Called to ask about bikes in stock for a kid but couldnt even get a sentence out with out the guy cutting me off to answer that he didnt have them now, they dont tell him what size is coming or how many....2wks.. and they wont work on any bike older than 2011 here because you cant get parts when I got out that I also needed fork seals replaced...Lotta good info there to show somewhere else

I called in the middle of the day. Got a message saying that they have a voice mailbox that hasnt been set up yet. I already know that I dont want to do business with them.

Sales representative is very forgetful and demanding this dealership never had more than 2-3 bikes on their showroom floor and when I went to go buy my Honda Grom I needed it to be transported home and he offered no help forcing me to find my own way of picking up my bike... other dealers like Ronnies Motorsport and a few others offer to TOW your motorcycle to your address... Secondly as I brought my U-Haul with a motorcycle trailer to pick my bike up this old salesman rode my BRAND NEW Grom around his lot, on the side walk and on and off the grass right as I just bought it as if I did not own it. Him joy riding my $3,700 purchase was COMPLETELY unprofessional. And above all else he did not correctly comply to the CDC’s standards of social distancing and wearing a mask around customers. This is the last place I’d suggest anyone to go to to buy a motorcycle...never again

They definitely do it right and a super big thank you to Ed because he tailored everything to me and didn’t make me feel stupid for the 1000 questions I asked

I have been dealing with Albany Honda for many years now, Joe is one of the most kind, funny and just overall a great salesman. The negative reviews are not true, he has never pressured me into buying anything nor has he called me names. I feel the service is great and they always want what is in the best interest of the customer.I have and always will continue to shop at Albany Honda, best prices around.AMAZING BUSINESS!!

Over the course of 2-3 months I contacted Albany Honda repeatedly for a specific generator. Each time I called, staff said they were expecting them in within 2 weeks and to call back. Today was the last time I called, and was informed they werent getting any until the Spring and that they never carry this generator. I believe when someone calls about a specific product, a vendor should not be dishonest and lead the consumer on. I would NOT recommend this company.

Joe is an old school type of salesman, not rude as he is perceived by these reviews. He is very knowledgeable of his products, and helps me just fine every time I stop there. If you want to be pampered and wooed, go somewhere else. If you want to chew the fat and talk bikes, hes your guy.

Im very surprised at all the negative experiences others have had with Joe and Albany Honda. I bought a motorcycle from them 3 years ago, was very pleased and Im going back for another one. Joe is a kind soul and he genuinely cares for the safety and satisfaction of his customers. He always remembers my name and seems happy to see me when I stop in for parts. Dont let the reviews deter you from going to Albany Honda, Im sure theres thousands of happy customers out there like me. They just didnt bother to share their experience here.Be safe out there everyone :)

Bought my first bike from Joe the owner.. Had a very good experience and I highly recommend his services.. Did what he could to get me my loan and out the door.. set up my insurance and everything.... Very happy.. he wanted me to take the bike home that day lol.. His parts guy Ed was very helpful also.. Good people to do business with.. very friendly service.. Would buy from again in a heartbeat..8 months later I bought my second bike from Joe and Ed.. very great and helpful guys.. He had the new 19 crf450L I was looking for that other dealers didnt and was much better priced.. Thanks again Joe and keep up the work.. Ill be back again..

STAY AWAY...the owner is completely nuts. Bought 2 new dirt bikes and 2 new four wheelers from this jerk..Had an issue right away with one of the four wheelers and he refused to do a inspection for warranty purposes. Accuse me of abusing my machine. Then he wouldnt even sell me the part needed so I could fix it. BAD NEWS DEALERSHIP!!!

I stopped in some parts for my motorcycle.. The staff was nice and helped me get what i needed.. Prices were a bit on the high side but is a small businesses... I dont know why some people gave such a low rating...

Joes been around forever and it shows - trying to do everything while accomplishing nothing and having no sense of urgency about anything. After trying to get an inspection for 5 weeks at his shop I finally got tired of being jerked around and found a great replacement off Western avenue. Look it up - begins with an R and rhymes with Monnies :) Albany Honda is for the birds.

Stopped in today to look around for my first bike and was greeted by Ed and Joe. Both guys were absolutely helpful and very nice not sure why this place has so many negative reviews🤔 Ive definitely be back to purchase my first bike in the weeks to come.

We bought a snowblower here and they couldnt have been friendlier or more helpful. Joe and Andrew spent a lot of time explaining the machine to us. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I went in to order a YUASA battery for my ATV, they even have a sign in the window for YUASA. He took the information and I checked the number before I left. I was told no problem come in Monday to pick it up. I go Monday to pick up the battery and it was a different brand. When I told him this is not what I wanted, he stated this is what they sent. Shady business practice.

Extremely rude and condescending attitude. Had worked with other dealers that didnt even sell Honda that were more helpful with my Honda motorcycle then them! This business seems to be only interested in selling you something new, I couldnt even get all my questions out, without them just saying nope, not available and hanging up the phone on me. Apparently they dont think establishing a relationship with a customer who is working on a bike and who will most likely buy another bike in the near future is valuable to them. This dealership is 20 minutes from me, I now travel an hour to a dealership that is helpful and pleasant to the customer. Additionally, the part that I was hastily told was unavailable, was in stock at this other dealer.

Friendly guy and excellent prices...you will not find a cheaper dealer trust me Im in the business of new and pre owned and he sells directly wholsale prices dont think twice go there get parts for anything Honda or not.

Called them up for a price quote, was told we dont have that and was promptly hung up on. Would not recommend.

I am not a customer, but I made a very polite sales call to these guys. Just hung up on me. This never happens at MC dealers. So I would believe the rude comments. Takes one second to say sorry no need/interest.Its a business. not calling the guy at home during dinner to sell him something useless. I ride and live in NY but I wouldnt buy anything from these guys that dont respect other people trying to do the same thing as them, Business.

Great experience, great deal. I had a good idea of what i wanted going in but joe in sales took the time to make sure i was happy and was on an Atv that was right for me. I had shopped around and pricing was the best around. I definitely would reccomend this dealership.

I wish there was a zero star option - Joe is the most rude, obnoxious, pushy salesman ever. He tried to sell us a 6k quad that wasnt what we wanted because he didnt have what we wanted. I wanted an automatic and he told us that I could buy the semi automatic and just keep it in 4th gear - pretty much suggesting that I burn my quad up. When my boyfriend called him out on it he called him an idiot, my boyfriend is a diesel mechanic and is far from an idiot, especially about anything involving a motor. That guy is an ignorant jerk and I would NEVER suggest that anyone purchases anything from him ever. Especially if you arent 100% sure about what want because he will tell you whatever it takes to get you to make a purchase. And PUSH YOU ON IT. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL!!!!!

Call with a problem with my bike told me they were to busy for me to drop it off.must be nice not to need work. I went elsewhere.

Just pick up a CBR300R, he was very nice and gave me a great price on the bike.

Called Albany Honda. Talked with Joey. Very rude, immature and condescending. Ha! That dealership is scratched off my list. Most dealerships treat their customers with respect.

I visited to see the Honda Rebel 300. There are a few bikes and ATVs to look at and sit on. The salesman seemed friendly enough but was a tad indifferent to my questions. Not sure Ill make my purchase here or not when I do decide to buy.
