I came in from out of town for my grandmothers funeral and this florist went above and beyond! I really wanted the arrangements done for the family viewing the next morning and ahe even cam back to finish my flowers after an event that night she waa doing, just so they would be done! The flowers were absolutely beautiful! I cant thank them enough!

I can not express how impress I was with the Standing Spray. I live in New York City and placed an order for my friends grandma funeral. Ann was so helpful and promised me that it was going to look beautiful. She delivered on her promise and it looked elegant. Thank you again for an awesome job!!!

I have given this florist three chances to provide a quality service for a reasonable price. First time, my Mothers coffin spray, quality was very dissappointing. The flowers were very sparse and starting to wilt when they arrived at the funeral home. By the funeral they were horrible. Second time, they put someone elses name on the $100+ spray that I bought. That womans spray was not at the funeral home. My name was not on any other flower. By the time I finally got in touch with the florist and listened to excuses and they figured out what happened and my card arrived, the funeral home personnel was coming around taking the cards off the flowers. Everyone had already been through the line. The florist should have been very apologetic and offered a refund, but nothing.... The woman who had her name on my spray demanded her money back and got it. Third time, we bought a $200 spray and got one that was not worth $100! Whats worse is the owner never offers to do anything to make it right. You say after each time that you butcher my flower order to give you another chance. Im posting a pic of the spray that I assumed was ours because it was the only one in the room that could possibly cost that much. It went from the floor to the top of the door as you can see in the pic. Beautiful - Impressive. This is what we could have had if we had ordered from Designed Memories.

Wanting to send flowers to my daughter for her birthday and needing an extra favor on top of delivering the flowers. I asked and their response was of course we can do that. The flowers were beautiful the balloons bright and cheery plus the extra. When they delivered my daughter said they were excited to deliver them to her and acted like they knew her. She loved that. New to the area 2 months and 24 new job new part of the country. Being out of state from her they made her birthday special. Well definitely use these amazing people again.

Very poor customer service. I have received two arrangements on two different occasions from this florist that were ordered by an out-of-town relative. The first one arrived 3 hours late at my place of work -- after I had left for the day. The second -- a birthday surprise -- arrived a week earlier than the requested delivery date. It was definitely a surprise. I would not recommend this florist.

My friend had passed away and he was a poker player. I ordered an arrangement and was beyond pleased when we went through options and she told me they could put playing cards throughout the flowers. It turned out not only professional looking but was reasonably less expensive than the neighboring companies and I know my friend would have been moved to have seen his flowers! Thanks!
