We took our Yamaha cart there over a week ago! We were informed it was one thing of why it was sputtering. We agreed for them to go ahead and fix it. We were never called when it was supposed to be ready before the 4th so we called them. After being told it was ready my husband went to pick it up and test drove it. It was doing the same exact thing. One of the owners if Im not mistaken Lane drove it and acknowledged it wasnt fixed and said he would make it right. My husband also noticed another item was charged on our bill and put on it without us being aware. It was never anything wrong with that. Well days after going back and forth not talking to Lane anymore we demanded our $ back and cart to its original state. We were just called and told we could only have $100 of our almost $400 & to come pick it up. So we are out of almost $300 & our golf cart is not fixed and the run around for almost 2 weeks has been baffling! We are still yet to speak to Lane again. WE WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. I cant believe we were treated this way from the referral I was given. Sad to say we didnt get that same treatment.... Dont know why!

I came here to get some lawn mower bladesI was helped by a blonde lady with glasses and she was rude. I told her the make of the lawnmower and the size of the blades she then asked if I needed a star or circle. (This is my first time buying blades) I told her I didnt know what she was talking about she states that she doesnt know either and walked off to help another Customer. More was discussed and her attitude was just dreadful. I ended up leaving and buying nothing. That was my first and last time there.

Took a little longer then anticipated but service was great on my EZGO Cart.

These people will sell you broke parts. And they don’t care your out all the money. As long as they get theirs be very careful with these people they will rip you off. They sold me a broken part for $130 would not refund. So I had to buy a new one somewhere else. If you looking for golf cart parts stay away.

Absolutely horrible experience. Had golf cart charger problems and after repeated calls they gave my charger back to me worse than when they received it. They didnt want to fix it so I took it to battery source. They also tired to sell me batteries for my cart that were dropped on the pavement. I will never go back there for anything and would advise people to stay away from potters. Poorly run company
