Stutzman Services installed our well pump system previous to our ownership. The system has worked for decades and weve chosen to have Stutzman Service continue to maintain it. Its been a number of years since weve had them out here and we had a pressure issue today; basically lost all pressure. All it took was one call to Stutzman and within 2 hours someone was here and the system was back to full pressure. 2 hours! At this point in time, it has never taken longer to get a contractor to find time for you. Plumbers especially, are very hard to come by, if you need anything quick. Just try to even get a call back from a contractor right now and chances are youll be waiting days or even weeks. The fact that around 1 1/2 hours after I called Stutzman Services, they had an extremely knowledgeable and helpful professional at my house doing a repair and system evaluation; that just blows me away! And its so cool how they notify customers about appointments. I got an email and a text, as well as a call from the technician, to notify me of the time of his arrival. The email even included a photo of the technician, which Im sure is a reassuring touch for security-concerned customers. Been hiring Stutzman Services for years and have nothing but reasons to continue. Youll do well with Stutzman Services.

I use Stutzman for my yearly back flow testing - always perfect service. So when it came to installing a new bidet, I reached out to Stutzman. As expected, timely service response followed by great install. Their “guy” was a perfect gentleman, nice guy, who left the area totally clean and hauled away not only the packing materials for the old toilet but the old toilet as well. I could not have asked for a better resolution. Highly recommend!

Our old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. The scheduler was able to move the service appointment up by several days due to a cancellation. The technicians were on time, professional, thorough, informative, tidy, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was very happy with their service.

The plumber (Adam) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the stopped drain and gave me tips on how to prevent it from recurring. Good work. Also the office staff was excellent . I left a message on their website with little hope of of a response. Within 30 minutes Ashley called me up and I had an atom 3 days. Then, the plumber came out an hour before he was set to come after checking with me first. When does that ever happen. An all around excellent experience.

Luke checked my irrigation system, identified problems and explained the work that needed to be done. He was very thorough. He ran each zone and showed me the coverage. He also did an excellent job of explaining the control panel so that I can make changes to the watering schedule if needed.

I had a sink and faucet to replace the one we had. The plumber they sent was very professional, wore a mask while in my home, and worked hard for several hours to get the sink to fit the existing structure. The final product was beautiful! Would highly recommend!!!

Adam arrived and went over the issue with me. We had a clogged toilet, that we could not get unclogged. He explained the price up front and discussed the possible issue and the time it should take to resolve the problem. He asked if I wanted to have the work done before starting. He was quick and efficient and tolerated my curious 3 year old very well.The fix only took about 10 minutes and he explained what he found, or in this case, what wasnt found. He was polite and professional. I would use Stutzmans Services again.

We had Stutzmans remove an old 5 hp motor and pump from our well and replace it with a submersible VFD 20 gpm pump. By 5 pm we were irrigating. Technicians knew what they were doing and answered numerous questions throughout the day. Im glad its done. I gave the job 5 stars even though dealing with Pacific Power to shut the powerline down was difficult and it required a healthy investment. But it was done in a day and Im glad we have water which we cant live without.

Stutzman installed a pump in the irrigation pond at my farm and a few thousand feet of underground irrigation pipe. The contract explicitly included and billed separately for installing tracer wire to locate the underground pipe for servicing in the future. The tracer wire was not installed. I asked the company rep (Dale A.) whether it was installed and he said yes. I asked the company rep to show me where the tracer wire came out of the ground so I could connect to it. Then he changed his story that he tried installing the tracer wire, but it broke during the installation process so he just continued with the job and assumed I wouldnt mind. He said he didnt feel the need to tell me or offer a price adjustment. AKA he tried covering up his mistake because it was an expensive one. The system then did not hold pressure which implies a leak in the pipe. The company rep said that its normal for the irrigation system to not hold pressure. Did he think I am that naive? Not holding pressure implies a leak in the pipe they installed, but they wouldnt be able to find the leak because they didnt install a tracer wire so he had to lie or face a huge cost to fix the problem. After escalating the problem as high as I could (and after the boots on the ground Stutzman employee expressed his embarrassment at his bosss behavior), Stutzman agreed to trouble shoot the lack of pressure and discovered a faulty valve. Whew, thats better than a having a break in 2,300 feet of pipe that you cant locate. Three years later the system has completely failed and the company is not willing to come take a look at how to fix it even if I pay them. I paid ~$30,000 to Stutzman and got some shady workmanship and a company who is unwilling to service their own installation.

