly fit my foot. It turns out my shoes were too small (a suggestion not offered by my podiatrist and other running stores in Greensboro and Cary). After running 10 miles over the last three days, my feet feel fine, not being woken by throbbing feet. Thanks for this awesome service.
