Was completely disappointed and dissatisfied with the work done on our car. At first they completely forgot to paint and repair the one thing I was concerned about on the car then we are told it’s completely perfect and it had extra flaws than to begin with. Left it for an additional 4 days to be told yes your car is ready and perfect only to leave work early and find out the car is not finished yet. Very very poor communication between paint and office personnel! Finally get our car back still with imperfections in the paint but we took it because we were tired of being inconvenienced because of the work! Only good thing I can say is the painter was trying his best to make it up to us!

Went to get an estimate on my car and they were super nice and professional. They communicate with you throughly so you would understand what was going on. Had to take my daughters car to Jerry Rhynes Collision Center since Nationwide Insurance deals directly with them. They kept the vehicle for one week and did an excellent job with replacing the door and repainting the passenger side. Paint matched up with original paint and we all were satisfied with their work.

These guys are amazing, everyone from thr front office to the mechanics. I highly, recommend that anyone who needs car work done to go here. They are very helpful and honest about whats going to happen with your vehicle.

Terrible experience, went to get a quote and the manager was extremely rude and non helpful. I understand if you’re having a rough day, everyone does but it should never be taken out on a customer. Definitely didn’t get my car done there, and took to somewhere else for half the price they quoted me.

They did a good job. I was not happy at all with the cost for one door panel, insurance covered most but man do they jack up price. I was quoted the first time for $750 ish after all done it costed $1,500 if it werent the insurance company I wouldnt even look back to this place.Im talking about 1 door panel. They lied to me at least 4 times, 2 with appointments before and after the car was done and with the work they said was going to be done and last with the price.Sorry but I dont do business that way.