We wanted to thank technicians Doug, Aaron, and office person Amanda for the great service we received on our water heater. Amanda was very responsive in helping us schedule and notifying us at every step. Aaron was friendly and professional and helped to correctly diagnose our leak issue. Doug totally gutted our Navien unit and replaced the heat exchanger, a very complex task that was never meant to be accomplished hanging on a wall. Doug stayed late to get it repaired and returned the next day to make sure it was working safely and correctly. Doug and Aaron communicated complex warranty information to the manufacturer, including sending pictures, that made our warranty claim effective and easy.Stutzmans stuck by their quoted price, even when the going got tough, they have earned our respect, trust, and future business.

Yesterday I found a leak on the shutoff valve on the incoming line in my basement. I was able to get the leak under control and had Stutzman come by to replace the ancient shutoff valve. They got here first thing the next morning and had it done in half an hour or so. The guys were friendly and did a great job! I would definitely recommend Stutzman Services.

We wanted to replace our water heater with a tankless one as the water heater was in the attic and we didnt want a catastrophic failure ruining our house. Kent came out, was very thorough in his investigation and quickly figured out that we could indeed have the new tankless in the garage. He caped off the pipes in the attic and removed the old heater without us prompting. Leaving the old tank would have been easier, but sloppy and unfinished. He and Jake did an excellent, professional job of it all. They were on time, walked up through the process and prompted us as needed for gas/water shut off. Stutszman coordinated with a roofing company for us, so it was seamless. The price was excellent, the plan the simplest we encountered, and attention was paid to detai. The job was not what was originally planned as the water line took a different route than what was originally expected. The plumbers adjusted and came up with a new plan. We had a leak on what I thought was the cement floor where a drain pipe was going through. With testing it out, he found that it was a leak from a pipe in the ceiling. Much easier and less costly to replace then digging up concrete! It took very little time to replace the cracked pipe. Very efficient. Enjoyed working with them.

We lost water from our well to our home in the evening. I called several businesses and Stutzman is the only one that responded. We were given a choice of immediate service that would cost more, or waiting until the next business day. We chose the latter. Our service person was with us by mid day the next day, diagnosed the problem, repaired it and even installed an additional option with equipment specially delivered by another worker from the business, all within an hour. Very professional and friendly.

I had a sewer line blockage and break, Adam came out and fixed the immediate problem. He told me what was going on with every step, I was pretty upset not knowing what my 130 year old house is going to need, he relieved my panic so I can get the long term problem fixed. I appreciate the timely manner in which I was scheduled and could not have asked for a better person to do my water heater install. He had to work very hard and carefully to remove the old and then install the new water heater with so little maneuver room and poorly placed water lines by manufactured home company. He never gave up and was able to remove old tank then put new one in. He was very pleasant every step of the way and definitely knew his job. Imagine a plumbing company that sends out a plumber within an hour of your call. Think that sounds crazy? Think again. We called Stutzman Services for a plumbing issue and the girl on the phone said she had a guy close by and hed be right over. They send a text message confirming their Tech is on the way and include his/her photo. In our case they had to order a part, which came in the next day and they immediately sent another guy over install it. We could hardly believe it. Another respected plumbing company had said they were booked out nearly a month, so that made Stutzmans performance that much more impressive.BRAVO !!!

This was a very difficult job performed in a 100 year old house where there were very little room to navigate tools around the pipes inside the walls. Stutzman’s did a full repipe of our home as well as installing a shower pan, a new water heater, a dehumidifier and a pump to help avoid basement flooding. They were professional and on time! Everyone from the guys on the job to the people in the office were friendly and helpful. Did a great job making sure everything was done in the best way for us and even corrected a few things done incorrectly by the last plumber.
