First of all this place is a certified joke. The only way to get here is US 82. If youre coming from I75 after you past Business 82, slow down or youll miss it. Theres no signage on the road warning you the business park is coming up.Once you get here you must use the kiosk outside to check in before you talk to the shipping clerk. If you dont theyll look at you like an idiot and talk to you like a 5 yo.Ive moved Chep loads from all over but this place takes the prize in disrespect

Very Rude when you check in to make a delivery the lady never acknowledge the fact you are even standing there waiting to deliver and the Supervisor Lorenzo is A big Liar sat there and watched as she never said a word to me and when i called my broker to have them speak to someone above his head because he is a part of the Problem even the other employees came to me after I walked away and said that those to are very rude and unprofessional. Good Leadership and Customer Service Can Make or break a company with these Two individuals here this company could very well be in trouble. P.S. The Company should invest in Integrity Training and Customer Relations.

Worst place to deliver. Normal waiting time is 3 hours+ doesnt matter if youre early
