My fiance and I bought a dishes locker at an auction... the gal Donna who works there and lives upstairs was wonderful and extremely accommodating!! We had 3 days to clean it unit. She came by after hours just to make sure we didnt need anything and to unlock the bathroom. Thats a portopotty but she made sure we didnt have to use it. Very lovely lady. She also charged us half of what was quoted for deposit. I emir the experience. There is not electricity in the unit though. That was my only gripe

Very nice facilities! Price on this units is somehow spendy, if you are willing to rent a unit here you have to buy with them a special lock. These place does not allow the use of conventional locks.

My family has used this storage facility for a couple of years now. It is convenient, spacious and not to pricey.

I went in to get info on a storage unit and came out excited! Ann was so friendly and informative about everything I didn’t even need to ask questions. The facility is clean and well cared for. Thanks to my initial experience with Ann I’ll be coming back and recommending this place to others!

I have been storing my items here for many years. The units are clean, dry and temperature controlled. I store books and some oil paintings all of which remain in wonderful condition due to the controlled environment. The staff are super friendly and always helpful. I feel like a valued customer there. I often see them sweeping the hallways and doing cleaning and routine maintenance outside as well. I have no doubts that my items are safe and secure.

These people are so friendly and helpful. They always respond to their emails promptly. This is the best storage facility I’ve ever used in my life. The price is amazing for the awesome quality of the storage units. It’s in very good shape, and they always keep it nice. It’s very secure, I’ve never had a worry at all about my things. I highly recommend this place!!!

I have been to many storage facilities in the Lebanon Corvallis and Albany area. This place is by far the cleanest and well cared for facility in the mid valley. I would recommend them over any other storage facility.

Apart from the very uninspiring name, the facility looks clean. However, in my unit the ceiling is falling apart, dropping white junk all over my stored items.You cant bring your own lock. They have a system where they provide the locking mechanism for each unit, giving them access to each unit, which I dont care for.They close on most holidays. So, that Memorial Day move you were planning on making? Dont plan on using the storage facility. They completely shut and wont allow access to your unit. Ditto for July 4th, Labor Day, etc. You get the picture.Dont plan on useful invoices. They email them out they day that the payment is due. Since its email, why not send them out a week or two in advance? Sending them out the day theyre due is less than helpful.Overall, there are better options in town. This is a newer facility, but their quirks make them less than desirable. Ill be emptying my unit soon or Id have moved it by now.

Where is better place to store? Have not heard of anything better than this one. Were working with them for many years, storing our personal and business property. Clean, dry, secure. Most of all, customer service it 10 stars out of 5 possible. Will recommend to anyone!
